Booked a last-minute getaway at this KOA and was not disappointed! Pool was close so we just spent more time down at the river jumping off rocks and trying to catch little fish. Little traffic throughout day so parents can feel comfortable with kiddos running from campsite to playground.

Weather was beautiful, quiet campground and the river is a great feature. A great place for families. Some kids need some rules though with their bikes and scooters, but that should be regulated by the parents. Komfort Station #1 needs to be updated desperately like station #2. We would return but only to tent camp for a weekend.

The ONLY issue I have with this stay is the information NOT given at check in. We were in for a quick stay, just 2 nights. That meant one full day around town. Why if you have NO pool would you not mention the community pool in town. Totally unacceptable... I made a bid deal of not having one.. no mention of the one in town. You need to help your guests... not just what you have but others to

The campsite was not level in either direction. You had to sit at a slope and was uncomfortable. The campsite was dirty. I raked the trash that was left just to get by. The Cascade Cafe staff was completely overwhelmed and super slow. The pool was closed. Not worth $95 a night. Most disappointed KOA experience we have ever had. Gabby was a shining star with the kids crafts.

Very disappointed that tbe pool was out of commission. We did enjoy the river to cool off. And loved the movie night. Bathrooms were clean an well taken care of.

Very clean nice accommodations (store, launder, showers, etc.). Staff very nice and helpful. The river walk was a huge plus. We will be returning. Thank you

Thankful to have a spot to stay in Leavenworth, good location! Nice campground, but extremely busy. Hard to even walk around without running into people everywhere. The bathrooms were not great at all, many people were discussing how shocked they were by the bathroom conditions. Positive-our daughter loved the movie night and playground.

Some of the staff were wonderful, while others were crabby and unkind. Our garbage was hardly ever picked up. The fact that we now have to pay for proximity to friends is a little ridiculous, especially when we're already paying so much. There should be a way for people to visit for the day, even when you already have two cars in at your cabin. The pool and hot tub were broken.

The location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful, the sites are good size. The only suggestion i have is let your arriving campers know the google maps directions to the entrance are WRONG. The sign near the entrance is too small. When we arrived it was not visible. We were looking for the iconic Bright Yellow KOA sign. Let your guests know by email, or by text….something.

We were so hopeful and had never stayed in a KOA before. We were disappointed with the small sites, dust vs grass conditions and left after one night even though we paid for 2. Having the pool under maintenance in July was a bummer too. The check in ladies were very nice.

For the price we paid to stay there....we were packed in like sardines. The park is dirty and dusty and the comfort station was less than desirable. We expected Leavenworth KOA to be quite attractive and especially for the space rental amount. First and last visit for us

Wonderful people....great location....not such a wonderful site. 103...not as easy for a big rig with the rocks. AND...for the price it seems that it should be a bit cheaper since it does not have the cute patio and sweet furniture that the ones you look at directly across from you do. Oh well....plus on this real hot days....a fixed pool would have been great. After all it was a Holiday park.

The campground it’s self was just ok, honestly. Getting to the office to check in. Was an interesting obstacle course. A number of the campground hosts/employees. Where not very friendly. We had one individual, according to his name on shirt (Greek), liked to interpret the rules, based on his expectations. Employees need training on customer service and friendlyness!

It is unfortunate that you had a less than positive experience. When an employee is called out by name there must have been a reason. It seems your group had decided that the rules do not pertain to them. The one night you accused Greek he was not even working. Happy Kamping!

Air conditioning in cabin didn’t work, moved from larger cabin to smaller cabin due to maintenance problems. Cabin so close to next cabin that our tables sat 10 feet apart from our neighbors. Rats or critters running at night between walls and ceiling.

Confusing directions (traffic revision campground sign has no meaning to driver). Entrance sign needed instead-keep it simple”KOA —>”. Distance from entrance to office challenging and long.

It is unfortunate that your directions seemed to be confusing since a nap and complete directions were text to you before your arrival. We are currently working with Google to get better directions, but are at the mercy of steet signs actually being placed on the streets. Happy camping!

First gal said our van was to long for a tent site.Put us on a premium tent site,full sun. Walking around,I found a tent site,in shade and a long driveway.Talked to a second gal about moving.She said yes but was not aware how long the drive was.Not good. Used the men's John and it rocked badly.Poor maintenance.Would have to be desperate to stay again.

No operating pool in the heat of summer. Had our PA grandkids with us, only chose KOA for those kid friendly options. Really run down restrooms, we stayed here a few times years back. Shocked to see how run down it has become. Must be a hard business to run.

The staff is very friendly and the park is very clean. At first glance, the sites seem squished together, but there was tons of room behind our site which made it feel spacious. It was 99 degrees when we stayed, and the pool is closed for construction, which we didn’t know when we made reservations because it was closed anyway for Covid. 5 stars If the pool and shuttle had been running,

The camp grounds and site was good was rather disappointing as hot as it was in the pool was not open it looked like the fee should’ve been less this is the most expensive KOA we’ve stayed at and the facilities we’re not the greatest the one bathroom and shower was very outdated and dirty

Apparently there is NEW MANAGEMENT and if you are going camping with friends and want to sit by a fire or play games after 10pm this is not the place to stay! They came into our site twice telling us to whisper at 10pm because our voices carry. With 8 children sleeping in our 3 campers I assure you we were no louder than your average campers. (This was a common complaint from others).

It is unfortunate that you and the others you were with felt that the rules apply to everyone but you when quiet time is 10:00 and others in the park are being respectful to their neighbors. Happy Camping!

There should have been a side note about that cabin that it isn’t flat/ on an steep gravel grade. Two of our guests are VERY pregnant and this wasn’t easy for them getting to and from the car. The pool being down should have made the stay discounted, since that was the main reason we picked this location. Other than that it was a nice cabin. Several of the guests said they’d book again

Extra fees for every single thing (asking for 2 sites side by side, additional cars, additional adults, dogs, teardrop trailer on a deluxe tent site. Extremely rude nighttime golf cart patrols who harassed one of the members of my party because he arrived after dark and hadn't gotten in to get the parking pass I got him - he was stopped by THREE different people. After 10 years, never coming back.

This was in general a nice park, however, we had the absolute worst tent site possible. Stay away from site 42. The newer bathrooms were beautiful and I really enjoyed the river walk.

The cabin was spacious and well equipped outside and in. Staff was friendly.

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
