Everything was great except a bit noisy being close to the road and the train. I would’ve given it a 3.8 if I could have. The walk by the river and across the bridge was beautiful. The site and pavilion, bathrooms, showers were very nice. Liked that they were private. Also a grill, sink and stove to use at the pavilion was nice to use.

Everything was clean at my site. Had a really nice time and enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had was a reunion with at least 70 people (they came in on Friday) were walking and cutting through several sites that were occupied. I asked them numerous times to stop walking through our site and they just ignored my request. Went to the office to let the young man running the office know. Issue resolved.

Really enjoyed our stay. I liked the pull through spots with truck parking. I felt we had plenty of space. I think the two cons were the train noise and the sap from the trees. There isn't anything to be done about the trains, it just takes time to get used to. The sap was on everything. It was very annoying and sticky. We will be back though!!

The campground was beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff was very accommodating. We called to get a spot for two nights but there was only one open spot each night. The young lady took the time to do some changing and was able to get us two nights in the same spot. So nice not to have to move to another location. Can't wait to go back again!!

Front desk clerk was excellent. Wifi not so good...purchased the premium wifi and it took 25-30 minutes to download a 46 minute series episode. What a waste!! And now, the survey will not go through. Is it because of a negative comment????

They were able to upgrade us to a river deluxe site ���. VERY helpful to resolve an internet issue and also a site problem that was rectified immediately. Short walk to the Hot Springs, town and the water rides. Hot Springs are absolutely incredible!!

We visit at least twice a year. Staff is very friendly and the campground is clean and well maintained. We always enjoy our visit.

Thanks for the beautiful scenery. The service was great. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. All the facilities were in good working order. That was very much appreciated.

Had issue with power plug. Young man came to look at it and had no clue. Called manager who was overheard to say “RV’ers have no idea about the electrical.” We were moved to another spot and were asked to pay additional money for different site. We refused and were reluctantly OK’d not to pay more. Nicely kept park but very noisy between railroad and highway traffic.

The campground was nice and had nice amenities. The only problem was it’s location, right next to a busy road and two railroad tracks.

We love this campground! Always very clean and just a fun place to stay. Road noise can be a bit much at times so we bring ear plugs.

We had a last minute overnight stay at this KOA. It's a nice park, but we were just overnighters. Kind of a high price for just pulling in and sleeping and leaving early AM, but it was the only choice available. Glad we found it.

Amazing KOA. Super friendly staff, easy check-in/out. Super Clean and Organized campground with plenty of options for everyone. I came with my 2 little boys (1 & 3 yrs old) and this campground had it all for them. Easy access Trail to town to avoid main roads. KOA store was fully stocked with everything you can think of in case you forgot something. Super impressed and will stay again. Recommend!

My fault for not reading the fine print, but the dog fee was exorbitant especially as our site had very little grass for the dogs to walk on. The Camp K9 was a joke. A small fenced area without enough room to run in. A nice campground in a nice location but the new area needs more grass and less gravel.

This was our first time here. It was wonderful. Only problem we had was that we showed up before the 3:00 check in time and they would not let us in. We had to go find a spot to hang out for an hour and a half. Lava is a small town and hard to maneuver a 37 foot trailer and truck. Our spot they put us in had an amazing patio. Great views.

Nice facilities, bathrooms with showers and sinks, laundry, a group pavilion with sink and stove/grill; campsite is a small patch grass, picnic table, shade tree, small fire pit, hook-ups water, electricity, sewer. Amazing experience. Our cabin backed up to the river and a beautiful waterfall. Loved having the gas grill, outside table and chairs, rockers and firepit.
