The people in the adjoining campsite parked in our space, let their dog do it’s business on our site without cleaning it, and left their toddler unattended so he crawled under our vehicle. Wanted to file a complaint, but nobody was available because of the holidays. The site itself was lovely, but not the neighbors.

Loved it only problem was that the floors werent clean around the perimeter of the queen bed. Found 2 individuals socks there well used and a lot of dust bunnies..yagh�� Very nice and relaxing

The camp grounds were very clean and everyone was very polite. We will be staying here every time we come to visit family.

Terrible! We stayed here previously and had a good experience so we decided to do a group booking for my sons wedding. The first day no hot water. We were moved to another cabin that was in terrible condition. The next night my 77 year old mother attempted to check in and her code did not work. We called the after hours number and no one answered. Business changed ownership was the excuse.

Stayed in a very clean, roomy cabin on the lake. Surprisingly quiet for a large park. Highway noise was a minimum.

Good location between big city & country. This KOA is beautifully set up and the staff on hand are friendly & keep this KOA spotless. Cable was good, water was better than most places & the ponds are clean. I would stay again when in the area!

We enjoy our stays here. They have made some changes with more cabins but the layout is still great and inviting. The crew is very helpful and friendly.

You have really worked on the looks of the campground, and it is looking very nice. Much improvement noted! I am hoping that you will add a rally room for small groups in the near future. You staff was friendly and polite, which is an improvement from a few years ago. Keep improving!

Asked to be near our friends. That didn't happen. Staff very friendly and helpful despite our request not being fulfilled. Probably won't stay here again.

It's always a pleasure to interact with the staff at Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA. Professional, friendly and ready to help at all times. Cabin 14 with the fire pit is really nice and makes the stay more enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly. The ponds are great for hiking or fishing. The sites are clean and the trash is picked up daily.

I love the property and location. I have stayed here several times over the past 7 or 8 years and I feel like the amenities and play area has went downhill. My groups favorite thing about the camp was the indoor-ish/covered pool-that is no longer a thing. The courts are deteriorating. I would love to see that area spruced up a bit and offer more activities for teens/adults. Cabins are great.

Suggest rallies that are scheduled for the park be parked together. We were spread all over the park. Looks like there was enough space close to the rally room we used to park all units together closer to the rally room.

The place is great. Only complaint is that after raining, there was water standing at the entrance of our trailer most of the day.

Our stay was awesome, from the check in through check out. Every person was very helpful, answered all our questions, and took care of all the needs we had. The park was very clean and well maintained. Great views of the pond. Good activities planned and notification of changes. The heated pool was a nice touch, got to go swimming in the winter with warm water! Good location to town.

The lakeside cabins were well maintained and easy to get around. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the fire alarms going off (there was no fire) and the after hours crew arrived in a timely manner and solved the issue.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
