We had to cancel our first night due to high winds for traveling and they didn’t charge us extra. We had a pull-in site with a view and we’re able to watch the sunrise from our bed! And… they even had discs that we could borrow while going to White Sands National Park so that was nice. This is by far our favorite KOA and we look forward to returning in the future.

Well kept nice campground. Sites are level with plenty of room for slides. Views are spectacular! We stayed three nights. Convenient to downtown shopping.

Sites were very well-maintained, almost immaculate! Unfortunately, a sharp contrast to the host building and the men's washroom. The latter is in bad need of repair and updating. Sadly, cleanliness was not up to high KOA standards, either. I'm being generous by giving the "4" star rating.

Sit on a hill that overlooks Las Cruces, can get a bit windy but the staff are so friendly & helpful that we would stay again when passing through. They do give complimentary coffee/pastries in the morning which is very convenient when trying to get back on the road. Also we visited White Sands Park and the KOA offered saucers to ride the dunes for free to use & return. Nice!!

The park is very clean, and they were making a lot of improvements. The large pull thru sites were a little too narrow for our liking. It would also be nice if they had some type of indoor club house.

Beautiful campsite with beautiful sites. Nice view over Las Cruces and the mountains. The sites have just been renovated and look very good.

Outstanding!!! Each and every time we stay, further improvements to the property continue. The owner(s) know that you must invest in order to expand your customer base...They are soooo into it!

Las Cruces KOA is an absolutely beautiful park the staff is very very friendly and nice and the grounds are super well-maintained it’s just again a beautiful park. Only complaint I have is that the pool wasn’t open and I think that’s just laziness and should be corrected immediately. Otherwise I would stay there again anytime.

Very nice park close to town. Some sites have a great view overlooking the city. Sites are close together though. The sites have concrete pads that the tires were supposed to line up with. Our Winnebago class c tires did not line up so half the rv as on the pad and half was not. Fortunately we had levelers so we were able to get level but if we didn't, it would have been very uncomfortable.

Cabin was very clean. Showers a good size. Had a one night stay. Used the K-cup machine for coffee that i heated up in the microwave that was in the cabin since I left early before the office opened.

Friendly camp hosts. Newly upgraded campsites and electric. Very nice tent sites and pull through. Greate night views of the city along the nature walk.

Very pretty campground. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Our site was on the hillside overlooking Las Cruces. The twinkling city lights was very peaceful (Until the motor home near us turned on the blue lights underneath their coach which are artificial & distracting. They never came outside & would not have been able to see their lights from inside their coach. Inconsiderate! Not KOA's fault!)

Wonderful campground with friendly staff, great facilities and conveniently located. The WiFi is the best I have ever encountered at a KOA! Keep up the great work!

Beautiful location, great views, easy access, and friendly staff. The entire place is being upgraded - new outdoor kitchen for tent campers, more tent spaces added, cabins being added, and main building being upgraded. So this really nice place will be even better soon! Good laundry room, secure area to hold mail for incoming guests (very important!), and nice little store.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our site 28 had a gorgeous view of the Organ mountains and plenty of space for picnic table and parking. The sites are gravel. Upon our arrival there was mostly dirt around our rv entry and picnic table. I called the office to ask if they would apply more gravel around those areas. The next day they put plenty of gravel and did an excellent job. That’s service!

Staff were friendly, campground is really nice, bathrooms very clean (lots of hot water), the view of Las Cruces is amazing. This KOA is titled as a Journey, however, it should be a Resort. Very, very nice

It was an overnight stay for me. Friendly staff and great view near the walking trail. Park was very clean. I would return for a longer stay.

wifi wasnt good. there we're alot of people there and the wifi wasn't strong enough to handle the amount of people on it. invest in a booster or just upgrade the system to handle the people

Nice camping sites with a view, very friendly staff. Very well kept, attention to details. No cable but plenty analog channels. Coffee and pastries in the morning are a great plus
