We paid for tent site T11 and the site was under a Willow tree that made our tent sticky after one night, not to mention the constant noise from the trains, traffic from the very close highway and fellow campers (during quiet time). Bathrooms were dirty, missing toilet paper, hand towels and the garbage cans were overflowing. Oh and we saw two police officers leave that night for some reason.

Everything was clean at my site. Had a really nice time and enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had was a reunion with at least 70 people (they came in on Friday) were walking and cutting through several sites that were occupied. I asked them numerous times to stop walking through our site and they just ignored my request. Went to the office to let the young man running the office know. Issue resolved.

Really enjoyed our stay. I liked the pull through spots with truck parking. I felt we had plenty of space. I think the two cons were the train noise and the sap from the trees. There isn't anything to be done about the trains, it just takes time to get used to. The sap was on everything. It was very annoying and sticky. We will be back though!!

We were very happy with our stay. The cabin was clean. The setting was great on the River. The reason for the 4 star is with the description-deluxe cabin, we figured there would be linens. So we came with no linens other than swim towels. And, there is a really loud train right above these cabins. But, this isn’t unique to this campground. I am sure you would hear this anywhere in Lava.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and it was fantastic! Very clean and well-maintained! Our patio area was also beautiful. We’ll definitely be back!

The campground was beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff was very accommodating. We called to get a spot for two nights but there was only one open spot each night. The young lady took the time to do some changing and was able to get us two nights in the same spot. So nice not to have to move to another location. Can't wait to go back again!!

Front desk clerk was excellent. Wifi not so good...purchased the premium wifi and it took 25-30 minutes to download a 46 minute series episode. What a waste!! And now, the survey will not go through. Is it because of a negative comment????

Overall the stay was fantastic. My only comment is that the front desk office staff could use some communication friendly training to help campers feel welcome. The staff I talked to seemed bored and disinterested in assisting.

They were able to upgrade us to a river deluxe site ���. VERY helpful to resolve an internet issue and also a site problem that was rectified immediately. Short walk to the Hot Springs, town and the water rides. Hot Springs are absolutely incredible!!

We visit at least twice a year. Staff is very friendly and the campground is clean and well maintained. We always enjoy our visit.

Thanks for the beautiful scenery. The service was great. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. All the facilities were in good working order. That was very much appreciated.

Had issue with power plug. Young man came to look at it and had no clue. Called manager who was overheard to say “RV’ers have no idea about the electrical.” We were moved to another spot and were asked to pay additional money for different site. We refused and were reluctantly OK’d not to pay more. Nicely kept park but very noisy between railroad and highway traffic.

I liked this property a lot! The workers were friendly offering us a free coffee! We could rent a tube as well

The campground was nice and had nice amenities. The only problem was it’s location, right next to a busy road and two railroad tracks.

Price was a little steep but the cabin was nice. It came with a gas fire pit and a gas grill and had a great view.

I was alittle upset that I went to take a shower Friday night around 11 to find black long hair in my shower and no one had showered yet so it wasn't from my group.

We really love staying here!! We were in L40, very nice cabins. But the mattress on the bed is horrible, I get that we are "camping" but Im sure you could provide a little more comfort with the mattress. It was so bad we slept on the bunk beds the next night just to get some sleep. Also the grill outside really needs to be cleaned there is so much stuff down inside them that that they don't work

Loved the cabin -- AC was an added bonus. Clean and fairly spacious.

Amazing experience. Our cabin backed up to the river and a beautiful waterfall. Loved having the gas grill, outside table and chairs, rockers and firepit.
