We had a great time. The cabins were very private with exceptional views and just a short walk to the springs. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Easy check in and check out process we will be back. My only issue was our camp sight was a back in sight I drive truck for a living and took me thirty minutes to back a twenty seven foot trailer into the spot. This was due to the building/retaining wall and very little room on the drivers side to snake the trailer into the spot.

Of all the places I stay, this one is absolutely the best. The view and location is stunning. Close to town (walking distance). I love it here. I will be back.

Friendly people, I loved the cleanliness of the bathrooms too! I wish we could have been a little closer to our family's trailer spot, but with the campground being at capacity, I completely understand. It was such a small walk anyway, we enjoyed every minute of it! We even loved the trail from the campground into town! Walked it every time we went into town.

Excellent but my space was dirty when I moved in. Grease and food on patio. Hosed off myself. Pure laziness from staff because my neighbor had his hosed off prior to move in. Wanted to buy propane but person not available:(

Stayed with few other friends in campground. Nice spots along river. Everyone seemed pretty quiet. Staff was helpful.

Spent 1 night and found the the prices did not reflect the value of the campground. The sites were way too close together, the utilities were not placed correctly and railroad & road noise was unbelievably loud. Would not recommend this KOA.

It could not have been a better experience. KOA grounds were nice and neat. Woman working front desk was thorough in explaining everything and was very friendly. We rented a cabin and it was so charming. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The hot springs and places to eat were within walking distance. My biggest regret was we only stayed one night. we really should have stayed the whole weekend.

I feel they did not clean it well as we found a cigarette in one of the cabinets. The cabin says it fits 6 but only has utensils for 4 people people which doesn’t make sense.

They were very helpful and kind. Our area had enough room for the kids to play. They also had a little playground for kids and a enclosed dog area where you could unleash. The mountains surrounding are beautiful.

The camp ground is clean and well kept. It's conveniently located to town. It is also located, very close, to a busy highway and a railroad track that gets regular usage. It seemed that both were literally over my head. I had to use ear plugs to get any sleep at all.

Bring your ear plugs! Between the train and semi truck brakes, it is loud (especially at night)! The facilities are great! Andi in the office was very helpful, but the rest of the staff did not go out of their was to answer questions or help. This KOA is on the edge of town, But we will try the one in town next time. Beautiful views and walking distance to town! Code to Soda Springs!

Perfect campsite in every way except for the fact that very long, very loud trains run constantly all night long across the street. Otherwise staff is wonderful, sites are the loveliest I have ever been to, and the proximity to the most relaxing hot springs ever is priceless!!

we really enjoyed the campground and how close it was to the hot springs pools. Didn't enjoy the loud frequent trains though. Next time we will request a spot further back maybe. Thank you!

We enjoyed the upgrade very much. Thank you for doing that for us. It’s a bit noisy but that’s to be expected and we were aware. The only issue was the internet premium we paid for live streaming. It didn’t work well at all. Too many people with the same idea I guess. Thanks for a nice stay.

We booked a tent site with electricity but, the site was at the end of the RV hookups and at the crossroads for vehicles. Not what anyone would hope for. We did upgrade to one of the tiny house spots. Very comfortable! if we hadn't been able to upgrade I believe our stay would not have been as enjoyable.

Beautiful, level sites - The bathroom/shower/laundry facility in the East area is beautiful - spacious and spotless. Really impressed with the condition of this KOA. My wife and I loved it and we will be back. Only downside is the noise from the highway and railway. Lots of trucks and trains... Fairly noisy - but the camp is well maintained and staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Amazing experience. Our cabin backed up to the river and a beautiful waterfall. Loved having the gas grill, outside table and chairs, rockers and firepit.
