The campground is beautiful, but the loud music at night is real bad. The house behind me played real loud music till about 2 in the morning.

Had a slight problem with water outage that just wasn't communicated to camper when it started or was fixed about 5 hours later. Internet on premium site was down due to parts on order from resent storm.

Escort was great. Directed us essilyy and efficiently into a somewhat difficult site. Very pleasant staff.

Was a bit off the beaten path. I was just looking for one night close to the interstate and continue on my way. Nice Lake. Sights were a bit tight and muddy and unlevel.

We had a pull thru. If someone had been next to us there would be no where to park. The picnic table was rotted out. We were returning on our way home and asked for a different site but we're told they had none. The park is half empty. I called for 3 days before our return trip and left a message regarding using KOA points. No one ever answer and I got no call back. Manager is not friendly.

Staff was extremely kind, helpful and ready, willing to assist with our needs. Camp ground was well maintained. Beautiful area. Suggestion: need to upgrade the power to both 30 and 50 hook up. We loved staying on the water site but with our new camper that will not be possible because you only have 30 hook up on water sites.

A campground with character! This mature setting offers hills, trees, lake views and a retro vibe with it's vintage train car theme. As with most KOAs, the amazing staff here and the jobs they all do made our stay quite comfortable. I have learned during our RV life this last year that if you want something (like best wifi signal or lake view or level site) just ASK and they will do their best!

Beautiful Campground right on the water. Staff was friendly and their was lots of fun for the kids and adults. Unfortunately Wifi was down during our stay but we still had a blast. Cable TV was also not offered.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is awesome. They take you to ur campsite and get you backed in. I enjoyed the large pool and clubhouse. The bathrooms were modern and clean.

Absolutely beautiful setting in the trees by the lake, very nice pavilion, swimming pool and beach. The only negatives are bathroom/showers were very few and the dumpster is near the entrance (you are required to take your trash)

Only stayed one evening, so to get a feel of the place would be difficult to assess properly. But, given first impressions, the closer you stayed to the water, the nicer area it was...seasonal or long tremors property boardered on trashy appearance. As a one night stay, ok. Week long stay...no.

We stayed in site #5. It was level enough to level out our class C rv, although when it rained, mud flowed thru our site. it was under a tree which was nice for shade, but a lot of ants invaded our rv within a couple of days. We were told that that was the last site available for those dates, but we saw a few open sites during our stay. The pool is very nice, clean and large enough to swim .

Site 21 is a terrible site. You cannot open your awning. It should not be used for paying guests. There were multiple other open sites for the entire time, but we were not offered a better site.

We enjoyed site 7, on the water, except for the ants that got into our brand new camper. We could not get rid of them, even though we sprayed the underneath outside. Unfortunately for our friends who stayed in 21, has to be the worst campsite ever. No view, table falling apart. They spent most of their time at our site.

Our stay was nice. There was a lot of ants all around that ended up in the camper. Not sure if that is typical. Cody was very helpful and friendly.

The campground seemed a little run down. The sites were difficult to get in and out of. It rained and stormed quite a bit while we were there and looking around there were sites that were just mud pits. I know the campers directly behind us we're very unhappy. We only stayed one night. We requested assistance with tearing up our camper tires and were assured they would help and no follow-through

Not for long rv's. Very steep hills. The guide leading me to my site took a wrong turn and nearly got me stuck in the hills. Many sites were open yet they gave me one on a huge slope and I had trouble leveling my rig. Very pretty campground but not worth dealing with the hills.

Although it was just an overnight stay, it was our second trip to this campground. The staff, including the groundkeepers, are very friendly and helpful if needed. The patio's are very well kept and a pleasure to have outside ones camper.

I haven’t been to this campground in 16 years and doubt there’s been any updates since then. POORLY maintained, rude staff members, super tight camp sites & sites are all mixed in with permanent residents. There’s two pools but one of them has been out of service for a long time and the staff claims they’re working on it, so the one pool that is working is overcrowded and small. Worst KOA

Lakeside site. People fishing behind my site preventing me from enjoying the site I was charged $100/night for. Campers fighting 2 doors down from us making my wife very uncomfortable to even go outside of our camper. This was our first time staying at a KOA. Being charged that much for what we got, may never go again.

Sites are to small put us in what they said was a pull thur but no way to get tow vehicle out once unhooked had to back out next morning place was a dump

The lots were rocky and hilly, but the stay was enjoyable. We did 2 overnight trips so we didn't get to see the whole property. We stayed one night traveling to New Orleans and one night on our return from New Orleans. The bathhouse was nice and clean, one of the best that we have encountered. It had individual shower stalls and restrooms. We would use this KOA again and would recommend it.

Had an amazing weekend with Family. It's been over 10 years since I've been here & glad to see the improvements. Really missed the pool table though Friday night when it rained. We used the bath houses a lot & they were up to standard. We were escorted & helped in to our site. Grounds were cleaned. Very very happy with our stay.

Employees were excellent. Sites coming into the campground were very nice but behind those the sites it was very unappealing. For $50 per night I expected better sites for sure. State & Corps parks are better laid out and in better shape. But the employees get a 10+ for customer service and accommodation. Our original site was awful but we were moved to a pull Thru that was level.

Pull through was inoperative…could get in, but low trees and tight turns obstructed exit routing so we had to unhook to get out. Utilities are very congested. Typically only a half out a quarter turn available to attach sewer hose. My water spigot sprayed water onto electric box. Not ideal. Nice lake though.
