Staff was helpful and very nice. Park was clean. Only used the one renovated Comfort Station, which was very nice. All the extra charges were really disappointing. Which I am sure you have heard many times. Not having the pool just added to the frustration of all the extra charges as most of the amenities were a added cost.

It was a great stay but we felt like we were charged so much for every little thing. The pool was out and we were charged for the ty dye . The site made it seem like that was free until you got there and then they said it cost money. It was fun to do though and we had a great visit with family while there.

The large cabin was great. Very clean. I would recommend more utensils in the kitchen. There was no cheese grater, only 1 dish towel, only 1 fry pan, etc. No condiments (salt & pepper) included in the cabin (might be due to COVID). It was nice that they had a movie night next to the river.

We stayed in a deluxe spot and in my opinion are the only reasonable spots in the park. The other spots are way too close together. Also the number of speed bumps in this park is ridiculous. We would’ve preferred to check in at the main building at the entrance rather than drive through the entire park. The old shuttle system in the park was better than what the city provides.

Haven’t been to this KOA in many years and saw that lots of improvements have been made. There were plenty of affordable activities for kids and adults. One of the best KOAs we’ve been to. Bummer that the pool wasn’t operating but the river made up for it! We will be back!

Signing in was a breeze. Camp site is clean when we arrived. Showers and bathrooms very clean and available each time I needed them. Movie nights were a blast and easy to hear and watch. Many snacks and drinks available at the store when I needed them. Quite at night so it was easy to sleep. We were at at 1045am and headed home ready to head back to work. Ty KOA. See you next year. The sites are extremely tight. Every cough, sneeze, and conversation is heard. The pool was empty in July while temperatures were above normal. Not enough showers for the number of people crammed into the park. People queued up to shower.

The pool has been under construction for several months. So I had no idea that it still wasn’t available for guests. It was very disappointing for us and the kids we brought for my daughter’s birthday. To rent a small cabin for over $200 a night, and not be told about the pool or get a discounted stay of any kind was frustrating. We have stayed at this KOA for several years, but this time not

$270 a night for a tiny, tiny cabin was outrageous. Check in felt like an interrogation. "Are you sure you don't have any pets? The staff seemed to spend most their time driving around in golf carts, checking for unauthorized vehicles and stopping children from having fun on their electric scooters.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the feedback on the electric scooters. It is unfortunate that parents let their children ride these scooters unsupervised throughout the park darting in and out if traffic awaiting for an accident to happen. Hope your child was not one of these. Happy camping!

This KOA is very clean, and so much fun! Just wish the swimming pool was open, but we had the River to play in. All the activities for the kids were a plus, and all the staff were so friendly. We will always come back to this KOA at least once a year.

Nice accommodations and staff. We had a cabin site, it was clean and quiet with easy access to downtown Leavenworth. I especially appreciated maintenance coming to change the smoke detector batteries and the housekeeping staff that found my iWatch I had left behind. I was hours away and the staff is kind enough to mail it home for me. Honest, friendly people. Thank you!!

We had friends 2 nights in a row one night no one cared about their having yellow tag for parking the next night they did and they were to they had to pay $60 for the family and the car .. need to have parking for visitors.

Disappointed in site and the fact that it seemed like we were being nickel & dimed for every little thing. Cost about $100/day for a basic site which was awkwardly shaped, had no shade and was sandwiched between the coffee station and the dog park - which meant it was very busy. Since we didn't have any pets, there was no value to be near the park. Also no activities for families with older kids.

Did a 2 night stay. No issues other than a wasp nest inside lid of power station, which they fixed in just a couple minutes. Had a great stay, again.

We appreciated that issues were immediately addressed by the Staff (noise issues at night, etc). Wonderful staff and fun activities. Only downside is that the layout is quite compressed/packed-in.

Campsites dirt and dusty. Pool closed for a year. No toilet paper in bathroom in morning. Only 3 stalls near us, not very clean & too far from site; every time, tissue and towels on floor. For holiday weekend, should have been kept up more often. Charged an add'l $60 for a tiny bike trailer that fit in our site .. why? Too much $ and not enough reward/value for the hefty price.

I stayed for 3 nights and my kids had so much fun! There were so many activities to do. The slip 'n slide and foam party were a blast and I really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Our tent site was a good size just wish the burn ban hadn't been in effect! I am already trying to plan a trip to return! My only critique would be to do some maintenance on the showers, hard to regulate temperature.

This is a beautiful location bit way too tightly packed. Bathrooms were not clean bit I think they were just overwhelmed with people. Staff was nice but being in a tourist area, this KOA has tons of rules. Would not stay here again being a retired couple. Probably good for kids. Expensive too. Just not our style.

I have 2 complaints. The patio in our spot (#6), had ants. The spot had dead, dry grass. A little watering would make a big difference. The daily events were great, as well as the playground, and the coffee/ice cream store! We will be back!

Stay was great, the site was clean, grass was not mowed before we got there so it got a bit long. The only complaint I do have were some rude staff members.

We reserved a back-in trailer site and a cabin with a bathroom. The trailer site was ok. The cabin was very cute and had a lot of unexpected amenities. The only issue is that there was no hot water at all. This normally would not bother us so much but we paid a very hefty fee to have a bathroom. Becky at the front desk was kind enough to give us a discount.

Staff were very friendly and everything was clean. Campsites are extremely close to each other so there is not a lot of privacy. Pool wasn't working either. Kind of a bummer for the kids.

What a great location and camp resort. First time at a KOA, and it was even more than I had hoped for. The pool was closed due to repairs, and even though it was extremely hot during our stay, it wasn't missed too much because of all the great activities. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and perfect location. We will make the 5hr drive again to go back!

We had fun. Bummed the pool is still closed. Also would be nice to be able to stay up past 10 without getting threatened to kick us out for having fun with friends and family. We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience.

Campground - great location. The tent sites are very small - not much shade. Bathrooms clean. Pool still not fixed, but staff did great job providing other fun activities. The add'l fees charged for small utility trailer and extra fees charged to request sites together (family/friends camping together) is ridiculous - especially when reserv'd well in advance.

Great location and layout with the cabins. We wish the swimming pool was open (they were fixing it) and the rates were a bit lower ($180/night) for a 2 bedroom cabin but it was during the 4th of July weekend. The bathrooms were the nicest I've seen at a KOA, but it was very busy for the holiday and would recommend a 10 minute limit when there are people waiting. Lots of organized activities too

Thanks to the KOA staff at Leavenworth WA, our stay was amazing! With friendly and helpful check-in, we were able to set up our RV in not time, allowing more fun time in this beautiful, majestic landscaped town. The campground offered a variety of activities that any child would love and there was even an Espresso/Ice-Cream stand for your afternoon cravings! Thank you Pine Village KOA-the Fishers

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
