Would like to have had the pool open and more experience at the coffee bar, but the KOA was really nice and so was the staff.

No operating pool in the heat of summer. Had our PA grandkids with us, only chose KOA for those kid friendly options. Really run down restrooms, we stayed here a few times years back. Shocked to see how run down it has become. Must be a hard business to run.

The staff is very friendly and the park is very clean. At first glance, the sites seem squished together, but there was tons of room behind our site which made it feel spacious. It was 99 degrees when we stayed, and the pool is closed for construction, which we didn’t know when we made reservations because it was closed anyway for Covid. 5 stars If the pool and shuttle had been running,

The camp grounds and site was good was rather disappointing as hot as it was in the pool was not open it looked like the fee should’ve been less this is the most expensive KOA we’ve stayed at and the facilities we’re not the greatest the one bathroom and shower was very outdated and dirty

Apparently there is NEW MANAGEMENT and if you are going camping with friends and want to sit by a fire or play games after 10pm this is not the place to stay! They came into our site twice telling us to whisper at 10pm because our voices carry. With 8 children sleeping in our 3 campers I assure you we were no louder than your average campers. (This was a common complaint from others).

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is unfortunate that you and the others you were with felt that the rules apply to everyone but you when quiet time is 10:00 and others in the park are being respectful to their neighbors. Happy Camping!

We were alittle disappointed with price, campsite, and the crowds from all sides. Cost to much for retired couple to just set up a tent for 2 days. Thank you

Staff was helpful and very nice. Park was clean. Only used the one renovated Comfort Station, which was very nice. All the extra charges were really disappointing. Which I am sure you have heard many times. Not having the pool just added to the frustration of all the extra charges as most of the amenities were a added cost.

It was a great stay but we felt like we were charged so much for every little thing. The pool was out and we were charged for the ty dye . The site made it seem like that was free until you got there and then they said it cost money. It was fun to do though and we had a great visit with family while there.

We stayed in a deluxe spot and in my opinion are the only reasonable spots in the park. The other spots are way too close together. Also the number of speed bumps in this park is ridiculous. We would’ve preferred to check in at the main building at the entrance rather than drive through the entire park. The old shuttle system in the park was better than what the city provides.

Haven’t been to this KOA in many years and saw that lots of improvements have been made. There were plenty of affordable activities for kids and adults. One of the best KOAs we’ve been to. Bummer that the pool wasn’t operating but the river made up for it! We will be back!

The sites are extremely tight. Every cough, sneeze, and conversation is heard. The pool was empty in July while temperatures were above normal. Not enough showers for the number of people crammed into the park. People queued up to shower.

This KOA is very clean, and so much fun! Just wish the swimming pool was open, but we had the River to play in. All the activities for the kids were a plus, and all the staff were so friendly. We will always come back to this KOA at least once a year.

We had friends 2 nights in a row one night no one cared about their having yellow tag for parking the next night they did and they were to they had to pay $60 for the family and the car .. need to have parking for visitors.

Did a 2 night stay. No issues other than a wasp nest inside lid of power station, which they fixed in just a couple minutes. Had a great stay, again.

The campsite was great but we were bummed there was no pool anymore or shuttle to town other than that it was great! Good customer service as well very friendly and helpful!

This is a beautiful location bit way too tightly packed. Bathrooms were not clean bit I think they were just overwhelmed with people. Staff was nice but being in a tourist area, this KOA has tons of rules. Would not stay here again being a retired couple. Probably good for kids. Expensive too. Just not our style.

I have 2 complaints. The patio in our spot (#6), had ants. The spot had dead, dry grass. A little watering would make a big difference. The daily events were great, as well as the playground, and the coffee/ice cream store! We will be back!

Stay was great, the site was clean, grass was not mowed before we got there so it got a bit long. The only complaint I do have were some rude staff members.

We reserved a back-in trailer site and a cabin with a bathroom. The trailer site was ok. The cabin was very cute and had a lot of unexpected amenities. The only issue is that there was no hot water at all. This normally would not bother us so much but we paid a very hefty fee to have a bathroom. Becky at the front desk was kind enough to give us a discount.

Staff were very friendly and everything was clean. Campsites are extremely close to each other so there is not a lot of privacy. Pool wasn't working either. Kind of a bummer for the kids.

What a great location and camp resort. First time at a KOA, and it was even more than I had hoped for. The pool was closed due to repairs, and even though it was extremely hot during our stay, it wasn't missed too much because of all the great activities. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and perfect location. We will make the 5hr drive again to go back!

We had fun. Bummed the pool is still closed. Also would be nice to be able to stay up past 10 without getting threatened to kick us out for having fun with friends and family. We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience.

Thanks to the KOA staff at Leavenworth WA, our stay was amazing! With friendly and helpful check-in, we were able to set up our RV in not time, allowing more fun time in this beautiful, majestic landscaped town. The campground offered a variety of activities that any child would love and there was even an Espresso/Ice-Cream stand for your afternoon cravings! Thank you Pine Village KOA-the Fishers

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
