We have camped for years with a tent, then trailer and now stay in the cabins and always have a nice time. Facility is very nice, clean and perfect here on the river.

Love the updates to the campground (i.e. new comfort stations and AC in the cabins). The KOA "police" patrolling via drive-bys 15 times in 1-1/2 hours after 10 p.m. seemed excessive as there was 0 noise. Would recommend feature, like mini golf or climbing wall, or some other activity onsite.

We like the KOA in Leavenworth and this was the first time staying in one of the cabins. We've previously stayed over with our RV. The cabin we had was OLD. I was expecting something a little different, but it was just ok.

My daughter had her wedding there and it was awesome the hole staff was so great they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed in their cabins and we had everything we needed and they were nice and clean. Can't say enough to the kOA staff awesome place. I've been going there every year this year was the best time there. They really up graded and added so much for familys.

The cabin next to us has a dog barking non stop. Even after the staff addressed the issue, it continued to bark. Along with the dog, they had a ton (9+) of extra people who kept stomping up and down the ramp and staircase. While the staff did address the issue regarding the dog and over crowding, it was unfortunate that the adjoining cabin was so stuffed with people. Our cabin itself was pleasant.

I loved the place. The cabins and the complex are super clean. One of the concerning things is the cars driving in very narrow streets where people walk and kids ride their scooters. We had 2 dangerous encounters between our kids in scooters and cars/vans/trucks. Fortunately we could stop both on time. The price is expensive considering you get a very small cabin for the amount of people.

I would recommend painting a strip of paint, red, yellow to see where the steps are. Everything thing was wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon

The facilities and activities were great, but our basic cabin felt dirty, dark, and like the unit was in serious need of updating. We had previously stayed in a deluxe cabin there that was fabulous, but this last stay had us reluctant to go to bed, feeling gross when we woke up and leaving a day early. For the price they charge for those cabins, Koa can and should do better.

I was amazed at all the upgrades. it was so refreshing to see this park up and hoppin' now. Our cabin was super comfortable, nice beds, comfy couches, stocked with some amenities. Staff is AWESOME, super responsive! They take great care of the grounds and clearly have pride in what they do. Can't wait for my next visit! :)

This was our 12th time, we usually kamp with grand kids & other friends/family- but not this time. Not as much fun but was still an enjoyable time.

Lori (Front desk) and her staff were very helpful and very friendly. In fact, we stayed one night ahead of our other family members due in the next day. And Lori was very helpful to get us moved into our reserved site for the weekend as soon as it was cleaned and ready I am impressed how the KOA is very attentive to only guest and reserved guests. This assures that the guests have a safe stay.

Really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin. It didn't make sense that the pool opens at noon. This prevented us from enjoying it the morning we checked out. A dog was left unattended early in the morning in a neighbor's cabin and barked the whole time keeping friends awake. KOA can remind patrons at check in that dogs cannot be left unattended, and will be asked to leave if barking. We had to l our dog home.

We had a great time playing in the river and family card games at night. Hanging out in town was also a great time. We are wondering when you plan to renovate the bathrooms that are connected to the main office. We would also love to have string lights hung on K15/K16 to look the same as the other cabins that are located heading up the hill.

Improvements: 1. Kids’ activities’ locations varied & not advertised. 2. Rootbeer float and dirt cup should be SOCIALS, not ordered @ coffee cabin. 3. Pool chilly. 4. Clean stall doors in bathrooms near pool. 5. Adult tasting event was advertised in text but kids events were not. 6. Coffee Cabin: Line very slow.Need a better system of taking orders. Overpriced stay for what you get! We stayed in their largest cabin that sleeps up to 8 people. We had 4 in our group and they charged extra for more then 2 people. And charged extra for a 2nd vehicle. Save your money and go with an Airbnb!

Everyone was friendly, any help we needed was addressed immediately. The cabin was clean and stayed cool in the 100+ degree weather.

the only thing was that AC was broken and there were 2 stationary units. The one in the bedroom had tubing on the floor and we had to connected. a bit noisy than we were expecting. everything else was great, we will be back next year. thank you

Very nice campground ! Large pool, easy access to beautiful river , TONS of activities for kids, nice trees/ grass, clean modern bathroom facilities . We stayed in deluxe cabin . It was so nice to have a kitchen

I had made my reservation one year in advance. I paid a $20 lock fee so that my brother and I would have cabins next to one another. KOA switched my cabin assignment to better accommodate another guest. I was no longer next to my brother. Yet the lock charge was still on my bill. The charge was removed after complaining about it. Not a good experience for my first KOA visit.

We had a great stay! We were in a cabin for just sleeping and storing and it fit our needs just fine! We really enjoyed all the outdoor activities, especially the river! Our kids said it was the best weekend and they want to do it all the time :) We will definitely be back!

I was there for my Birthday, the cabin was wonderful and had a great view of the mountains and sunset, I love using the BBQ. I tell all my friends and my family knows it's my favorite place to come when I need to get away from normal life. Can't wait for my next trip!

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
