We are tent campers, we reserved our site and liked the nice weather, low-noise environment of the Spring. As always, we appreciate the well-stocked lake that makes fishing so much fun! We plan on coming again soon, thank you-

Experience was like being in our backyard. Activities to do the jumping pad extremely dirty full of sad. Basketballs old. Not worth the money and it’s more like an RV park people living there not a tent area to enjoy nature!!!!!!

The people in the adjoining campsite parked in our space, let their dog do it’s business on our site without cleaning it, and left their toddler unattended so he crawled under our vehicle. Wanted to file a complaint, but nobody was available because of the holidays. The site itself was lovely, but not the neighbors.

I was very comfortable in tent spot three. Close to the bathrooms and showers and in the shade for the heat of the day. It had a big grassy area for my little dog to run around. They provide all the essentials like a fire pit with seats, picnic table,

Per another site renter, quiet hours started way before 10pm (8ish), and she was rude when she came over to tell us. Then she drove around in her SUV with nothing better to do but keep an eye on us. Maybe those who came for just peace and quiet should be put in the same general area, and those who came to enjoy their stay should be grouped together. Amenities were nice though.

Staff was amazingly friendly, campground overall was clean with fun seasonal activities for the kids to enjoy.

Son in law said it wasn’t what expected and they didn’t stay. I personally did not go with. Said area wasn’t big enough to put 2 tents and wasn’t private enough.

We and the two young grandkids enjoyed the stay very much, and the friendly grounds keepers, especially, Robby! The only problem we would like to see remedied was the FIRE ANTS all over our TENT campsite. We had our party bitten several places and times. With tent camping fire ants is a no no! And they were all over the campsite. So that was the only negative we had with our stay.

Stayed at the tent site and almost all areas of the ground were too compact and sandy to get a tent stake through, even with a mallet. Both the male and female restrooms were closed at the nearest restroom building, so we had to walk across the campground to use the restroom. There was also a hornets nest at the restroom building next to our tent.

In all, good place, but why..........just why would you decide to upgrade and close the bothrooms/showers by the tent campgrounds in the middle of camping season...........good place, just a little inconvenient to have to walk all the way to the entrance are to use the indoor plumbing/shower.......... Yet, I would come back, just with RV next time..........clean and great staff. Thx you.

We stayed at a tent site. Price is higher than other KOA but It's a beautiful place and clean. The site is next to the pond and it's noisy from the frogs living in the pond at night time. In general, this KOA is good. Will come back

We tent camped. The tent sites are very not inviting, no shade, next to a large RV, the view was the septic section of the RV or following their TV. The restrooms are very far from the tent sites.

It was not what we were expecting as area, however after being there the amenities plus the customer service it was great stay. Love how they bring things to you. Not to mention how clean that areas are.

The stay was great. The only things we were unhappy about was that our water spicket sprayed water everywhere in stead of coming out in a steady stream. Also, my wife had a disturbing encounter with a car driving around trying to follow her back to our tent after she went to the restroom in the middle of the night.

The camp site was flooded and unusable!, the RV next to use had a flood light right on our tent all night!, I paid for a site with power and a light but the light fixture was gone and the power to my site was turned off! I left first thing in the morning and I only waited that long because I was to tired to drive home the night we arrived. I was told I could not have a refund on an unusable site!

This location would be great for RV camping only not ideal for tent camping. Facilities and camp ground are clean and staff is friendly. Would be nice to have a hiking path or activities for older children.

The picture showing this location has a tent spot right by the lake. There are actually no tent spots by the lake. Was the picture even from this location? We were put between a dumpster and a fence with a swampy retention pond area behind it. We asked for wood and were given too much, on top of being charged a lot per bundle (over $8). Then they would not accept the return on the unused wood.

first time ever tent camping. Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and awesome! The one guy that led us to our site, brought our firewood, and told us about how to make smores... He went above and beyond to make our experience fun. The restrooms were clean, the entire area was clean! it was just an amazing experience.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
