I forget the younger blonde women’s name but she made me feel welcome and was very polite. I loved the cabin and the whole facility. I’m thinking about coming back in the near future.

The staff at this KOA were the best we have experienced. They genuinely made us feel welcome at the campground. They displayed positive attitudes and were always working. The text communications regarding events, activities, and campground updates (pool or spa closures, etc.) were excellent. Our site hookups (water, sewer, power) were in very good condition. We would like to see a larger dog park.

There is a noticeable difference in the way the park is run since our last stay there. Very much an improvement, we were with a group of friends and each of them remarked on how much they enjoyed the park. To be completely honest, if I had located another park that I thought everyone would be able to easily find, we would have, Previous experience was not as favorable, keep up the good work!

Quick overnight stay to clean 5th wheel prior to storage. Have stayed there 41/1 months while house was being repaired. Great staff. Always helpful. Thanks again Jon

Hi nice place. The pool could have been cleaned more often. Red ants everywhere we sprayed but they kept coming back. I had bites from hooking up the first night. I never received a receipt.

Very nice facility and staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of space and activities. Great internet and the text massages from the staff proved very helpful and informative.

Staff is friendly and helpful, grounds are nice and clean and they put on activities during the weekends that are so fun for the kids (and adults!)

I have stayed at the campground several times and this last stay was not good at all. 1. The restroom smelled like sewage, the guy came and did something and then the toilet would not stop running. 2. The window unit did not cool the one bedroom cabin at all cabin #2 3. We also stayed in cabin #1 and the window unit did not cool that one ether. We did not enjoy it at all

The cabin was filthy dirty and instead of apologizing she was like I shouldve called. I checked in after hours. The first thing she should have said was I apologize! Then asked me did I want a late check out! No I do not

Staff very professional and helpful. The location is good. However there is an Ant problem there. fire ants everywhere. Also suggest lighting the sites so you can see from the road what numbers are on the electrical boxes at night

Very pleasant! Quiet, peaceful and relaxing! The management is very organized and helpful. We had forgotten some hoses and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Late arrival, easy check-in. Only stayed one night, so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the amenities. Park is very clean and maintained well.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff for their hospitality. My family and I were a number of hurricane Ida evacuees from Louisiana that stayed at the campground over the weekend. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cater to our children. I wish I had the space to give details of how far the staff went to care for us. You guys are ROCK STARS in our eyes.

We were under the impression we were on the lake. The lake is 2 miles away. There are no trees for shade. Which is important for those of us who have dogs. There were dead trees and bushes everywhere and no weed eating done. Very poorly kept. Very disappointed after stays at various other KOA’s in Texas.

We and the two young grandkids enjoyed the stay very much, and the friendly grounds keepers, especially, Robby! The only problem we would like to see remedied was the FIRE ANTS all over our TENT campsite. We had our party bitten several places and times. With tent camping fire ants is a no no! And they were all over the campsite. So that was the only negative we had with our stay.

We decided last minute to stay for the weekend in the area and placed a call Thursday afternoon and the ladies in the office got us all set up to arrive Friday. Nice and friendly staff. Clean grounds and shower/bathrooms. We walked all around. The little boardwalk over the pond is cute and has water features. We brought our golf cart to drive around and had a blast for the weekend.

The staff was great, the concrete pads/pull thru was awesome. The roads and grounds, pool, playground and pretty much all the amenities need a lot of TLC. All the pictures show this as almost new, while what you get looks like it's abandoned. Also hot tub has been out of ordered (per staff) since 2019....

We had just arrived home after an 8300 mile trip. Needed a place to park the trailer for a few nights before taking it to the shop for repairs. The campground was clean, concrete pads, level and very nice. Great place to camp close to Lake Conroe.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
