Our one night in one of the cabins was nice and peaceful, and the staff made us feel at home. It was our first KOA experience, and we will be using KOA again.

Quite campground that is tucked away from Devils lake. This KOA has everything you need at the general store. We stayed in a Cabin and had a blast. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We got there early but were able to check in. Betty and her husband at the camp Cafe were so sweet and made yummy good. The bathrooms were clean. The cabin was cute. The camp was quiet even though there were lots of guests. Had a wonderful experience!

Cleanest and most well kept KOA we have been to. Only reason for not perfect marks, is that I have always felt KOAs are WAY too pricey. Rarely even consider staying at them, unless only thing available in area. Also wish the bathrooms had been closer to cabins. And the hot water in showers worked better.

It's a cute place. But our cabin wreaked on cleaner/pinesol. We tried airing it out all day and that didn't help. It was so strong that it gave me a headache, caused me to have a stuffy nose, and made all of our stuff (blankets, pillows) to smell like the cleaner as well. I wish that it hadn't been so bad, because we would have enjoyed our stay much more.

The KOA is conveniently located to the beach access in Lincoln City as well as Devil Lakes. The campground was cleaned and well maintained. I stayed in a cabin and you could tell they took care of the Kabins and had strong cleaning protocols. I hope to come back to the area during the summer when i can spend more time playing on the lake and would definitely stay here again.

Cabins are over priced for what you actually receive. Not hot water in the bathroom sinks. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly during this muddy season. The tent sites were legitimately swamp lands due to being water logged from a day of rain. Also, the tent sites are to small and to close to Rv sites.

The campground is well maintained and clean. The store is well stocked so no need to worry about those little things you may have forgotten. It was a real bonus to enjoy the seasonal hot breakfast food cart, too.

Had a weird event happen. Some guests were playing music which was heard outside their cabin around 9 pm. Someone started raging at them to turn it down and screaming at the top of his lungs at them right outside my cabin door. It freaked me out since I was here alone with my 5 y.o. daughter. Found out the next morning, it was staff that was doing the screaming. Still love this place though.

Kabin was cute and very small. Heating in the kabin was lacking and then the power went out sometime in the early morning. Very chilly. Overall, for the price, I wouldn't stay again. Staff was kind, we left early and didn't interact with them upon checkout. Grounds seemed clean and nice, didn't do much walking around on the property though.

Stayed in a cabin for 2 nights. Power kept going out, & heater was worthless. Barely warm. Could rest hand on it for long period of time. Need better heaters and more power to cabins.

This was my 2nd time staying in a cabin here. The cafe isn't open during the winter, but we still had a blast plus they decorate the park and cabins with a bunch of Christmas lights in December. It rained on night 2 and our cabin leaked, but we were able to get a hold of staff for help and we were moved to another cabin. They are always friendly and nice here! Will stay again.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early as well! Facilities were clean and comfortable and we truly enjoyed our brief time there. We will definitely return to this KOA!

The first time I stayed at this campground (June 2020) is was very noisy until midnight or so. Based on that, I cut my stay short. This most recent time, I stayed in a cabin, which was much quieter, probably also due to the fact that there were no tent campers and the weather was rainy. While the restrooms are clean, they could use some updating. I will consider staying here again.

This is my second time staying at KOA and once again we have had an amazing time! I have a 4 year old and KOA provides everything I need to keep him and myself comfortable. We love staying here and can't wait for our next trip!!

We stayed three days in a cute, well maintained cabin. The grounds are kept beautifully and the facilities are too. The operators were friendly and accommodating. And the family friendly environment was super nice. Thank you for a great stay!

This koa was average. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing special. i almost felt rushed to leave by the exact check out time of 11. Even the website states all the things they don't do for a camper. An example would be the bathroom sink has to be held on the entire time washing hands. Like the extra nickel of water used if I'm washing up comes right off the owners dinner plate.

This was such an amazing place to stay. Easy check-in and check-out, CLEAN bathrooms and a clean rustic cabin (you could SMELL the cleaner when you walked in). Loved the porch swing! Close to the beach and outlet malls but still remote and gives you the outdoorsy feel we were looking for. Mattress itself wasn't the most comfortable but overall we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Our stay and lodging was fine. Our neighbors on the other hand where very loud playing music, yelling and allowing their dog to bark until 3:30am. When asking the camp manager the next morning if they enforce quiet hours she told me my poor night's sleep was my own fault because I didn't reach out to the main office about my loud neighbors. As if that was possible that late into the evening.

I definitely recommend and will be visit again in the future. There is a rec room with tv, horse shoe, corn hole, basketball and a couple disc golf baskets just to name a few things you can do there. The staff are friendly and amazing, which speaks volumes in these times. I stayed in a cabin and it was very clean and warm and I loved that it is dog friendly so my dog could join!

Security did not enforce the quiet time. The campers two cabins over were vary rowdy until after midnight. Other that that we has a great stay

No perks, and we were charged outrageously and looked down on because we had a second car. No free breakfast park is the same since 20 years barely functioning.

Highlights were the weekend offerings: Cafe for Breakfast/Dinner, Ice Cream Social and helpful and friendly staff - especially Danny). The down side was the crowding as the Cabins are located too close to each other, leaving almost no personal space and requiring picnic tables and fire pits to be beside each Cabin, instead of in front. This may be OK at quiet times but not during busy weekends.

Wonderful experience at this KOA. Very family friendly environment with clean facilities and plenty of staff to provide assistance if needed. My family and I stayed in the cabins which were clean and well set up. Our only annoyance was how loud and squeaky the door hinges are, making it impossible to enter or exit the cabin quietly if others are sleeping. Would still recommend.

Its a nice KOA, located in a great location and so close to town! My kids loved the park! The couple running the café, were super sweet! The food at the café was delicious. Our interactions with everyone was great. We stayed in a cabin, and the little fridge was a nice touch, and the beds were comfy for a cabin!

First off, there was a county-wide fire ban, but nothing was posted & we did not get any communication from this KOA, we had food & no way to cook it. Also the very long list of “no” was a huge turn-off. Dictating that marijuana (legal in Oregon for 8+ years) even for medical patients is absurd. Also a person in the cabin next to us urinated outside by their car. We won’t use this location a

All employees were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could use some updating and lots of spiderwebs. We stayed in a cabin. Would be nice if the only light inside was dimmable. You could not have the light on without waking everyone else up. Location was very close to Lincoln City but was still quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

We were disappointed in the extra person policy. We rented a 6 person cabin and had to pay extra for having more then 2 people. It would have been cheaper to stay in a hotel. We will not be coming back to this facility.

We stayed 2 nights in cabin K1, while it is more than 100ft away from the dump station....the smell was overwhelming most the time! Spent alot of time in the cabin just to escape the aroma! Wont be paying over $100 a night to experience that again!

This was my first time staying in a cabin. I loved it and will do it again. Loved the small fridge which made food storage so much better than a cooler. Also, great WYFI. Will be back!

This KOA has tent sites right next to each other, so not a lot of privacy. I prefer a bit of solitude, but that's the trade-off for having a clean, quiet, and safe campsite when solo camping. The check-in process was a bit slow (20+ minutes), but the worker on duty was inundated with other check-ins and grocery purchases. Still, the experience was an overall positive one. I would recommend having breakfast at the food truck/restaurant -- it honestly was one of the better homestyle breakfasts I had on my trip.
