Nice and relaxing with the toy hauler facing the pond. Friendly staff always there to greet you! They even call you when your dog learns how to open the door! See Ya'll next year.

This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly, the facilities and campground were kept clean, and there was plenty of things to keep the kiddos happy! We will definitely be returning here for all of our Lake Conroe excursions.

nice and level, and good size. neighbors were all polite and no noise / crazy issues. we did not use any of the amenities, but it seemed nice. the only con i can give the place is it being right off of 105. that is a busy road even late into the nights. we had a spot in the front of the park and there was a good amount of road noise.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. The reasons I give it 4 rather than 5 stars is because of the road noise and how close the sites are to each other. It's like city camping.

As always, the staff worked me into a site when they were very busy. Great, clean, and comfortable accomodations. Met the new managers, and I hope they enjoy this beautiful resort as much as everyone else does.

Loved the cabin! We have stayed in many tiny homes/cabins on resort properties but this one was the best. There was SPACE. Space for luggage and our bags of stuff. The extra chairs for the table and enough towels for 6 people was such a big deal as so many other places say they can sleep 6 but only provide for 4. The shanpoo/conditioner/soap was great as of course we forgot one of them. Loved it!

Good for going to places near by like Tx ren fair, clean site, friendly staff but a lot of road noise at night. We would stay again RV is a lot better than hotel.

I stay here a few times per year for an overnight to other destinations. The park is usually not very packed, late arrival is easy, and the staff are friendly.

We love our stay. We had a view of the lake, which was perfect; however, next time we'll ask for waterfront. The only negative was where we were parked the traffic noise was loud, sites 223 and 224, I think. But we love KOAs. The ones we've been in allow ample spacing between other campers, which we really appreciate. The staff is always helpful. Have I said we love KOAs? Well, we do!!

The only issue we had was the amount of road noise. Everything else was very nice and well kept. We were happy with our stay and would stay again, but on the back side further from the road noise.

The stay and the cabin were amazing with so much room. Loved the porch with built in fire pit but we could smell the waste from the RV next to us the entire night while outside. Next time we will stay in a cabin away from the RVs.

Our trip didn't end up like we intended...we reserved a tent site, in the location of our choosing, but someone was parked in our spot and damaged the wooden guard where we were supposed to park. The employee that helped us was very understanding, friendly, and professional. He upgraded us to a lakeside cabin at a discounted price! It was such an amazing weekend! Thank you! A quick one night stay in a new camper to us to check out equipment before going on a long trip. All staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds were immaculate. Would definitely recommend campground to visiting family members and friends.

We paid the extra $10 for a premium site and it was well worth it. The grill was better than any I've used at a KOA before, and the fire ring let us have a campfire at night.

I was very comfortable in tent spot three. Close to the bathrooms and showers and in the shade for the heat of the day. It had a big grassy area for my little dog to run around. They provide all the essentials like a fire pit with seats, picnic table,

Had to come to this site so the repair folks could fix my. RV. The KOA was very accommodating. The campground itself was very nice and I really enjoyed the pond with turtles and a gazebo. If your a boater, you might want to check this KOA out.

When arrived greeted and processed quickly. Escorted to spot and checked with me next day. Very nice park with all accommmodations . Easy access in and out. Close to shopping and restaurants .many pull through spots.

THE most absolute cleanest nicest bestest KOA cabin I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed in ALOT. I just cannot understand why anyone would stay in a hotel???? Good for me...cause I will DEFINETLY be back...great job guys!!

Toilet water ran constantly, when we mentioned it at office an hour or so after checking, they sent a guy out to look at it and he said he’d just fix it after we checked out! They should have offered us another cabin or a partial refund. We had to pay extra to get a fire pit! And no curtain in bedroom meant no sleep because of all the light. But everything else was ok.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
