RV Reviews

A crazy crazy amount of dust/dirt. It felt like we were in the desert or something. We didn’t even want to step outside of our rv because of the inevitable plumes!

Friendly host and a fully equipped RV site. Who could ask for anything more.

We enjoyed our stay and send our kudos to the courteous staff. After having some plumbing damaged by excessive water pressure at a Florida state campground, I bought a calibrated water pressure gauge. The first thing I do before hooking up to the water is to test the pressure. If it's too high I use a regulator. At 30 psi, yours is too low. It should be at least 40-50 psi for a good shower.

The place is beautiful. We rented the Pontoon Boat which was so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. But to much dirt, please put gravel in sites to minimize dirt.

Friendly personal, clean/clean location, very Comfortable stay, great walking trails, Views are Free so go Enjoy. See you again soon. Thank You

We had a wonderful stay. The sites were large, well shaded, clean and quiet. We will be back again.

Great staff! You’re in the woods with all the Glamping pleasures! Hook ups! Beautiful lake to enjoy!

Beautiful location, nice pull thru sites! We rented a patio boat and had the lake basically to our selves. Calm, quiet and beautiful location.

Lovely hosts.... lovely area... very relaxing and beautifully ful

The area is beautiful, and the lake is awesome. The mosquitos are terrible (not the fault of the KOA) so be prepared. This KOA requires tokens for the shower and laundry. You must get tokens from the office (during their hours- not yours!) I was unable to take a shower or do laundry. Maybe the owners could put a code on the doors so guests could actually use the amenities most KOAs afford.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We use tokens for showers as we are the only showers on our lake. (About 100 dry campsites surround us) Doors with locks get propped open. Our store is open 7 to 7 daily. We know tokens aren't convenient, but standing in line while 50 campers from other campgrounds use your shower isn't either.

First time camping here and we had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Rustic wooded campground very convenient to Crater Lake National Park. The campground is located on Lemolo Lake with kayaks and paddleboards available for rent at the office, and hiking trails that leave from the campground. The camp owners were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this rustic KOA.

The hosts were amazing. So kind and knowledgeable about the area. The campground is beautiful and so well maintained. We stayed at four different KOAs and a high end expensive RV resort this last week, but none of them came close to the experience here.

It’s a little difficult to get to (for a KOA) but WELL worth it. Beautiful sites on a gorgeous lake. Very reasonable rates. I wish all campgrounds were this nice!
Jul 16, 2020
Staff was nice and helpful. The campgrounds are ok but very dusty and dirty. It seems a bit high for not providing much I'm the way of extras that aren't charged for. Good location. The spaces aren't paved, and there is dirt everywhere.

Great place

Great stay. Trailer spot 28 was a bit tight to get into and luckily the pull through spot in front was empty when we left. If you move the lot sign about 5-6 feet back parking and exiting would be much easier. The other thought would be to move the firepit 10 feet diagonally closer to the tent site and bathhouse. Otherwise a great stay and we'll be back.

Great to be in the woods yet have all the amenities of full hookup
Jul 13, 2020
Beautiful area and campground. Jim and Anita were very friendly. The campsites are well spaced and clean. New picnic tables! Restrooms and showers were very clean. Sewer spot was uphill from the site. That made it difficult to use. Not sure that can be fixed.

Great site in a nice location

Very nice place, most of the spots are very spacious. Lots of water falls near by and hiking trails.

It was very nice

Very nice koa to stay. Clean bathrooms & showers. Close to Crater Lake National Park. Level graveled trailer pads. Lake about 1/4 away fr. trailer w/ boat rental & fishing available. A-Frame cabins look very nice. Not many mosquitoes. Owners care about property.

Great campground!! Very clean and the site we had was huge and right on the forest. It definitely didn’t feel like we were in a parking lot as often happens in “corporate” RV parks. The lake is absolutely beautiful. We would love to come back! (Only downside was that the sewer hookup at our site was too high and we couldn’t dump our tanks due to not enough slope - never had that happen bef

We frequently stay at the Lemolo KOA. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is always courteous.
Jul 09, 2020
Spots were not level and hook up were not in a good spots if you have long campers do not go there hard to get in and out of

Such a sweet campground. Like going back in time. Fun and easy trails and a beautiful lake. Quiet, lovely, and relaxing with a friendly staff. Great owners. We'll be back again and again.

Gorgeous campground . Lemolo Lake is beautiful. Staff are personable and friendly. Trigger is the old dog that greets your family
Jul 08, 2020
Nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. Jim and Anita are fantastic hosts. Only wish the lake was closer to RV sites.
Jul 06, 2020
Beautiful and clean camp site. Very nice hosts. Just don't like how tight some of the stores are to pull in a trailer.
Jul 06, 2020
Nice place to camp
Jul 06, 2020
This is our new favorite campground. Clean, quaint and plenty of outdoor activities.
Jul 06, 2020
Great location. Getting to the lake in 5 mins was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Thinking about returning next year and renting a pontoon and kayaks for longer periods.

Location: 10/10 Service: 1/10 Hosts were sarcastic on two occasions and once unreasonable. Never saw any hosts in camp area and therefor several neighbors had free ranging dogs that made my children nervous. Nice facilities, but coin-operated showers and padlocked waste drain were very inconvenient and inconsistent with previous KOA experiences. Very unfortunate considering the exquisite locat

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We use tokens for showers & lock on our dump station because we are surrounded by nearly 100 dry campsites around our lake. That prevents use by non-guests. Every RV site has a sewer hook-up & our staff gladly unlocks the dump station or provides tokens for showers both free of charge to guests.

Nice place easy to get to.
Jul 04, 2020
If you like water sports, 80 miles to the nearest stores, kids riding around on motor bikes, NO wifi, int, no signal for tv, no mail in or out, loose & tied out dogs, dogs in bathroom, then this is the place for you. Our rig needs 8lbs of water pressure to fire up propane, water just dribbled in so no hot water. We tried to leave early but they charged us $49.93 cancel fee. Not very accomodating.

Planned this a year ago with a trip to Crater Lake. This was a great place to camp. Beautiful Lake, boat rental and lots to do from fishing to hiking to just listening to the wind in the trees.

We got to stay here for an end of season trip, got in the last weekend before they closed for the season. It was a nice spot to camp in our RV and go see Crater Lake. We were greeted by the friendly camp host, they have a little store with snacks and stuff. Wide pull-through spots, with full hookups, which was nice. And good cell service, we were even able to stream netflix over our AT&T hotspot. Great little campground, I'd be happy to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Great place to get lost in the woods. Highly recommend it. One issue I had is the sewer hookup was higher than my drain so getting my tanks empty was a chore.
