Enjoyed our cabin! It fit our family well and was a great place to stay. Had 3’ feet or so of snow while we were there and we had a blast sledding in the park. Staff was welcoming, cabin was clean. We will stay again.

Everything was wonderful staying here. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with essentials for everyone. Also, we were there during the time of the record-breaking snow that shut down every mountain pass for just about a week and not only did they spend every day making sure the roads in/out were good, but they extended our stay for free until we were able to make it over the pass and get home.

We came for a two day stay and were snowed in with 4 feet of snow. Graciously the manager contacted us and offered another evening at no charge. This was a blessing because all roads were closed and travel impossible. The KOA is conveniently located in Leavenworth and the staff were all very accommodating. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend this stay to other travelers.

The first night our heat barely worked. The second night our heat stopped working in the middle of the night,and we woke up to no heat or hot water! Other than that the trip was fun. I Wish they would have reached out to me, after trying to get a hold of someone.

Our family has been staying at this KOA in either cabins or RV spots for years in all seasons. Stayed in a cabin over New Year's and the water froze despite us keeping the hot water on. What made me most mad was that the office said that isn't an emergency! Um yes it is! Also the cabin was way too cold, but our friend's was nice and warm. You need to upgrade equipment. It gets cold in Leavenworth.

Very nice campground in a beautiful location, so close to town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cabin was clean and well equipped

Very unpleasant customer service. There is a couple nice people, but for the most part everything is expensive and just looking how to kick you out. It would be 4 if customer service would be more friendly. Clean bathrooms, but don’t expect to find quarters, after office closed.

It is unfortunate that your experience was less than satisfactory. It is also very unfortunate that the rules are for everyone else which resulted in the disruption of other guests enjoying their stay. Happy Kamping!

The deluxe cabin was cute and cozy. It was perfect for 4 adults. Would have loved to have had an oven in the unit, but we made due with a stove and microwave. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay but the cabins need new updated more comfortable mattresses. Also there needs to be a dish washing station provided indoors for winter camping. We don’t eat out when camping and make our own food. There was no place to Wash dishes.

We had so much fun! Staff was extremely welcoming - would come back over and over again! Kids loved sledding on the back hill. Loved having a shovel so we could make trails everywhere in the snow!

It was wonderful, the women in the office who check you in though are always very cranky, I don't know why but the young staff is amazing and the older ladies in the office look at you like you're absolute scum

Good as usual. Will be back. Only draw backs this stay. 1. Didnt realize KOA doesn't take cash. Did reservation a couple weeks earlier by phone and using my bank card. Took cash to pay balance for two nights but had to go to Safeways and get a visa card to pay the balance due. 2. Our cabin had an ant out brake in it. Great cabin though the air conditioning came on a bit too many times- cold! The cabin was well stocked with the kitchen essentials. It would have also been nice to know that the coffee cabin was closed for the season. Please consider putting that on your website. Overall, it was nice stay away from the crowds.

Our cabin was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Leavenworth! We loved the trails through the snow and our dog LOVED walking around and exploring the River Walk and Dog Park. We highly recommend staying at Pine Village KOA, if you’re making a ski trip or visiting the beautiful town of Leavenworth.

We really had a great time. The only thing that really bugged me is that I found left over candy and clothes from the previous renters. I wasn't to find of that with this COVID going around. Other than that it was great. The staff were friendly and very informative.

Great. We really enjoyed staying in one of your cabins. Close to town, quiet and comfortable. My only suggestions are that each cabin have a snow shovel, put exterior Christmas lights on a timer ( too bright coming thru windows) and a doormat inside the cabin would help keep floors clean and dry. I know the prices are out of reach for many families, but as a special getaway it was perfect.

Beautiful, snowy views from the cabins! The only issue we had was with the exhaust fan above gas stovetop. It would not work but was not a major issue since we were only staying a couple of nights. Overall it was a perfect holiday escape!

The deluxe cabin that we stayed in was awesome! It was very clean and a fun place to stay. If we come back to Leavenworth again, we would definitely stay here again!

Great customer service. I loved the after hours check in process. The comfort station 2 was clean and nice to have so close by. Our light when our in our cabin at 8:40 at night. I text and Bill was at our door replacing it within 6 minutes. When it snowed they had the plows out right away. Everyone was friendly and we will be back!

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
