We were on site 107 in a fifth wheel. The approach is very steep and fifthwheels with minimum box clearance could hit the rv. Sure would ruin a vacation if you damaged your rig.

The section that I stayed in (spot 84) did not have any mature trees around so I predict it would be very hot in the summer. I wanted my camper positioned with the awning over the table and was not able to do so because to hook the septic line up to would not reach.After buying a second septic hose I was able to do so. As far as park cleanliness I give it a 10.

Everything was nice and clean . Only problem we had was with the water. We had no water connection to one of the pipes on the 2nd day.

Lake Conroe KOA is a beautiful campground !! Very spacious with nice, level cement pads. Close to downtown Montgomery and Conroe where visited several Historical Landmarks and museums This KOA Holiday campground is very kid friendly with playgrounds, jump pads, and catch & release pond. We are planning a family reunion there in the Fall.

It is exactly what we need to quietly relax and at the same time visit family nearby Conroe, or they can visit us. And our dogs love it. So much fun to include them all as we enjoy the outdoors!

We had Dr appts do we didn’t do much but the hosts at checking and during the stay were all exceptionally friendly and helped with what we needed. We’ve already scheduled to stay again!

We've been coming here for years. I really enjoyed the staff and how friendly they were. The cabin was nice and clean as always.

Beautiful park....neat and clean. Husband loved fishing in the pond. Close to lots of activities, too.

My wife has booked a night at another RV resort and it was a nightmare... but thank God for the team at KOA that helped us get a few nights at this location after hours... I have children and they loved it here

Easy access! Concrete pads with plenty of space between sites. Clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed staying in the cabin we reserved. View of the lake was very nice while sitting on the patio having a morning coffee. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks!

Great staff.....impressed that I could text for anything I needed and they would deliver to my site. We backed up to the lake and the views were awesome. We have stayed at over 125 different KOA’s over the years and this one is the best!!!!!!! We will be back!!!!

This was the inaugural use of our new RV trailer, was impressed that ya'll had a guide to take us to our pad and spot me as I backed in. We enjoyed our stay.

I live in Midland Texas and when I come to Conroe to visit family always stay here. Staff is always friendly and the facilities are kept very nice, will be back!

This was our very first time out in our brand new RV, and our first trip ever! The checkin was easy, staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The location was very clean, drive-through spots easy to get in and out of, and very roomy. The little things like daily trash pickup and availability of firewood were much appreciated. Great help from staff coming and going!

Very nice RV resort. We stayed in a patio pull thru that had a barbeque, fire pit and wonderful seating area. Very nice for having a beverage and watching the sunset. Very clean resort with a super friendly staff.

We were there from 30 March 2021 until 6 April 2021. This beautiful park is the nicest KOA we have ever stayed in. The Owner, Operators were very nice and plesant and just downright friendly and helpful. We stayed on a beautiful Premium Site with table four chairs, plus another table and two chairs for the BarB Que area. The concrete pad was almost level. Bathroom and Showers were very clean.

First time at this KOA and we absolutely loved it. Very clean, quiet, and everyone was very friendly. This was a last minute reservation and only had 2 days to stay so next time we will allow for a longer getaway.

We loved our stay here. We showed up after office hours, but we were assigned an excellent campsite for our travel trailer. Campsites are well maintained. We will be staying here again.

Enjoyed a quiet weekend with my husband and daughter. Enjoyed the fishing pond and the location of the RV park. Nice sites and amenities.

I could tell there were improvements made to the campground. I liked that there were activities available. Staff made sure to include kids and kids were considered. The cabin was clean. I appreciated this.

We always stay there when going to the Houston area. It is very clean and the pads are great. It is a hugh park. The people are always so nice to deal with. It is the best.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
