First tent site 44, was way too small. Could barely squeeze our tent and truck onto it. Very thankful to be able to swap to a larger site.

Didn’t like the septic drain for a neighbor was In the middle of our yard. Couldn’t use the Picnic table.�

All the staff were helpful and kind. I was so impressed with the property, location, safety and cleanliness. The upgraded showers and restrooms are beautiful! Lee, the manager went above and beyond to help my daughter and I to have a memorable experience. He was thoughtful, helpful and in the end generous. He save us time and experience from having to drive into Wenatchee for supplies. Thank you!

Was not informed ahead of time that I would be charged a fee for having a little dog with me and in your brochure you state campers can have visitors, but nothing mentioned about the exorbitant fee you charged to have a friend visit! You don’t follow you’re own rules of making sure campers are quiet after 10pm. No, I will never recommend this park. Your greed will be your undoing.

We had a great time playing in the river and family card games at night. Hanging out in town was also a great time. We are wondering when you plan to renovate the bathrooms that are connected to the main office. We would also love to have string lights hung on K15/K16 to look the same as the other cabins that are located heading up the hill.

Improvements: 1. Kids’ activities’ locations varied & not advertised. 2. Rootbeer float and dirt cup should be SOCIALS, not ordered @ coffee cabin. 3. Pool chilly. 4. Clean stall doors in bathrooms near pool. 5. Adult tasting event was advertised in text but kids events were not. 6. Coffee Cabin: Line very slow.Need a better system of taking orders. Great stay in KL18. A little pricey, but this might be the best KOA we’ve stayed at.

They offer some great customer experiences. We arrived and received an escort to our site, we saw them assisting others with backing their trailers in, and they picked up garbage directly from your site daily all we had to do was put it out front in the morning.

My family and I always look forward to this trip. It is our favorite KOA. My two sons are 22 and 18 now and still look forward to this annual trip. The only downside is I keep getting put in site 1 or 2, year after year, and I have no kids. Great sites because they are right next to playground and clubhouse but with no children maybe they would better serve someone else with kids?

Grounds are clean. A lot of activities. River swimming, pool swimming. Tent pads are surprisingly big. Seen 3, 4 person tents on one. Comfort stations 2 was amazing, private clean showers. W/D. Misting station with chairs. Comfort station 1 was disgusting. Dirty and smells like pee pee. The staff and maintenance are amazingly nice.

It would be really nice if you had a policy where if someone books to block off a site & they don't show up within a certain amount of time...that site gets opened up & the original booker is still charged. We had some issues in our site & it would have been nice to move to the open sites that were open for the 3 nights we were there. But staff said their hands were tied.

We had a great time at Leavenworth! The Koa was very nice and the staff was great! We had the campsite with a patio and it was very spacious.

Overpriced stay for what you get! We stayed in their largest cabin that sleeps up to 8 people. We had 4 in our group and they charged extra for more then 2 people. And charged extra for a 2nd vehicle. Save your money and go with an Airbnb!

A group of us stayed 3 nights with 6 children ages 3 and under. There was so much for them to do, the activities, playground, pool, outdoor movie and lots of room for bike rides. It felt very family friendly and the staff and other campers were very kind towards the littles. The bathroom was kept impeccably clean and we made good use of the showers. We will definitely be returning.

Everyone was friendly, any help we needed was addressed immediately. The cabin was clean and stayed cool in the 100+ degree weather.

All the staff were really friendly, helpful, and upbeat. The entire kampground and bathrooms were always clean, and ready to go. We very much enjoyed all the activities for the kids, and especially the pool!

We loved the resort but hated our camping site (site no 6).. We had the power box right in the middle of our space so no real room to set up any camping chairs and hang out. The site should have been set up for a much smaller camper..

First time at a KOA. My kids and I were very impressed by the cleanliness especially of the bathrooms, but also the campground as a whole. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the pool and the cafe!

With the temperatures being over 100 degrees in Leavenworth it would have been helpful if the pool opened before noon. It was just way to hot for the pool to be closed

the only thing was that AC was broken and there were 2 stationary units. The one in the bedroom had tubing on the floor and we had to connected. a bit noisy than we were expecting. everything else was great, we will be back next year. thank you

The campground was quite crowded. Most visitors and camp sites are packed in, maximizing the amount of people on the property. The tent sites are not very level and could use some TLC. If you are looking for privacy and wish to have a nice family camping trip, this might not be the place for you if you do not have an RV or trailer. Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

Camp site was good. Had problems with sewage backup down from our site and had to shut off our drains. Did not receive our KOA membership discount. Very disappointed as this is the only KOA that has not honored the KOA membership contract.

Great activities that our boys loved, much like it’s sister park in Astoria. Beautifully tended landscaping with the staff really putting in care keeping everything beautiful dyeing an unseasonable heat bubble.

Loved coffee, misters, pool, all the public seating, activities, nice facilities. Pet friendly everywhere except store & pool. Didnt like that there was no public microwave/other cooking amenities like other KOAs Ive been to. Or that hot tub was closed & we weren't informed at booking or checkin. Or that my tent site was much smaller than both my neighbors. Overall a wonderful time. Thanks!

park looked like it was great for families with kids. It was my husband and I. Very small RV site. Most expensive place we've stayed. When we checked in they gave us the WiFi info, but said we wouldn't be able to get on since they only have so many (? somethings) and they would all be being used by guests. I am tired of places advertising WiFi and then not really having it.

Very nice campground ! Large pool, easy access to beautiful river , TONS of activities for kids, nice trees/ grass, clean modern bathroom facilities . We stayed in deluxe cabin . It was so nice to have a kitchen

I don’t normally stay at KOAs, but being a grandma with 2 young grandkids I’ve come to appreciate them. This one is very clean, has lots of fun activities for the kids, on-site ice/cream and also close to Safeway. They loved the outdoor movie night. Gotta say though - the pool water is very cold

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
