It was our first time in an RV, first time at a camp site. Your front desk staff were very hospitable and friendly. Site was clean and well maintained. It was a great experience. For Christmas, we already booked one of your cabins at Pine Village. See you in a few months!

The grounds were always clean. Great location and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Office staff could be a little more friendly. Felt like sometimes campers were an inconvenience

Great location, site we were give was not suitable for a 45 foot coach. Having to drive to the back of the park to check in only to return to the front was a major deterant

Overall nice park. We were unable to use the sewer hookup at our site 39 because of the height of the pipe opening and the height of the outlet of our Airstream trailer. (sewage doesn't flow up-hill). Park was pretty busy with lots of cars coming and going, and loud pickup trucks at all hours - speed limits didn't appear to be enforced.

Held our annual family reunion at the Leavenworth KOA. So many activities for all ages. The younger kids enjoyed the park and the pool. The older kids enjoyed the river. The adults played volleyball, and we held our own cribbage and cornhole tournaments. The new bathhouse with laundry was awesome, very clean and spacious.

We loved everyone that worked at the office. They were so nice. We had a problem with someone in the middle of the night took our cooler and then found out they took food from another friends cooler. That is Unsettling thinking at night when we are sleeping someone is outside of our camper steeling stuff. Might wanna tell people that is happening so they know to bring in coolers at night.

We liked the RV campsites, the park playground for kids. We liked that the employee's drove around and picked up the trash. It is very clean and very well ran. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the supermarket, and the town of Leavenworth was a huge plus.

It’s a beautiful camp site if you’re looking for the great wolf lodge of hotels. You’re going to pay too dollar and I would expect better customer service and everything available fir the price. The hot tub was broken with no sign, the pool was closed when every other pool in town was open. You can’t see what space you’re picking when booking… only the type so can’t select near famil

It is unfortunate you were dissatisfied with your stay. You had reserved different ste types and we put you as close as possible based on your reservations. The pool was open from noon to 8pm unless weather required us to close. You were provide a guest guide which provided hours of operation.

Beautiful grounds, though unless you upgrade to the fancy RV spots with the concrete pad, the RV spots are very unlevel. The office staff was very friendly, though the grounds people in the golf cards never uttered a word or a smile. The Osprey Rafting people were very unorganized - no problem taking my money but no record of it either...

More like an amusement park than a campground, Spaces so close together there’s absolutely no privacy. will never stay here again. We are fans of KOA, but not this one.

All was good except the fact that we had no w add y of cooking due to the fact that we were told no fire at all, no propane, charcoal, or open fire. To eat, it was told to me, that we could have sandwiches or get something from town. I have been camping before but this was the worse. We never had this experience before with KOA.

We are following State of Washington fire ban enactment which states no wood or charcoal fires prrmitted. Propane is permitted, which was stated on guest guide provided at checkin. So glad to hear our front desk staff was friendly!

We have stayed at this KOA several times a yr for over a decade. It is expensive our spot cost $130 with 4 people. We were disappointed the table was not clean, the cement patio had tree debris all over it. The grass had weed grass and needed to be mowed. The large/small gravel was in the grass and needed to be raked back to the gravel area. They need new help that actually cares how it looks.

Great place to stay, lots to do, near town. Roads are a bit narrow, some sites are very difficult to get a big rig into. A newcomer couldn't get his (35 ft?) into the spot next to us. There are lots of obstacles like boulders and people's vehicles in the way. Very friendly staff and the park is kept clean. Will definitely stay again.

Our campsite was nicely appointed and clean. The main issue was that you are directed to drive past the entry, and through the entire park, for check in. This is difficult when driving a large rig and then park where dozens of young children are zipping through the parking area near the store. It was extremely dangerous. We took quite a bit of idling trying to get parked because it wasn’t safe.

Was not informed ahead of time that I would be charged a fee for having a little dog with me and in your brochure you state campers can have visitors, but nothing mentioned about the exorbitant fee you charged to have a friend visit! You don’t follow you’re own rules of making sure campers are quiet after 10pm. No, I will never recommend this park. Your greed will be your undoing.

They offer some great customer experiences. We arrived and received an escort to our site, we saw them assisting others with backing their trailers in, and they picked up garbage directly from your site daily all we had to do was put it out front in the morning.

My family and I always look forward to this trip. It is our favorite KOA. My two sons are 22 and 18 now and still look forward to this annual trip. The only downside is I keep getting put in site 1 or 2, year after year, and I have no kids. Great sites because they are right next to playground and clubhouse but with no children maybe they would better serve someone else with kids?

It would be really nice if you had a policy where if someone books to block off a site & they don't show up within a certain amount of time...that site gets opened up & the original booker is still charged. We had some issues in our site & it would have been nice to move to the open sites that were open for the 3 nights we were there. But staff said their hands were tied.

We loved the resort but hated our camping site (site no 6).. We had the power box right in the middle of our space so no real room to set up any camping chairs and hang out. The site should have been set up for a much smaller camper..

With the temperatures being over 100 degrees in Leavenworth it would have been helpful if the pool opened before noon. It was just way to hot for the pool to be closed

Camp site was good. Had problems with sewage backup down from our site and had to shut off our drains. Did not receive our KOA membership discount. Very disappointed as this is the only KOA that has not honored the KOA membership contract.

Great activities that our boys loved, much like it’s sister park in Astoria. Beautifully tended landscaping with the staff really putting in care keeping everything beautiful dyeing an unseasonable heat bubble.

park looked like it was great for families with kids. It was my husband and I. Very small RV site. Most expensive place we've stayed. When we checked in they gave us the WiFi info, but said we wouldn't be able to get on since they only have so many (? somethings) and they would all be being used by guests. I am tired of places advertising WiFi and then not really having it.

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
