Our stay was great. Campground is beautiful and very clean.We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. Cabin was very cute, clean and well stocked with cookware, bath towels and toilet paper. We didnt have enough garbage bags and only 3 coffee pods were left for us for our entire stay of 3 nights. Would have liked to had a couple more of each. Also would suggest replacing the bed pillows

It is a beautiful campground the cabin was well stocked, the people were all nice and helpful. I look forward to returning in the summer to take advantage of all of the activities!

We had such a wonderful time! The grounds are amazing and the cabin was very clean and well stocked. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The entire campground was amazing! We loved the cabin and amenities. The gated deck was a nice bonus so that our fur baby was able to enjoy and relax as much as we did.

Garry was amazing on responding to our one issue. Only reason there was a 4 and not a 5 is because of the park not being in full swing of things yet. We came in between seasons and there was still a lot of construction/projects happening. Please make recycling easier to do in the park.

Cabins and surrounding areas were all so beautiful. Kids loved the playground, short walk to the river. All in all my family had a beautiful time.

High prices but hottub not working. Counted 15 pieces of garbage on my site when I arrived. Had to walk thru mud and puddles to get to cabin. Love the location but maintenance really needs stepped up there are messes all over the campground. Alot of things not open or available so feel price should reflect that more. Almost every time I tried to call to ask a question noone answered. $$$$$$$$$$$$

Everything was very good except the cooking unit did not work well and the temperature thermostat did not seem to be accurate. We had to keep it turned to the lowest setting to keep a comfortable temperature. Otherwise it got too warm. Our son said only one sheet was provided for each bunk. Had to open both sets of linens to get the second sheet.

My only complaint was that when we checked in, we were not given the code to get into the bathrooms. My husband had to ask someone else as he really needed to use the facilities & didn't have time to walk all the way back to the office.

This was the first time here and we were amazed at how clean and wonderful the cabin and the bathrooms were in this campground. The people were nice and the sidewalks and streets were kept clear and safe from the snow and ice. We liked the little store too. The only thing we were not that happy about is that there was no recycling available and there were no gates or fences around the place.

I was really disappointed this time when we came to stay as our cabin was not clean at all and our shovel was broken and some of the heaters were not working and we froze most of the time which made that part not enjoyable.

A great value and great experience. The cabin was very clean and perfect for a family of four and our dog. Campground was well maintained, friendly staff, and made a late check-in and early check-out seamless. Will definitely stay again!

We came to Leavenworth to watch our daughter get engaged!! The Kabin was perfect for us and our granddaughter. The location of the campground is perfect. In good weather, you could walk to town, although we loved the snow! We are already talking about coming back and we'll be staying at the KOA!

The very short haired woman at the front desk who says she was "new" was extremely rude- i called to check on the particulars of our cabin because i was traveling with a baby, and she literally says "idk why youd ask that, i dont know, look it up" when asking what size bed my cabin had... i would think if you are spending over $400 for a weekend, you should be able go know what size bed you have..

Due to your building that fell down and the clean up was being done. It was very noisy and a lot of yelling and screaming from the workers doing the clean up. Should have been asked if we would of liked to move to a different cabin away from all the construction work. Or got some kind of discount or coupon for our next stay or something. Also the parking area was solid ice and dangerous.

We wanted a weekend getaway, and the Leavenworth KOA made a cozy base from which to explore. The cost was very reasonable compared to hotels and private rentals, and we loved having a kitchenette to cook some of our own meals. It had all of the linens and kitchen supplies we needed. I would have preferred the TV be in the bedroom in order to watch a movie in bed, but that is my only suggestion.

It was great.! I hope we weren’t too loud; Bit our family do this trip every year. It’s like a family reunion & when we all see one another we get a little too excited; Which we don’t mean to behave in an obnoxious manner; we were told to keep it down a few times; we understand they are doing their jobs. Other than that. We had a great stay. -thank you.

Stayed in cabin deluxe and they are excellent. Lots of room. Everything you needed was there. Met family there and their cabin was excellent too. So nice to have a place that let's us bring our 4 legged family members. Have stayed in this koa 4 times and will b back for sure. So far in winter so next time will b in summer.

The heat stopped working during the first night. I know things happen, but customer service was terrible. We got 2 space heaters and told someone would look into it. 6 hours later, still no heat nor update. We checked and were told "sorry/too bad". I expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience -- discount on existing stay, future night free, or change cabins, and dryer tokens!

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
