It is sad that this campground has been downgraded like this. It was a waste of a weekend despite the weather. I had to clean the cabin before I took my own belongings inside. Refrigerator was nasty. Very frustrating. The amenities online are from the old campground and not presently there. Only the jumping pad is new. There was no alternatives for the kids once the rain started. Never again.

I was so disappointed that the staff didn't have backup plans when it rain to accommodate the family and kids. For all the events they gave you on an itinerary. I felt like they lost a lot of great things that made the campsite worth coming to the cover all that covered the pool the giant slide that was attached. I always love coming there but all these changes how discourage me from returning.

clean, comfortable and quiet I think there needs to be breakfast options for people who get up early. 9am is way too late to eat breakfast. For the price there should be some kind of breakfast options from 7-10am Staff was very nice. Will def stay again

We wanted a short get away that was close and would be a fun place for our grandkids and our dog lol. Conroe KOA had a very nice large cottage to rent on a fishing pond, a swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, 2 dog parks ... We had a great time.

My family and I had a great stay at KOA. The grounds were always clean, all employees were super friendly and the cabin was superb. Next vacation, we’ll definitely stay with KOA again and let our friends know. Thanks for all the memories!

My family and I had such an amazing time at your Conroe location. I absolutely loved the activities that were planned for the Father’s Day weekend. My husband stated this was the best Father’s Day EVER. Thank you for responding if we needed anything and it was truly a pleasure to be at your establishment. Bed too small in master bedroom! Plenty of room for king size. Bedrooms need ceiling fans along with outside porch. Pool needs a covered area. These are all easy improvements that would have made our stay better. Enjoyed the large cabin, water behind us, fishing and dog park!

Everything was great, the only thing I had an issue with was that I had to clean the bathroom when we arrived and the table and chairs outside were completely covered in bird droppings, I used a whole bottle of lysol cleaner trying to clean them down so we could use them. It didn't spoil our stay but just wanted to let you know. Thanks Louise

Good, with the exception of the following. Before my stay I called several times to clarify the rules of the campgrounds regarding visitors b/c I knew we would have family visiting. When I checked into my second room on Saturday Pam was very nasty and rude although the guest in front of me had 16 guest in ONE cabin. Debra was very helpful, but Pam attempted to make a big deal about nothing.

We stayed in a 2 room cabin. In was very large, accommodating lots of friends that we had over for a party. It sleeps 5 comfortably, if need, is very spacious, and was extra clean. The view on the lake made it extra nice. All the people were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The weekend was full of fun events that my 9 year old loved as well as the playground area with the jump pad and the pool! My dog had a great time in the K-9 camp areas as well! We had a great time and will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful cabin, well maintained park, view from cabin was amazing. Very quiet, when inside your cabin, you can’t hear the noise outside, was impressed by that. Clean park, we will definitely be back! There 4 days...

We have had our fraternity alumni reunions for about 15 years. My room as ready as promised as well as the pavilion. Betsy was great. We really appreciated the staff driving the golf carts and checking on us as well. We have all ready booked for 2022.

It is exactly what we need to quietly relax and at the same time visit family nearby Conroe, or they can visit us. And our dogs love it. So much fun to include them all as we enjoy the outdoors!

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
