Great campground, very clean park and laundry room is one of the nicest I've been in! Lots to do, swimming area, boat ramp, swimming pool, playground. Lots of area to walk. Close to shopping and restaurants. Some sites may require a board under your rigs tires to make it level, but most are paved. Many have wood decks with a bbq! Quiet and peaceful and friendly staffl!

Definitely better than the last time I stayed here. They gave me a nice level site. The view of lake is nice. Nearest shower was single coed handicap...needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Pool was nice and showers near pool are great. Staff was very nice this time, much more welcoming.

The staff was very helpful and the activities were great. The only thing that makes us hesitant to return is the closeness of the sites, the inability to pick my spot on the app, and it was very difficult for us to create a campfire. When we arrived we actually didn’t have a fire ring and when we did get one it was a struggle to find level ground to build a fire.

Love the premium 50 amp site! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keeping in mind that camping is not about wifi signal, even after I paid for wifi ($15.00) I still got very poor signal. Guess I lived through it though lol. We enjoyed stay very much!!

The location was easy to where we needed to go and the staff was very friendly. The sites were very uneven and slopped with deep erosion. The wifi was not good at all and were not able to get help with that. Very dated and was surprised by the conditions of the "seasonal" sites which were more homes. They were very unkept and unsightly for a KOA campground. There are many upgrades needed.

I was very disappointed that the one pool was closed, and that the smaller pool looked in really bad shape. It would have been nice for us to be informed. That is one of the major draws of us camping with KOA. We have the week of July 4th booked with KOA at Lake Oconee but we are considering changing our reservations do to the pool situations. Can someone let me know the status of the pools?

Staff was great and helped us when our campsite was too small. We didn't have a trash can close, more trash cans will be good.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful, but the sites they assigned me we're too small for my C class motor home. And had problems at every site. Seemed they could have given us better sites sense we stayed 3 mths had to move every 21 days.

After getting my space at your campground I found there were many more much nicer empty spaces down by the water. I'm sure they were more expensive but if you had told me about them I would have paid more to get one of those sites. Very poor counter person.

We were only there overnight. Seems like a nice place, very picturesque. However the lot (241) was very unleveled, the water tower leaked so bad I didn’t use it and 6 out of 8 bathrooms by the club house were not in service or locked. The (I assume) camp host left a message to call and the mailbox wasn’t set up so we couldn’t contact him. He did show up later and was very nice. All in all go

The kamp grounds are situated in a beautiful location. Close to the highway but far enough away to avoid most of the noise. The staff was especially helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Great spot with great people.

It was a happy and relaxing time. The children loved kayaking in the lake. I fished off the pier and caught catfish. It was very clean and we met very friendly and helpful neighbors. It was nearly perfect.

Felt like a trailer park on a hill. Very crammed in. People on a golf cart immediately began trying to hang out with beer and cigarette smoke. We planned on relaxing together but absolutely could NOT.

With all the open spaces we were put on one that was not a good space to stay on. The septic was hard to got to. We we way away from lake and pool.

Arrived about 4:00pm on Saturday and followed the gentleman to our site. The site was at the bottom of a hill, very small pad surrounded by poison ivy, the utility post had been knocked sideways (got photos), surrounded by permanent residents. It was strange, in that we passed at least 30 empty site, some with decks & views. Worst KOA experience ever! The KOA app??? Really.

These are the worst campsites and roads that we have ever experienced. We reserved a pull thru site for a 40ft motorhome. The site was so uneven that our front tires were off the ground and we still weren’t level. The roads in front of the “pull thru” were so washed out so we had to back the coach all the way out to the main road. This campgrounds should not be a KOA.

Full hookups are nice but sites are close to each other. They had an escort help us to the site. Easy access to the lake. Loved the dog park. Beach seems small for the size of the park. Pools were not open yet.

Place was in great location. Roads were in very bad shape, they were uneven with ruts everywhere. Actual campsites need some work to better level them. We were at a site that could accomodate our motorhome and tow dolly and car attached, but the office had us take the car off the tow dolly so we could park at the site, then park the car behind the tow dolly! Makes no sense at all.

Nice, clean, friendly! The grounds were very well maintained. Staff was even dressed in yellow slickers doing daily chores in the rain. We will definitely stay at this KOA again

Nice male greeters but that was it. Store closed early. Had to move our own picnic table from another site. Pool wasn’t open. Sites were not level and quite small. Showers? Gave up looking.

NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. SPACES THAT ARE NOT FOR FULL TIMERS ARE NOT ONLY NOT LEVEL BUT DIFFICULT TO ENTER AND EXIT IF YOU OWN MORE THAN A 30 FOOT PULL BEHIND. OUR CLASS A WAS IN THE WRONG PARK

If you’re wanting an overnight stay, and you’re pulling a 39’ fifth wheel with an 8’ bed truck, this is not your park. I stay with the KOA brand expecting a certain level of amenities, and this one fell way short. It was an overpriced State Park.

No Phone Service to Notify them of late arrival (6:30PM). Unable to level trailer on Site. One shower Location at the Rear (Lakeside) of the Campground. No flexibility to relocate to an alternative Site.

The entrance is beautiful. The sites are not level...The road leading to the sites is pitched too low; a vehicle could tip over in the gulley of the road...need to fix the roads and level all your sites. The drive thrus need more room to drive thru. It could be a very nice park with the improvements. Good luck.
