short but comfortable the best ammenities for the campsites we have stayed at. If it had been the summer we would have had more opportunity to enjoy the fire pit, the barbq that was supplied and the gorgeous table and chairs and the rocking bench.

My only complaint was that when we checked in, we were not given the code to get into the bathrooms. My husband had to ask someone else as he really needed to use the facilities & didn't have time to walk all the way back to the office.

We have stayed there a few times and it has been great. However the last stay was terrible. Almost all of the sites were extremely muddy. It seemed like poor snow removal and lack of gravel in the sites. This is a great place in summer and fall, not so much winter abs spring.

Sean Abbott - Site61 06MAR22. I appreciate the front desk, she was very polite and helped to deescalate the situation. It is on me for not reading the T's&C's but with the nickel and diming for each person/dog/vehicle that stays I would just go to another campground or stay in the free RV lot. Very expensive for a one night stay with a small lot that is butted right up to your neighbor.

This was the first time here and we were amazed at how clean and wonderful the cabin and the bathrooms were in this campground. The people were nice and the sidewalks and streets were kept clear and safe from the snow and ice. We liked the little store too. The only thing we were not that happy about is that there was no recycling available and there were no gates or fences around the place.

I was really disappointed this time when we came to stay as our cabin was not clean at all and our shovel was broken and some of the heaters were not working and we froze most of the time which made that part not enjoyable.

After staying at this location multiple times a year since 1994, we are finally priced out. Two cars, two tents, and three people is now over $200 for a weekend to dry camp. We will be staying at an inn closer to town for only a few dollars more per night for our future stays.

A great value and great experience. The cabin was very clean and perfect for a family of four and our dog. Campground was well maintained, friendly staff, and made a late check-in and early check-out seamless. Will definitely stay again!

We came to Leavenworth to watch our daughter get engaged!! The Kabin was perfect for us and our granddaughter. The location of the campground is perfect. In good weather, you could walk to town, although we loved the snow! We are already talking about coming back and we'll be staying at the KOA!

The very short haired woman at the front desk who says she was "new" was extremely rude- i called to check on the particulars of our cabin because i was traveling with a baby, and she literally says "idk why youd ask that, i dont know, look it up" when asking what size bed my cabin had... i would think if you are spending over $400 for a weekend, you should be able go know what size bed you have..

Cabin was great...clean and comfy. It's in a great location as well. Only issue was the tv reception. It would freeze constantly.

Due to your building that fell down and the clean up was being done. It was very noisy and a lot of yelling and screaming from the workers doing the clean up. Should have been asked if we would of liked to move to a different cabin away from all the construction work. Or got some kind of discount or coupon for our next stay or something. Also the parking area was solid ice and dangerous.

It was a great stay. A really great job was done taking care of all the snow and ice to enable me to get in and out with my camper. Will definitely be staying with you again when visiting Leavenworth in the winter.

The sites were not maintained well, there was excessive ice which cause me to slip and fall on my hip. The sites were not plowed wide enough to allow for comfortable hooking up of the trailer and the stairs were in a snow bank. When pulling into the site, my truck slide on a large patch of ice and caused my trailer to jackknife damaging the rear of my truck.

We wanted a weekend getaway, and the Leavenworth KOA made a cozy base from which to explore. The cost was very reasonable compared to hotels and private rentals, and we loved having a kitchenette to cook some of our own meals. It had all of the linens and kitchen supplies we needed. I would have preferred the TV be in the bedroom in order to watch a movie in bed, but that is my only suggestion.

It was great.! I hope we weren’t too loud; Bit our family do this trip every year. It’s like a family reunion & when we all see one another we get a little too excited; Which we don’t mean to behave in an obnoxious manner; we were told to keep it down a few times; we understand they are doing their jobs. Other than that. We had a great stay. -thank you.

Stayed in cabin deluxe and they are excellent. Lots of room. Everything you needed was there. Met family there and their cabin was excellent too. So nice to have a place that let's us bring our 4 legged family members. Have stayed in this koa 4 times and will b back for sure. So far in winter so next time will b in summer.

The heat stopped working during the first night. I know things happen, but customer service was terrible. We got 2 space heaters and told someone would look into it. 6 hours later, still no heat nor update. We checked and were told "sorry/too bad". I expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience -- discount on existing stay, future night free, or change cabins, and dryer tokens!

We arrived days after a 4' snow storm and couldn't be more stoked it worked out like that! Winter wonderland! Sites were dug out and utilities exposed from all the snow (RV trailer). Able to walk to the river and watch the abundant wildlife! Can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our cabin! It fit our family well and was a great place to stay. Had 3’ feet or so of snow while we were there and we had a blast sledding in the park. Staff was welcoming, cabin was clean. We will stay again.

The KOA's location made it super easy to walk or drive into downtown Leavenworth. We stayed here shortly after Leavenworth received about 4 feet of snow, so much of the campground was still buried. A few spots were slippery when walking around the campground, but totally understandable. Finally, the restrooms were very clean, and WARM! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful staying here. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with essentials for everyone. Also, we were there during the time of the record-breaking snow that shut down every mountain pass for just about a week and not only did they spend every day making sure the roads in/out were good, but they extended our stay for free until we were able to make it over the pass and get home.

We came for a two day stay and were snowed in with 4 feet of snow. Graciously the manager contacted us and offered another evening at no charge. This was a blessing because all roads were closed and travel impossible. The KOA is conveniently located in Leavenworth and the staff were all very accommodating. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend this stay to other travelers.

The first night our heat barely worked. The second night our heat stopped working in the middle of the night,and we woke up to no heat or hot water! Other than that the trip was fun. I Wish they would have reached out to me, after trying to get a hold of someone.

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
