I could tell there were improvements made to the campground. I liked that there were activities available. Staff made sure to include kids and kids were considered. The cabin was clean. I appreciated this.

Clean cabin. Should allow for some harvesting of the fish (brim/catfish). Put bigger bass in the ponds. Host events like karaoke night at the main building.

Very satisfied with services and staff. Everything was up kept and very comfortable. Friendly and fun place especially for my children. I will definitely revisit this site. Thanks for a well spent weekend.

We booked a two bedroom cabin this go around and it was very clean and peaceful. Had everything we needed, just had to bring the food. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly as always.

Pros: clean and fully stocked cabins and manicured grass. Very pet friendly! Great fishing(catch and release), curbside trash pickup, pool CONS: heated pool was too cold to swim for most, resort located in middle of town, no firepits at most cabins(will deliver for extra fee), bait not sold in store, expensive pet fees, no planned activities during our weekend stay during spring break.

While the KOA is lovely. Need way more towels or told to bring more in the cabins. Also extra toilet paper. Lastly my friend was injured on the jump pad as there is no sign saying when it deflates for the night. So when she sat down she got concrete. Also upon reporting this to the office one of the staff members laughed at her. So she injured but it ruined our time.

We enjoyed the catch and release pond, as fishing was quite fun. We were a bit disappointed in the deluxe cottage. When one spends over $200 for one night you'd expect the floors not to be dusty/dirty, the air conditioner to work properly, and a bed that's not as hard as a rock. I know we were glamping but for the cost it wasn't what I'd expected.

Had a good time. did find one roach in the cabin but nothing to cause any alarm. it was nice and clean and the grounds were super clean. Staff was really friendly. Dotti was great! we'll be back for sure. Thanks!

I came for a random getaway by myself and it was exactly what I needed! The cabin was very clean and they provide everything you need besides your personal items, food and drinks. The porch sat right by the water, so even though it was too cold to get in just sitting on the porch reading a book was absolutely perfect. They have a play area for kids as well, so it makes it a perfect place!

Terry Dick goes above and beyond every visit. I did catch the name of the lady in the gift store. She was very welcoming and went above and beyond helping my daughters purchase items in the gift shop. Well see you all soon!

We went to CAmille Van Egmond Wedding. Our first time visit was very good . Our cabin was clean and the Ladies that greeted us at the front office were so helpful and smiled. The smile made us feel so welcome. Cissy Serrano

I can't believe this cabin (number 21 )was stated as deluxe, Door way rotting out.....entrance tiles broken, smoke detector hanging loose, light bulb needed, parts missing on faucets, and main floor filthy. Two hundred a night for this? Are all KOAs like this? First and last for us.

It was perfect. The guests enjoyed the cabins and the Magnolia room was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and working with Tamara was wonderful.

Never got internet to work. Never got to a point that it even requested a password. TV had snowy connection - never clear.

The cabins look super cute from the outside but the inside of our cabin left much to be desired. Very cold feeling with outdated furniture and kitchenware supplies. Also, we bought 3 bundles of wood and the wood was so wet we could not burn it.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin with my dogs. The cabins are very nice and clean. The KOA workers were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return.

We stay here once a year or so with the Reguladores. # of towels should match # of guests we had 6 guests and 4 towels. Also key code for cabin door was not programed when we arrived. Had to wait on some one to come open cabin for us. Not good after long trip and late check in.

There was a very strong sewage like smell outside the cabin, we texted the office about it and never received a reply back, the sleeper sofa in the cabin was very uncomfortable. The cabin rate is too high for what the cabin is... Wont go back

We only stayed one night and didn't spend a lot of time here. But we had a beautiful cabin. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from the back porch of the cabin. It was so awesome we plan to go back and stay longer and just enjoy the cabin.

My husband and I had an amazing time. We do plan to come back and I have already sent pictures to my co-worker and her family so she can plan her trip. Your campgrounds are beautiful and peaceful and the staff was great. Thank you for an awesome weekend.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
