The picture showing this location has a tent spot right by the lake. There are actually no tent spots by the lake. Was the picture even from this location? We were put between a dumpster and a fence with a swampy retention pond area behind it. We asked for wood and were given too much, on top of being charged a lot per bundle (over $8). Then they would not accept the return on the unused wood.

Good place to go, family friendly, prices have gone up in the past few years.:( some sites have fire rings under a tree, per koa regulations if you want to pick a site there is a fee :(. The catch and release lake is great if you like fishing or want to teach children to fish. Upgrades to pool area is really nice. there is a playground and an air jumpy for children to play.

We loved this KOA before but with all the new upgrades and new staff it’s INCREDIBLE! Extremely friendly staff! The kids love the jumping pad & pond!

Perfect in every way. The staff is sooo super friendly. Park is neat, mowed, well maintained. The daily trash pickup is awesome. Never camped at a KOA before, but we will be back!! Love every minute of it.

4 stars is a good number. The floor could have been cleaner along with the toilet bowl. Other than that all was good!

Very nicely remodeled cabin. Very clean and nicely furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stay here once a year or so with the Reguladores. # of towels should match # of guests we had 6 guests and 4 towels. Also key code for cabin door was not programed when we arrived. Had to wait on some one to come open cabin for us. Not good after long trip and late check in.

Clean sites and overall nice facility. Only disappointment was for such a large operation the store didn't have much as far as RV supplies. Another KOA we stayed at on this trip had at least 10 times the offerings.

There was a very strong sewage like smell outside the cabin, we texted the office about it and never received a reply back, the sleeper sofa in the cabin was very uncomfortable. The cabin rate is too high for what the cabin is... Wont go back

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Park was clean and well groomed. Plenty of space between all sites with connections well placed to allow centering RV or motorhome on site.

Nice stay but the little spiral burr sticker/thorns (worse than goat heads) were thick at our site , #84.

We only stayed the night but they upgraded our spit to a bigger one which was absolutely wonderful since we have two big dogs. It was easy in and out with our fifth wheel. The staff there were amazing and very helpful. Would recommend to everyone!! Thanks guys!!

We only stayed one night and didn't spend a lot of time here. But we had a beautiful cabin. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from the back porch of the cabin. It was so awesome we plan to go back and stay longer and just enjoy the cabin.

The facility was clean and the employees very helpful. The only problem we had was that the shower heads in the showers are in great need of replacement.

first time ever tent camping. Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and awesome! The one guy that led us to our site, brought our firewood, and told us about how to make smores... He went above and beyond to make our experience fun. The restrooms were clean, the entire area was clean! it was just an amazing experience.

I had raised expectations with this being a Holiday and the price that went with that designation but the experience fell short. I am not a fan of being placed by the long termers as there were at least 12 open spots away from that area. Having a diesel pickup noisily idle for an hour is not my idea of great KOA experience

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
