Loved the deluxe cabin. Had ac, plates, silverware, pans, towels. I loved how there were so many activities for the kiddos during the weekend. My kids loved the water activity (the foam pit, and huge slip n slides). There were also coloring activities (a backpack). My kids really liked the park too. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t open during our stay when the weather was in the 90s.

Bathrooms and showers were immaculate. The garbage was picked up and the grounds spotless. Lots of activities for kids. The only drawback was the sites are so close together.

It was HOT! We were placed toward the front of the park where showers were non existent. The walk to the showers was quite a walk and because it was so hot you needed to shower again. There should be closer showers for those at the front of the park The park was nice and a lot of amenities, but pool was under repair so couldn't be used in the hot weather. Nice patios, furniture and fire pits.

Disappointed in their visitation rule, did not get to spend time w family/friends at the campsite, which was my reason for coming to Leavenworth. When there is room to park at the campsite and extra people are not staying the night, there should not be a charge.

It was a short stay but our site was clean, shady, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Despite the raging heatwave, we had a lovely stay at Pine Village. The campground is so clean, and we loved the full RV hookups! The concrete patio, cute furniture and grill at our RV site was such a nice treat! The staff was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for everything!

Very clean facilities. Poor television reception. No WiFi. Pool not operational. Discount should have been offered in lieu of these services being unavailable. .

The staff was nice, the campground was clean, daily activities for the kids and movie night included popcorn. Had a great time and will stay again.

Unfortunately we stayed during the hottest weekend of the year. With the pool being closed, the excessive heat kept us in our camper most of the time. Some things to improve: 1) open the koffee kabin earlier. 8am is way too late. 2) keep the ice cream stand open till 10, 8pm is way to early in the summer. 3) more regular checks in the bathrooms. The showers were unusable.

My wife and I were not very impressed with this particular KOA. Lots to be desired. Our deluxe ($90/night) site was less than deluxe. No grass. Waterline leak underground. Sites WAY too close for us. Tents were 2 and 3 deep in many sites. Poor grounds keeping through much of the park, some was great. Needs maintenance! Rundown dog park (all weeds). Very friendly staff. A+ to them! Keep 'em all.

Our family had a great stay. We were sad when we heard the pool was closed, especially during the hottest weekend on record, but they made up for it with an amazing slip in slide and bubbles galore. The kids were very entertained. We loved all the activities. We will be back!

We were quite disappointed with our stay. -The pool was closed (#1reason we chose this location. only one weeks notice before our stay that the pool was closed?) -Phone message indicated no fires (incorrect) therefore I did not bring wood. -Our site #109 was not nice, no shade, close neighbors and rough gravel space -comfort station #3 was closed. I believe we are do some sort of refund.

Sites are too close together, and we were moved from a electric/water/sewer site to a non-sewer site with out notification.

The office staff was delightful & very helpful. For the most part, we had a great experience with the exception of 1 guy on the cart. When we stopped to ask about our electric hook-up (which was hot and took our power level down dramatically) he was rude enough to ask if we knew what power meant. It was the site next to us that drained the grid we were on. Not helpful in a moment of "just asking"

Clean, safe, and very friendly staff. Stayed in deluxe cabin. Made me wish I was a 'real' camper and did this more often. Look forward to staying again someday!

We stayed in a cabin, the fan didn’t work and food was still in the fridge from the previous guest. They are very pricey $294 a night. There campground amenities were great, my kids loved the build a bear activity and the Bubbles and slip n slide. We like the coffee stand and access to the River.

My family enjoyed a two night trip to the KOA. It was a perfect fit for our large group because each family could choose the level of camping they wanted, and we were in three sites ranging from rustic tent camping up to a luxury cabin. It was unfortunate the pool was out of service, but we enjoyed the sprinklers they put out for the kids and the icy river. Also - best campground bathrooms ever!

Well kept facility, very organized, friendly, and helpful. Because it’s such a nice place to camp it is very full, so just be prepared for large groups within the park.

Fantastically friendly staff, nice sites & amenities, and the cleanest, most well decorated KOA bathrooms & shower stalls I have ever seen. Nicely updated in 2018. We will definitely be back for an extended stay, this time around it was a quick one night pit stop on our way home.

We like the location and the river. The check process was easy. The staff was nice. But we were right next to the dog park and it was being overused to the point where we smelled pee most the time at our camp spot

Know a lot of people are missing the pool, but it s beyond your control as to when it is repaired. The river will cool you off quick! Was very relaxing, especially throwing in wine tasting in town.

It really is disappointing that the majority of our recent annual stays have interrupted by camp ground construction or pool repairs. I really want to like this campground and return annually but every year I have to wonder what is not going to be finished or not working on the next trip. I feel that the camper experience is not top priority for this KOA, just whatever fits their agenda.

Campsites are nice and there were many family activities during Father's Day weekend. They did a good job of renovating the entire place. It is right inside the town of Leavenworth which makes things very convenient.

When our grandchildren want to go camping, and they want to go to Leavenworth, what other good choice would be have for a family??? KOA Leavenworth always delivers.

I love this KOA and have been here several times. The only thing keeping my rating from a 5 was the location of our spot. There seemed to be a lot of open spots around the perimeter of the park with shaded trees and more privacy, however we were in the 1 spot that had no shade right behind the registration. It was pretty brutal with no shade in 90 degree heat.

We had a great time! Roads and site were cleared of snow. Very close to town! Will stay here again!

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
