After a mix-up in space assignments, we were placed beside our friends and all was well. This KOA is the best KOA we have stayed in- our 2nd visit. The staff is very committed to keeping the campsites cleaned and everything in order. We love the pull-thru sites and how everything is neatly paved, landscaped, and level. Proximity to town makes this a great location.

We had a very nice pull through site located close to the office. We could not get our Dish satellite to work. The cable service worked fine. We were only 100 yards from the river. We would return to this park if in the area again

We stayed in one of their cabins for the first time (we usually tent camp) and it was very cozy and clean. It was perfect for our last minute getaway and I would recommend staying in a Koa cabin to anyone! The cabin we stayed in had 2 bunk beds and a full size bed. Perfect for family getaways and yes, please bring your dog!

I thought the campground was very pleasant - quiet, a nice setting, very close to Leavenworth activities. However, I believe the large extra fees for any visitors are excessive.

Beautiful quiet KOA staff is extremely helpful and friendly it truly felt like a family. We were in the park late September so tree leaves turning color the park was decorated with pumpkins just made it wonderful. Thanks to everyone and we will return.

We have come here several years. This year the site #51 was not the best for us. This site is Very Close to one other site, not very relaxing due to noisy children after 9:00pm. Next time we come I hope to choose my site.

We had a great time. Would be better if the office opened earlier. We wanted propane before we checked out, had to check out at 11:00, office opened at 12:00. Also we are older and can not carry bundles of wood to our camp. We were told you were short of staff, so couldn't deliver.

I can honestly say that this was the worse camping experience we've had in over ten years of camping. Given a site too small for our 40' RV and didn't allow us to park the car at our site. We asked for another site, was told they were booked, had nothing else, tho' it was mid-afternoon and could see open sites. We had made our resv 3 months prior.The office was indifferent and didn't care or help.

Exactly what I expected. Expensive, but worth it. VERY nice clerks and helpers. A little cramped parking, but quiet and cozy.

For the price of nearly $300 a night for a cabin, I would have expected it to be a bit cleaner. There was dirt in the corners, windows were dirty and I even questioned if the bedding had been washed. There was also a soft spot on the floor we had to avoid.

Our stay was fine, interactions with the staff always quite pleasant. Park is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately this is the most expensive KOA out there - and I feel like they charge for every little thing they can conjure up a way to justify. Like $2 per day per pet. Or $20 per day per vehicle other than tow vehicle -even if it's parked on our campsite. I could go on. Excessive and greedy.

Rented a large deluxe cabin-had every amenity needed, great space for 4 people, very clean, playground for children lots of fun, staff and everyone were wonderful-highly recommend

We had a larger group since we were all van sizes they had to spread us out, some of the spots were a little tight, we did have a great stay meet new friends, we Would recommend to all.

The grass needed mowing badly. All over. Other than that we love the KOA. (Also the hanging flower baskets should’ve been watered, or should be taken away. Dead and ugly). Sorry but those details make a difference.

I will stay here again if I am able to pick my spot. This is one of the best KOAs I've been to. However, the reason for the 3 star rating is the location of the site (51). At night, it's non stop lights in your face with no privacy. Maybe install a high privacy fence to block the lights. I have seen this at many other KOAs.

Store hours are 12-4 throughout the week. We had a late arrival and left before 10am, so we never spoke with or saw any employees. Bathrooms were okay but not great. We were there in late September, maybe it’s a summer only KOA.

Staff was very friendly and park was beautiful. But other campers would not control their children. Entering the park a young boy on a bike passed my truck From the rear left hand side of the truck and cut right in front of it! I barely missed him. Children playing outside and screaming unsupervised at 0715 is also a pain.

What a fantastic campground! The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained, bathrooms always clean, hot and potable water easily available. Beautiful walk by the river. Free shuttle nearby to downtown Leavenworth! We LOVED it here.

Relaxing and peaceful setting. Extremely clean and well-designed grounds, something for everyone. Easy walking distance to downtown Leavenworth and the River Walk. I've stayed here several times, and will continue to do so.

Nicest KOA I’ve stayed in. Cabin was very clean and very accommodating- along with a nice Weber, glider and patio set. Grounds are clean, scenery is awesome…close to town - I will definitely stay there again

This was my first time there sense it was all revamped. It was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint would be that upon arrival I was told my site had just finished being cleaned but upon arrival to my site there was bird doodoo on the tables and chairs so I was shocked with covid that these items were not wiped down but other then that we loved our stay. We will be back.

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
