Loved the cabin. Concerned about the drop off from the back patio. Hoping you are going to add some railing.

Friendly people, I loved the cleanliness of the bathrooms too! I wish we could have been a little closer to our family's trailer spot, but with the campground being at capacity, I completely understand. It was such a small walk anyway, we enjoyed every minute of it! We even loved the trail from the campground into town! Walked it every time we went into town.

It could not have been a better experience. KOA grounds were nice and neat. Woman working front desk was thorough in explaining everything and was very friendly. We rented a cabin and it was so charming. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The hot springs and places to eat were within walking distance. My biggest regret was we only stayed one night. we really should have stayed the whole weekend.

I feel they did not clean it well as we found a cigarette in one of the cabinets. The cabin says it fits 6 but only has utensils for 4 people people which doesn’t make sense.

We booked a tent site with electricity but, the site was at the end of the RV hookups and at the crossroads for vehicles. Not what anyone would hope for. We did upgrade to one of the tiny house spots. Very comfortable! if we hadn't been able to upgrade I believe our stay would not have been as enjoyable.

From my first interaction with Peggy at check in, everything was perfect! We ran into the owners in town and they are very friendly and take great pride in their camground. I would definitely come back!

Our stay was great! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We knew we were going to be arriving later than planned and called ahead to give the staff a heads up. They called us a couple hours later to double check that we would be arriving late and made sure to have everything set up for when we got there. The cabin was everything we had hoped for, very clean and well taken care of.

It was very nice, staff were very friendly, i would love to come back for another visit. To me it was a 5 star visit, just not very good on filling out the rate form , the fifth star disappeared, but this place was very pretty and fun,

Beautiful campground that was clean and well kept. We stayed in a cabin which was wonderful. The only thing that was not great was the mattress-bring an oversized sheet as ours came off several times throughout the night.

If i could suggest anything would be a better shower head in L32 and put TVs back in the cabins and maybe designate a fishing area or fishing dock other than that this KOA was above and beyond my expectations!!

My ONLY complaint is that Sunday morning our neighbors in D5 left their dog to loudly bark and cry while they went to the pools. It was the one and only time we heard any noise from any of the other cabins, but was a bit disruptive to an otherwise peaceful morning. I thought pets weren't allowed?

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are so sorry to hear you had to put up with a barking dog. These cabins are not suppose to have pets in them, however; it seems that some guests do not respect that policy. The cleaning lady can usually find evidence of a pet. If this happens in the future, please notify us right away.

Everything was great. We were a little disappointed that our picnic table umbrella was broken. We called as soon as we found out so we could eat in the shade, the front desk said she’d notify her manager but no one ever came to change it. In fact no one said anything beyond that. Great place tho! Beautiful view & clean cabins!

The TV is mounted in such a strange place. You can't watch from bed, and you can't even watch from the couch because it's up so high. The back door had a screen in it that let in so much light that you couldn't sleep late. The back fire pit was out of propane so we couldn't have a fire. For what we paid I was very disappointed. The deadbolt on the door is almost falling out. Very disappointed

We already gave suggestions to the owner!! Over all We loved it but I would not have paid the 344.00 a night for the loft. But it does have an amazing view!!

The facilities are clean and well-kept, staff were polite and helpful. The camping cabins are close to the road and sitting around the campfire and having a conversation not possible due to the road and train noise and the table not useful during the day for the same reason plus absolutely no shade. I highly recommend checking with staff prior to booking for more details on your specific site.

Amazing experience. Our cabin backed up to the river and a beautiful waterfall. Loved having the gas grill, outside table and chairs, rockers and firepit.
