Super nice hosts, small store, nice small loop for kids riding bikes. Well stocked tiny store.

Awesome... we will be back for sure. Very nice camp, bathrooms and showers are one of the cleanest we had seen, many things to do and see close by.

Any disappointment was only because our cabin #8 was upstairs with a narrow staircase and balcony. Our experience I think would have been better if we had a ground level cabin. Everything else was great.

Clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax.

At check-in, we were told there would be no problem getting our 40 foot motor home into the site. The person said “45 footers do it all the time”. When was the last time he did it??? The road was very narrow and the tree brush scratched up against our RV and made it very difficult to get into the site. Improvements needed. Way too tight for larger motor homes.

A wonderful place to escape with my family. Crater Lake is only a 30 minute drive away, but their are lots of activities on site including hiking to Lemolo Falls and boating, swimming or fishing on Lemolo Lake. A real gem for a family vacation.

I wouldn't tent camp here again for a few reasons: 1.The bathrooms are closer to the RV's who already have their own and too far from tent sites. 2. There is a specified place for your tent with wood chips which is nice but on our site, the water spicket is right next to the tent pad and if you use water, it will run down into your tent. 3. there were ant hills all around the tent pad.

Located in an area of natural environment. Staff was not available after about 7.30 when we wanted to request some firewood. No arrivals after 10pm.

A crazy crazy amount of dust/dirt. It felt like we were in the desert or something. We didn’t even want to step outside of our rv because of the inevitable plumes!
Jul 25, 2020
Friendly host and a fully equipped RV site. Who could ask for anything more.

Our family had a great stay at one of the cabins. The lake was not crowded and the cabin had most of the cooking utensils we needed. There were lots of waterfalls nearby, and great mountain biking. We definitely plan on coming back for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our stay and send our kudos to the courteous staff. After having some plumbing damaged by excessive water pressure at a Florida state campground, I bought a calibrated water pressure gauge. The first thing I do before hooking up to the water is to test the pressure. If it's too high I use a regulator. At 30 psi, yours is too low. It should be at least 40-50 psi for a good shower.

Pros: very friendly owners; beautiful, peaceful lake; boat rentals; gorgeous wooded area Cons: poor supply of dishes in cabin; only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 5 people for 4 days; there’s a playground on the map but no playground exists.

The place is beautiful. We rented the Pontoon Boat which was so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. But to much dirt, please put gravel in sites to minimize dirt.

We had a great time! Jim, Anita, and their crew were awesome. They were helpful about extending our stay, renting a boat, and hiking trails. The facility was clean all around. The campsite is small but had a water. The view is stunning! The lake is beautiful! The location is secluded but somehow we still had cell phone service. It was a perfect location to unwind, hike, enjoy the lake, and relax.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We're glad you enjoyed your stay! You did all the things we recommend - Hike, enjoy & relax!

We had a wonderful stay. The sites were large, well shaded, clean and quiet. We will be back again.

It was a beautiful stay! The Cabin was so perfect with the shower and all you need. The lake and trails were so perfect. We kept making a mess with the wood chips around the cabin area and had to keep cleaning it up ...but it was still amazing and just perfect .

No accessibility to rest rooms and water. Very dusty site.

Great staff! You’re in the woods with all the Glamping pleasures! Hook ups! Beautiful lake to enjoy!

Clean, quiet, and so close to Crater Lake! Lemolo Lake is beautiful and quiet. We’re definitely coming back!

Beautiful location, nice pull thru sites! We rented a patio boat and had the lake basically to our selves. Calm, quiet and beautiful location.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Was great except that the lake front spots had no water spigot (which I was not aware of prior to booking), they not had port a potty’s, and the campsite itself had no shade and SO MUCH DUST! Needs a good layer of wood chips to keep this down. Was very hard to keep things clean for eating and drinking and then no potable water to clean with.

Lovely hosts.... lovely area... very relaxing and beautifully ful

Very close to the lake, staff very nice, the bathrooms are very clean. If I have the time I would love come back again

The area is beautiful, and the lake is awesome. The mosquitos are terrible (not the fault of the KOA) so be prepared. This KOA requires tokens for the shower and laundry. You must get tokens from the office (during their hours- not yours!) I was unable to take a shower or do laundry. Maybe the owners could put a code on the doors so guests could actually use the amenities most KOAs afford.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We use tokens for showers as we are the only showers on our lake. (About 100 dry campsites surround us) Doors with locks get propped open. Our store is open 7 to 7 daily. We know tokens aren't convenient, but standing in line while 50 campers from other campgrounds use your shower isn't either.

First time camping here and we had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Rustic wooded campground very convenient to Crater Lake National Park. The campground is located on Lemolo Lake with kayaks and paddleboards available for rent at the office, and hiking trails that leave from the campground. The camp owners were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this rustic KOA.

We had a wonderful time and are working on plans for returning next summer.

The hosts were amazing. So kind and knowledgeable about the area. The campground is beautiful and so well maintained. We stayed at four different KOAs and a high end expensive RV resort this last week, but none of them came close to the experience here.

Great location. Well maintained facilities.

It’s a little difficult to get to (for a KOA) but WELL worth it. Beautiful sites on a gorgeous lake. Very reasonable rates. I wish all campgrounds were this nice!
Jul 17, 2020
Beautiful spot! A hidden gem that get's overlooked by Crater Lake, but well worth the visit. The capsites are right on the lake, very well taken care of, and amazing, friendly staff! Can't wait to get back here someday.

Staff was nice and helpful. The campgrounds are ok but very dusty and dirty. It seems a bit high for not providing much I'm the way of extras that aren't charged for. Good location. The spaces aren't paved, and there is dirt everywhere.

Great stay. Trailer spot 28 was a bit tight to get into and luckily the pull through spot in front was empty when we left. If you move the lot sign about 5-6 feet back parking and exiting would be much easier. The other thought would be to move the firepit 10 feet diagonally closer to the tent site and bathhouse. Otherwise a great stay and we'll be back.

Small but GREAT!! We had a Easy up with a text attached to it equaling 17 x 17 Feet the sight we had was to small so they moved us to the next over. Beautiful Place lots to do in campground. We will definitely be back.

Loved the wooded property!

We had a wonderful time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The facilities clean and comfortable. We enjoyed floating on Lemolo lake, hiking, visiting Crater Lake and seeing the nearby waterfalls. In the morning we watched the fish jumping while the morning mist on the lake was drifting away. In the evening we played cards, grilled dinner, and made s'mores.

I'm sorry we were only here one night. This is a beautiful campground and wecwill definitely come back!!

We got to stay here for an end of season trip, got in the last weekend before they closed for the season. It was a nice spot to camp in our RV and go see Crater Lake. We were greeted by the friendly camp host, they have a little store with snacks and stuff. Wide pull-through spots, with full hookups, which was nice. And good cell service, we were even able to stream netflix over our AT&T hotspot. Great little campground, I'd be happy to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Great place to get lost in the woods. Highly recommend it. One issue I had is the sewer hookup was higher than my drain so getting my tanks empty was a chore.
