We have been staying at this KOA for the past 4 years and have had no complaints with the management. It is a safe place to stay.

We mentioned it was difficult to see the entrance and to know where to go when you come in at night.... the lady in the office didn’t sound concerned. We told her we were leaving after church on Sunday, asked if we could drop a trailer behind the big building that’s near highway, NO. There was hardly no one in the campground but needed to pay $15 to stay 3hrs. Seems like it’s all about the $

Nice clean and quiet campsite next to our friends. We could hear the fountain from the pond at night with our windows open. The grounds were beautifully kept the laundry and bathrooms were clean and maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the access you have to them through text. We were able to have them deliver extra firewood by sending a text. We will come back if in area

The wifi was intermittent at best. We were told that some long-term campers were streaming and hogging the internet. The office could identify the culprits were and knocked them off, but they reappeared quickly. With networks included "LivingroomTv" and "XXXcoach" (name removed) you know they are streaming. To be good neighbors, perhaps office set up separate wifi network for short term campers

This is one of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed in. The sites are well kept and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stop. Great place if you have kids. There is a large play area and a pool. Staff was excellent and helpful. Site was clean and utilities worked as expected. The flip up door on the pedestal needs minor repair.

Lots of noise from highway traffic. However, very nice location. Very neat, clean and well cared for. Lots of room between sites. We will be back.

This was our first time staying at a Koa and all we can say is WOW! The park was amazingly clean and the staff went above and beyond! We needed help with several little things and all of the staff helped us and made us feel like they enjoyed helping. These guys make you feel welcome and we will be back for sure. Bring hot dogs to catch lots of fish!

We've already told several people about our wonderful stay at Lake Conroe. The campground offers beautiful concrete sites with plenty of space and is a fabulous place to take the kids and grandkids!

We booked the KOA after looking at the amenities on their website. I will never book again on this basis due to the fact that they had not updated their website in SIX YEARS. We found this out after checking in. No indoor pool, no disc golf, no activities. The kids made the best of it but for $80 a night we would’ve liked to know beforehand that they did not have the amenities any more.

KOA campgrounds are our favorite. They are all well maintained and escort you to your camp sight. Conroe KOA was definitely the largest KOA we’ve ever stayed at, but they did an incredible job! ��

Nice campgrounds. Weather wasn’t the best but not their fault. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Road noise really bad due to stop lite intersection close and heavy truck traffic.

Overall we were very pleased with the facilities and staff with one exception. The General Manager (did not get his name) was an arrogant POS with absolutely no customer service or care additude towards myself or my family. Tried to explain further but you only allow so many characters........,

Y’all seriously charged me a late check out when there were at least 20 open spots around me. I didn’t get in till late and didn’t realize check out was at 11. That was my fault for not looking but no one told me about it on the phone either. Seems pretty poor to charge someone when the spot was not needed at all.

Amenities as stated are not accurate. Customer service is terrible. Unable to get issues resolved during a weekend stay. I give it a zero on a scale of 1 to 10.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
