I love that there are planned activities for people of all ages and that a text message is sent out to inform with follow up reminders at the time of an event! Great place!

Most awesome KOA I've been to - great bathrooms, huge property with lots of room to walk, nice staff, two dog parks, close to everything but quiet. Stayed 3 nights and may come back for more. Never been to a KOA this large - with rental cabins (more like houses) and plenty of RV space. Good internet. Decently stocked registration store. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Yeah!

Staff very helpful. Dog parks need repairs. Need more signs, telling people to pick up after their dogs. We love this park. The gate in the big dog park was all broken.

Nice park but has lost its luster! Extended stay guest have cluttered the park. Too much open traffic needs to be gated or patrolled.

We are repeat visitors to this great KOA. We try to stay in the sites around the fishing pond which makes for a nice relaxing evening with a campfire by the water. Grocery stores and restaurants are just minutes from the KOA which makes extended stays very convenient. The outstanding staff work hard to make sure you have a great stay. Highly recommend!

I arrived to find a very friendly professional staff. At my sight, I realized my car was dead and the staff helped me get my car running again. My slide broke on my departure day. The staff was so helpful in giving me information for a mobil tech and getting me booked for another day. They even stopped by to see how things were going. They made a bad situation so much better.

Office staff was wonderful as were courtesy/ garbage/ site orientation folks. The site we were originally assigned to was the last site by the entrance/exit. This is a busy place, noise would have been awful. Requested a move, paid extra for a new site. Drainage from up hill through our site to the street was constant. Green bathhouse was nice although for 2 days no toilet paper temp= 40s

We have stayed at the Lake Conroe Koa three times over the last six months, and it’s always very enjoyable. Friendly staff, lots of activities for families, excellent communications via text regarding all things (weather, events, maintenance) and this KOA is the perfect location to enjoy lots of local attractions.

Beautiful location! The park is very clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and very nice. The office has a nice store with RV supplies. This was a delightful stay.

We almost exclusively stay at KOA campgrounds if one is available where we are traveling. We have done this for a couple of decades or more. This campground is without question in the top 10% of all KOA‘s. The sites are outstanding and the location is close to lots of good Texas BBQ as well as everything else you need. Enjoyed the peaceful KOA, the staff was amazing, very helpful when we arrived. They even were able to assist me with my cable hook up by creating me another cable since we had forgot to bring ours. Lovely KOA and we would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great 3 nights stay! Jesse & Lisa

very clean facilities, altho the faucet in women's bathroom was loose. friendly and courteous office staff. felt safe here and location was ideal for restaurants and other activities. beautiful lakes......that Magnolia Diner was terrible. friendly and courteous staff for breakfast, but food and coffee cold !!! very pricy too. It was like they make things ahead of time and then serve them.

Enjoyed the first few years but since the buy out there has been no communication between us on where we stand or what the plans are When a purchase this big is made you have a plan already made on what you are going to do and by not communicating that plan to at least your annual campers It makes us think that you are avoiding us because the news about the plan you have is not good news

Solely based on the drive into the campground i would recommend everbody to stay somewhere else. If there are a number of scraps on the ground from hitches scrapping the ground and you are in a hospitality business, - your customers don't want extra tear to their equipment pulling into the business. Its so frustrating!!! I would write more but this space is limited, also disappointing.

We were here for just one night. This KOA is easy to find, very large, beautifully maintained, and has a bunch of amenities. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

Enjoyed the Stay. You are in a country-like atmosphere, yet you have the convenience of stores and restaurants close by. Hope to return in the Spring.

Overall the campgrounds are well kept. The only complaint I had was that there were children riding bikes and scooters out until 10:30pm. My husband and I were trying to sleep, but we could hear the kids yelling. I wished the quiet hours were enforced more.

Stayed one nite. Nice KOA location near Houston. Site 47 was one block un-level side to side, OK level front-to-back, and held our overall 40 ft. length. Utilities spacing was OK, with water front, sewer middle, electric rear. The LIGHTS were terrible, too bright, with stadium level lights from location across Hwy 105. Lots of road noise. Bathrooms were a walk from site. Open sites with few trees.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the man who golf carted the way to our spot was extremely helpful. This campground is very well maintained and clean. Wonderful location and amenities.

The park has gone down hill in a hurry because the park has been sold. So sad because I really liked this park when it was a koa. The new management is rude and doesn't care about making people happy, only the mighty dollar. They do not sell propane anymore and good luck finding any in Montgomery. The camp store is no more as well. There is alot more campgrounds that are way cheaper.

Perfect location for direct access to the hustle and bustle of Montgomery, Texas. Nicely located. Was newly aquired by new owners, curious to see what changes are to come. Hopefully the hot tub (which has been closed for about 4+ months) will be repaired soon. Pricing is average for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
