I would have given higher marks, however spot was tight and BUGS! I know the staff couldn't have done anything for the bugs. Very clean KOA and very friendly staff!

Great campground! Office manager Savannah & owners Tammy & Lisa very helpful. The midges didnt bother us eating outside & the best part is they dont bite. Their wireless internet crashed & they were working on how to get us all on the management YFI. That's going above an beyond for their guest when FYI isn't guaranteed. If your needing a place to stay we highly recommend the Klamath Falls Koa.

Our bikes were stolen (1,500 worth of bikes). Also, they refused to let our kids put up their fun little tent in the back of our truck. We payed for them to stay, we have bunks for them in your trailer, but they enjoy the fun of the tent on the back of the truck. I didn’t understand why they weren’t allowed. Also, this is the only place I’ve ever stayed that charges per child!

We had a nice stay but when it’s so hot you might want to use a different color gravel, not so dark, in the dog area. It was literally so hot our dog had to keep picking up her feet, the dark gravel was burning her feet. Just a thought. The rest of the park including the restrooms and showers were extremely clean and masks were worn by all employees.

Sites are way to close for larger RVs with slide outs Dog park area is a joke. One of the reasons we usually stay in KOA's when traveling is the dog exercise area

Planned for this stay over 8 months ago and getting confirmation that our party was next to each other to find out we were 3 spots away. We called a week before arrival and was confirmed that we were next to each other and they lied. The bug situation is out of control. The management has done nothing to offer any kind of discount or refund. I wouldn’t go back because the bugs are out of contr

We had a bad day got lost, drove through forest fire ran out of fuel and had blow out on the trailer our bug spot only made the day complete.

Check in was easy. Dog park area was nice and clean. Internet was down the one night we stayed. Had no idea there were so many jets flying in the area. One camper had his very expensive bike stolen while we were there. He had it cable locked and someone cut the cable and stole it. Spaces are small, but tables and umbrellas provided which was nice. Very clean all around. Staff friendly and helpful.

The owners and their son were so very accommodating! We have been having trouble with our cable and he patiently did troubleshooting while looking through our screened window because of the Corona Virus. He found the problem- all ours- and graciously said he was glad to help. We appreciated it very much and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful KOA!

Resort was nice and clean and hosts and stalk were friendly and helpful! But.....the bugs were too much and literally trapped you inside your rig. My awnings are littered with dead bug bodies and too many gained entry!

Our stay was nice but this was a working stay and I specifically asked if the internet was working and the answer was yes. Upon arrival could not get internet to connect talked to the office and they said it was working. Handed them my phone and said great make it connect. They were unable to connect. This went on for 3 days. Other then that great

The staff was nice and helpful but we ended up leaving 4 days earlier than planned due mainly to all the midge bugs. It was unbearable. I can handle a few bugs but thousands covering my trailer and car every day was too much. The KOA also just wasn't that exciting, standard city site and was looking for a more remote location.

Wonderful service. Really nice park. Entrance is only negative - with folks entering, exiting, getting fuel, and getting propane. Very busy entrance.

Old and run down, dog areas were just fenced dirt, one was barely the size of a kennel. Our pull through site was not long enough and difficult to exit. Roads are narrow and tight. People here were really nice and diesel on the property is certainly a plus

Excellent. This was a very nice location and KOA. The pool was very nice and clean and most importantly the bathrooms were excellent. They cleaned the bathrooms hourly and even replaced the shower curtains daily. We enjoyed our stay!

The crew is super friendly and very helpful. I had an incident with another camper that had his dog not in a leash and attack my dog. The camper apologized to me and mentioned that the dog got out of the leash. I didn't want to make a big deal. Please make sure to add big signs not to allow dogs without a leash.

We had requested a full hookup. When we got there it did't have sewer. And couldn't give its one. The first young man, Asian decent. Was not well trained. Everyone was polite but we were very disappointed. Had reservations since June. Then those bugs were horrible.

Stayed here during animal fair, staff was helpful and accommodating, easy check-in. Thought I left my door mat there so I called and a staff member went to site to check and called right back. Great customer service.

This is the most terrible KOA I have every been to. There was no late night packet made up for me so I was unable to use the internet or bathroom facilities, which was the reason for reservation . I asked the owner Tammy about this, who was extremely rude and abrasive. She said, “ you stayed here right”. Please never stay here. I would have rather slept in my car at the Walmart.

Intimidating our employees will always elicit a terse response. You indicated the RV you were traveling in had a restroom you could've used overnite (you arrived around 11:30 pm, disrupting the park). If this wasn't ok, we would've liked a call to our after hours contact number to remedy this.

Huge population of flying bugs (not their fault but it is what it is). Small swimming pool was very cold. Site and access was fine

Great back in sites along Creek in trees on green grass! Back row have fire pits. Campground is adjacent to bike trail. Staff was great! Store was well stocked, and gas was the best price in town.

Spaces were on top of each other. Mine had no septic. The midges were awful, could not open a door without them flying inside. Midges were all over my slides when trying to bring them in. Tent sites could have a fire but not RV sites. Sorry won’t stay again.

I love KOA but this location was filled with bugs! We came in at 8pm and wanted to cook dinner outside but was literally attacked by bugs. So much that we ate inside our van. Cracked the window only slightly since it was so hot. Felt a little let down since the other KOA sites were great coming in from Moab and Bryce Canyons.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
