All the staff were really friendly, helpful, and upbeat. The entire kampground and bathrooms were always clean, and ready to go. We very much enjoyed all the activities for the kids, and especially the pool!

First time at a KOA. My kids and I were very impressed by the cleanliness especially of the bathrooms, but also the campground as a whole. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the pool and the cafe!

The campground was quite crowded. Most visitors and camp sites are packed in, maximizing the amount of people on the property. The tent sites are not very level and could use some TLC. If you are looking for privacy and wish to have a nice family camping trip, this might not be the place for you if you do not have an RV or trailer. Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

Loved coffee, misters, pool, all the public seating, activities, nice facilities. Pet friendly everywhere except store & pool. Didnt like that there was no public microwave/other cooking amenities like other KOAs Ive been to. Or that hot tub was closed & we weren't informed at booking or checkin. Or that my tent site was much smaller than both my neighbors. Overall a wonderful time. Thanks!

the site numbers could be at the road and not just on the electrical box, make it easier to find.

Impossible to reach by phone tried 20+ times over 5 days. Staff was very friendly, pool was open, but hot tub wasn’t, they didn’t specify the difference. Tent site wasn’t level. Nothing was bad (except maybe the ceiling in the men’s room) just not quite to the level I’d expect for the price. Good location.

A very sweet gentleman guided us to the river. He was doing his regular garbage pickup Saturday about 5pm and we were kind of lost but he took his time to show us how to get to the river. Please thank him for us

We did enjoy our stay, very nice campground. Unfortunately we did not stay the second night, and that was not caused by the site or KOA, it was the weather. It was too hot for our dog and for us. We will be back, just during a time where it will not be so hot.

After going to this koa for the past few years. Im done. The tubing is twice as expensive this year. They charged me extra for a tent site to be secluded then put a dozen teenagers right next to my site. Even thru the camp ground was almost empty! Instead of staying for my regular week we left the next day and don't plan or comming back. The charm is gone. The prices are up, the staff doesn't care

The amenities, location, and staff were great. Clean bathrooms and showers. We are tent campers. My only complaint is that we were put in a gravel site even though there were many grass sites open. Sharp pebbles in the spine all night kinda soured the experience.

Pros: Activities were good. Trash pick up was a great feature. Staff was helpful and the store had almost everything needed. Pool time was great. Hot tub would have been great, but the communication about it being out of order was great. Cons: Bathrooms were not clean. The tent sites were super cramped . No privacy whatsoever

Stay was amazing. Our tent site was close to the river walkway which was great. Our large dog had a fun meeting furry friends. My boys had fun tubing down the river! Wonderful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will come again. Some tent sites do not look like they would fit a vehicle and tent, so tent sleepers need to be aware. But the location is worth trying to figure it out!

It was very hot during our stay and the pool was out of order BUT the Wenatche River nearby was lovely to cool off in and the staff did a wonderful water fun for the kids on our first day.

Loved the campground and location. it was surprisingly quiet considering how close together the sites were. Kids loved the movie nights.

What a fantastic campground nestled in the mountains. We were able to stay only one night but the village of Leavenworth and the KOA are so beautiful and scenic we will be heading back there within 2 months to spend a few weeks. This is a very family friendly campground with tons of activities if ya just want to stay at camp. We are without kids and loved this facility. Thank you Leavenworth

2 nights with the family. Haven't stayed in a KOA for decades, but decided to try again. Loved all the offerings (ice cream, movie night, coffee, playground, store, etc.). Access to the Wenatchee River was awesome, and easy. Overall a great stay. One "con" was the nighttime quiet hours aren't enforced at all. Lots of loudness and bright lights abound as we were trying to call it a day. Bummer.

We were very pleased with our stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the facilities were much better than we ever could have expected. We’ll definitely be coming back and brining our friends!

Facility was great. It was our first time camping there. I did not like our neighbors as they had 4 tents 4 huge vehicles and more family in another section that would come over every evening and stay up till 1:30 am. Vet difficult to enjoy and sleep. There were also car alarms going off at 2-3am almost every night we stayed. Also our other neighbor smoked cigars all evening. River was great.

The grounds were clean, staff was friendly, and there were many fun activities offered. However, the sites were crammed right up next to each other and the tent site we were in was entirely gravel. The camp would do better to take in less people so there is more breathing room. But overall it was still a pleasant experience.

I am disappointed in the way that KOA is heavily focused on special amenities instead of quality of kamp sites. I paid way too much for a crowded patch of gravel to sleep on. As usual the staff is friendly and the campground clean, but I am not impressed with the overall sacrifice of quality.

Weather was beautiful, quiet campground and the river is a great feature. A great place for families. Some kids need some rules though with their bikes and scooters, but that should be regulated by the parents. Komfort Station #1 needs to be updated desperately like station #2. We would return but only to tent camp for a weekend.

First gal said our van was to long for a tent site.Put us on a premium tent site,full sun. Walking around,I found a tent site,in shade and a long driveway.Talked to a second gal about moving.She said yes but was not aware how long the drive was.Not good. Used the men's John and it rocked badly.Poor maintenance.Would have to be desperate to stay again.

I was pleased overall, slightly disappointed the pool ended up being closed. The quite hours should be enforced as well.

Extra fees for every single thing (asking for 2 sites side by side, additional cars, additional adults, dogs, teardrop trailer on a deluxe tent site. Extremely rude nighttime golf cart patrols who harassed one of the members of my party because he arrived after dark and hadn't gotten in to get the parking pass I got him - he was stopped by THREE different people. After 10 years, never coming back.

This was in general a nice park, however, we had the absolute worst tent site possible. Stay away from site 42. The newer bathrooms were beautiful and I really enjoyed the river walk.

Signing in was a breeze. Camp site is clean when we arrived. Showers and bathrooms very clean and available each time I needed them. Movie nights were a blast and easy to hear and watch. Many snacks and drinks available at the store when I needed them. Quite at night so it was easy to sleep. We were at at 1045am and headed home ready to head back to work. Ty KOA. See you next year. Disappointed in site and the fact that it seemed like we were being nickel & dimed for every little thing. Cost about $100/day for a basic site which was awkwardly shaped, had no shade and was sandwiched between the coffee station and the dog park - which meant it was very busy. Since we didn't have any pets, there was no value to be near the park. Also no activities for families with older kids.

For Christmas weekend in Leavenworth it was cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Approx $300 a night (with taxes). Chilly outside but plenty warm inside. Clean and nice touches like candy cane and a sweet card wishing us happy holidays. Also, never seen an origami fold on kitchen paper towels! Microwave, large fridge, toaster, stove with pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, grilling utensils. No oven. Needs a few hooks to hang our countless hats gloves and jackets.

Awesome campground! Close enough to town to walk. We did it in 19° weather. Theres also a shuttle about 200 yards from the property. Sites were great and we had no issues.
