bathrooms in good shape (not great) but definitely 'doable'. staff was awesome, sites are nice, well shaded (most of them) and spacious. pool was clean but unsupervised kids made it difficult to fully enjoy. quiet hours were obeyed, nice and mellow after 10pm. close to kernville and lake isabella. overall, we had a very nice experience and will be heading back again this weekend!

Easy check in. Great staff at front. Attentive and super nice! Campground a bit run down but good enough for a fun time. We didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t comment on that.

I have been going there since I was about 9 years old and now I take my kids there and we go every year 3 times a year and we always look forward to ice cream social , game night and movie night and Sunday breakfast to enjoy at lake Isabella Koa but this is the second time this year that we come and find out it is cancelled makes us very sad this is what makes lake Isabella Koa fun and unique ���

Very pleasant stay there. Cool little campground with a great pool. Nice staff! Could use a little maintenance but not a deal breaker. Wish the bar/restaurant was open but I can't blame that on the park. They were very responsible given the guidelines they have to work under now. 8/31/2020

My family and I had a good time. The place was nice, clean, bathrooms were desent (no lines), everyone was wearing a mask . Honeslty, we felt very safe, in leaving our stuff while we explored the river.The only thing is that the air quality was poor from the Northern fires. I will defenetely be back to this camp ground. Staff was super friendly and nice.

The Staff was terrific, Bathrooms need a lot of work, toilets do not flush well only two of the showers out three were usable one stall shower head sprayed so that the bathroom flooded when used the other stall cold knob had come off and no one fixed it I was there a week. no stools in shower area. Overall campground could be a little cleaner.

Dirty,cobwebs, widows are filthy, the toilet had stuff running down the sides of it .Kitchen cabinet the door was hanging off. Abundance of spiders inside cabin, paid for a 2 bath cabin and was given a 1 bath and was not given a price reduction. Cabin did not come stocked with with a complete set of silverware,dishes,cooking utensils,etc.1 couch cushion sagged and was unusable. Air conditioner

I wish I could rate this negative stars. The KOA amenities are open to the entire town, not exclusive to guests actually staying at the KOA. The pool is packed to the brim with residents from the community, people are blaring music throughout the entire night and have tables and bbq's set up in the middle of the KOA streets. You cant see a foot down into the water, disgusting.

The WiFi did not work in cabin 48. Huge inconvenience with Covid and school being online.

Facility is too close to the highway and too far away from any sites. Pool was open in the middle of the pandemic and very crowded. No effort to enforce social distancing or limit capacity in the pool area. RV campsites (where we stayed) were too close together and small. On the bright side, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cabins are adorable and there are many facilities for kids.

Wonderful place, sites are small and close to one another but we didn’t mind. Lots of neat little touches, including a splash pad our 2 year old loved played at.

Check in was fine. We got to our campsite, and two female employees parked their golf cart 2 sites over and smoked for about 20 minutes; the cigarette smoke floated right in our direction. The people on one side of us, smoked marijuana all day & into the night. The other side were just loud and obnoxious. The quiet time rule was not enforced & it was well after 2 am both nights before It was quiet

Worst KOA ever! Campground poorly maintained. Hookups located at back of a back-in site so our lines barely reached. Site was not level-back of site was uphill. How are you expected to dump sewer uphill? Camp dump station was disgusting and backing up everywhere. Dog poop all over campground that was not picked up. 10pm quiet time not enforced. No COVID precautions with large gathering at pool.

The most unpleasant host and crew, except one at the front office. Used to be clean, enjoyable place for a family to go. Guest making noise till 1:00 AM using cuss words, manager doing nothing; claiming he is not responsible for the actions of others. Reservations a mess. All blame each other rather taking responsibilities.This was not the first time at this site. Shame on KOA having such a site.

The staff was nice. The park could stand a little more upkeep. We were promised a spot with shade and got the only one without it. All in all, no huge complaints. It served our purpose.

Decent camp ground. Far enough away but not to far from Kernville and river. Can use some renovations, maybe more controlled access for security. Camp host’s were very pleasant and personable. I enjoyed my Overall stay.

The KOA was very run down. We had our dogs with us and even though there was a small fenced in area for them, the poop bag dispenser was empty and so was the water tank. People did not pick up after their pets. Considering we were there for 4 days there was plenty of time for staff to refill both of thos items but nothing was done. The campground is not clean. There was trash along the perimeter.

Staff were very professional and friendly and always willing to help. It was nice to see them going around the campsites to make sure that everything was clean and when they are run around they would talk to him see how you doing, if you needed anything. Campsite was nice and clean well managed. My only drawback was all dirt and with 2 little dogs you know they brought the dirt in lol.

The setup is nice and I will definitely return if I'm headed that way. I only used the public restroom twice and the toilets are clogged and not very clean. Otherwise, nice facilities and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

The cabins weren’t the cleanest. I wished they were deep cleaned due to Covid. The staff wasn’t really there to enforce quiet time. There was a strange family after 10pm making noise and no one was there to enforce anything. Some things were not as seen on the pictures. It was okay, but not the best on a lot of things.

Full hook ups was great. Had a spot with trees so made it nice for shade. Bathrooms are not kept clean. People in my group wanted to use the sink and said the bathrooms are very dirty. Staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and great at check in. The campground was clean. Quiet time didn't appear to be enforced, as one party was doing karaoke late at night. Very large groups were gathering, riding quads within the campground at an unsafe speed, and cars parked all over blocking the roads. Would not return with small children again.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the service of one of the girls but unfortunately, we did not catch her name. She may remember us because we bought beef burritos for our dogs and she got a kick out of that. She also helped us switch our tent site to one where we could park easier and just really took good care of us. We really enjoyed our night. Thank you for your great service!
