Very beautiful camp grounds. The lake felt great, just wish I had stayed there longer than one night.

The staff was amazing, but the sites are in HORRIBLE condition. Busted concrete, missing/broken deck boards, etc. I have never seen so many levelers being used throughout a park.

Avoid this KOA if possible!!! We’ve stayed at KOAs on our RV road trip. This KOA was horrible! Sites messy, unkept, disorganized. Sites have minimum gravel, but lots of ants. One night there and a ton of ants inside our RV. It rained and it was a mess. Wifi very weak. Investment in asphalt or concrete should be a requirement of all KOAs.

We Stayed at site # 108..It was rocky and bumpy site !!! All sites that was around us was rocky and bumpy,( Dirt sites only..) plus there was a deep drainage ditch on our site, with small orange cone beside it that needs "ATTENTION," that should have safety bars and a level enclosure for SAFETY !!! Furthermore, sites are to close together "no privacy" Park needs lots of attention and Maint !!!

Over night stay while in transit. Only site available when booking was 50 amp, no problem I have a 50 to 30 amp converter. The last time I used converter had a problem (at a nascar track) converter no longer works. Went to office to purchase a new one. They had none for sale but gave me one to use no charge. Staff stopped by site to make sure everything was working. Thank you.

The park was nice. The site was good except sewer drain was going up hill so not enough fall. The people were friendly some more than others. But overall very nice.

While many sites are lovely ands it’s a nice location, we ended up in pretty bad area. Very unlevel, departure turns were too tight (we backed out of our “pull through”), and too short even though we said we were pulling the car. Why pay for a pull through and have to unhook? Camp host didn’t know difference between 50/30 AMP and turned power ON when she took us to our site.

We were given a very small site. When reserved, it was the "last one". There were numerous spots which stayed empty during our entire trip. Electrical issues during trip and WiFi was sub par, at best. Not given what was promised.

We were on site 245 and it was terrible. It was all mud. The picnic table was in a terrible spot as well as the fit pit. We had to have someone move it so we wouldn’t burn our RV

The KOA was super clean and neat with a very friendly, helpful staff. Very “hilly”.. we didn’t use our beach cruisers. We had a huge deck, picnic table, and fire pit. Not much to do in the area but a great KOA to sit and relax! Drove around to nearby towns, went to antique stores, local brewery, etc, Beautiful lake, bring boat if you can! We will be back:)

Pretty nice site, staff was not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor really talk to me while I was in the office registering. It was close to closing time so it’s almost as if they just wanted me out of the office.

We had major problem while on our way to park. Park staff was very helpful in referring us to repairman. Plus they helped us pump up deflated tire twice until help arrived. Very grateful!

The downhill stairs to the bathrooms appeared to be screened off for private use of the closest RV and their dogs. Another guest said they had to put all their young children back in the car and drive down to the bathrooms. Really glad we had empty coffee cans and bottled water.

We love this campground and our waterfront site was all we could have asked for. We only wish there were more sites on the water because they are all sold out for the summer.

The park is very pretty and right on the lake, which is nice. The hilly-ness is challenging. We were in space 38, which turned out to be a real challenge. Our truck slipped sideways down the hill in the red clay when we tried to hook up. The manager (who was helpful) brought 2 loads of gravel/sand to create traction so we could hook up. Beautiful campsites on the lake if your RV fits. Sites fairly close together, but pretty much standard, I think, for KOA.

The day before we arrived, we were having issues with our level jacks. When I went into the office Jeff welcomed me & was understanding of my problem. He went above & beyond to change our site & find a fabulous level site. John then escorted us & made sure we got set up. Said to call if we need anything. Our 2 night stay was so relaxing views are great Will return Paulette/Tom Geissinger

The campground is in need of repair in a lot of areas. They have 2 boat ramp areas and one is down a large hill with no clear path to get to it.

Knew we would arrive after hours so I tried to call 7 times, pressed 1 for a person still got recording. Site 74 should only be used when full even the host knew we wouldn't like it. 2 signs for after hours check in with different information (left and right of door). Premium wifi is barely any wifi. Site advertised as 30 and 50 amp. its 20 & 50 and the breaker flipped.

Great!! We stay on a great spot on the lake and we enjoyed it. All employees were so friendly and helpful. We will be back. And Max( our dog) loved the lake too. Happy Trails

Worst KOA experience. Owned by Travel Resorts of America doing business as North Shore Landing resort. Had a 38’ trvl trailer stuck in “residence row” not a campsite. Site was downhill btwn full time residents with campers w/3+ canopies/awnings attached to create more outdoor living space & many barking dogs. Only 1 dumpster located at the very front of park. Small, unlevel sites w/large dit

We were disappointed in the upkeep of this park. There was NO way you could use the picnic table as it was rotten. There was little to no maintenance on the sites. This was our first stay at a KOA and now I May regret joining the KOA Club, based on this park.

Had a dog bark for 5 hours straight. It was reported, but it did not help. It was run down around the area that i was placed on lot 65. there was a lot of permanent residence that i had to walk by each time i went out. the permanent residence were just trashy! Crap all out in there spaces! one place had two weiner dogs the ran front to back barking every time i went by.Multiple old canopy's in yds

The staff were great, but the campground is definitely showing it’s age. One of the pools was out of commission, and several of the train cars need repainting. Badly. But our site was great, and access to the water was fantastic!
