Not one to complain, but the cabins here have been treated with some type of really bad smelling chemical disinfectant or cleaner or insecticide. The obnoxious smell was so bad that I left the room and got back on the road after 4 hours. My clothes (and my dogs) had to be washed later to get rid of the odor. On the plus, it looks like a nice spot for folks in self contained RVs or trailers.

Very comfortable, Stayed in one of the cabins Enjoyed it very much. Probably will not stay in a hotel ever again!

Location is only issue because it is up ona hill and it gets very windy.

Cabin was very clean. Showers a good size. Had a one night stay. Used the K-cup machine for coffee that i heated up in the microwave that was in the cabin since I left early before the office opened.

The cabins were clean it was a very cozy place we will stay there again and the price was perfect thank you we hope to see you again soon

Staying at the Las cruces KOA is always enjoyable, whether watching a rainstorm coming in, or seeing all the city lights.

Where do I start?? The office staff is so friendly and helpful (she turned me on to Valley Pizza and their Green Chile Rueben Sandwich - WOW!), made sure I knew how to turn the heat on in my cabin and let me know about coffee in the morning. Your campground has grown, and the improvements are amazing! Love the fridge and microwave in the cabin! Oh! And the light over the bed!!

We arrived early before check-in time for cabins. The office allowed us to park temporarily and phone as soon as the cabin was cleaned, which was before the regular check-in time. We appreciated that kindness. The only suggestion I would make has to do with the location of the AC/Heating unit. It is mounted near the ceiling which which doesn't work to heat the cabin since hot air rises.

Beautiful location but my cabin lacked adequate heat. Neither the remote nor the wall unit supplied heat. I was freezing most of the night.

It would be nice if on cold days that the heater was set and ON in the cabin before arrival. It took over two hours to get the cabin to a comfortable temperature. I stay at KOA cabins often. This is a common practice in both the summer and the winter. Everything else was great.

Showers were good- stayed in their cabins very clean. WiFi was great - bring a device no TV in cabins. People were nice and laundry room was clean !

Parking a trailer was difficult in the cabin area, bathroom too far, same code as men’s which seems dangerous and an animal or cats were fighting ferociously under my cabin. Just not a great choice for me

The best staff of any camp ground I have used in years. The cabins are very nice way to stay at the Koa camp. Very clean bath units. Thank you I will stay there again.

I really want to give them one star because they are amazing and I don’t want the word to get out… keep it a secret! But I have to tell the truth… we have been all across the US and this is the very best KOA we have ever stayed in. All the sites are beautiful with amazing views of the city. Will be back soon and stay longer!

The Cabin we stayed in was so lovely! Everything was updated and so cute! The park was perfect for the kids. The pool looked wonderful too. The bathrooms were clean and it was super quiet. I loved the views and the whole atmosphere! I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. Next time we pass through tow we will definitely stay there again!

I rented a cabin with my pets. The view ,it’s a big view of Las Cruces and the surrounding mountains. The KOA is/has been updated with respect to landscape to allow more spaces for big rigs, foot paths and plants . During my stay many RV’s , trailers and campers visited . This is a nice well kept KOA with friendly staff and happy campers . Easy access,clean and friendly.

One of the nicer KOAs I've stayed in. Decent location, quiet. Bathrooms and grounda are very clean and the lady at the counter was very nice. I stayed in a cabin and there was a nice fire ring and patio table and 4 chairs at each cabin. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice camping sites with a view, very friendly staff. Very well kept, attention to details. No cable but plenty analog channels. Coffee and pastries in the morning are a great plus
