Tents

Tents are allowed in designated areas only. One (1) tent per site allowed. 6 people max on sites. If space allows additional tents there is a $20.00 charge per tent. No tents with floors allowed on RV sites or cabin sites.

FREE WIFI

We offer free WiFi throughout the campground.  The WIFI service is shared by the campers and can be intermittent depending on guest usage. 
The strongest signal is often found in the area around the store.   As a courtesy to other guests please do not attempt to stream.

Guarantee Your Site

If you would like a specific site or want to be side-by-side with another camper or have a group coming in together, please call us, and for a $20.00 fee per stay, we will lock your site; this will guarantee your chosen site number. If you are making your reservation online and a request is made for any of the above, we will do our best, and if it can be done, we will add the $20.00 charge to your account.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:Acknowledgement and Assumption of RisksI understand that staying at and using the Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
  • Property loss or damage
  • Psychological or physical injury
  • Pain, suffering, disability, or death
  • Exposure to bacteria, algae, or disease
  • Drowning, burns, slips, and falls
  • Hazards from terrain, weather, wildlife, pets, fire, vehicles, and other guests
  • Limited access to emergency services

I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, and agree that I will not participate in any activity while impaired or unfit. I understand that the security of myself, my guests, and our belongings is my responsibility.Release, Indemnity, and Waiver of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • I release and agree to hold harmless the Campground Management from any and all claims, including those arising from negligence, injury, death, property damage, pet incidents, or other losses related to my or my party's stay.
  • I agree to indemnify and defend the Campground from any third-party claims arising from my or my party's conduct or pets.
  • I understand that the Campground provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or safety of the property.

These terms apply to me and anyone in my party, including minors, guests, and legal representatives, and will remain effective for up to four years following the end of our stay.

Check-in/check-out times

Check in time is 3pm.  Early check in may be allowed, a fee may be assessed.   Check-out time is 11 a.m. for all sites.   If you find you need to be on site later than checkout time, you must notify the office and a fee will be assessed.  

Laundry Hours

The laundry room is open 24 hours a day.  $2.00 To wash. $2.00 to dry.  Observe office hours if change is needed for machines.

Visitors

Visitors must register at the office upon arrival, and pay a visitors fee. ($10.00 per adult and $7.00 for children 8-20, 7 and under are free)   Check-out is 9 p.m.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.-7 a.m.

Extra Car Fee

One car per site.  Any additional vehicles will be charged a $5.00 one time fee.

Firewood Policy

Firewood is available for a fee. New Hampshire firewood only allowed at the park.

Pool Hours

Pool hours are 10:00 am to Dusk during pool season (Memorial Day-Labor Day).

Holiday Weekends

We have a three-night minimum stay for holiday weekends -- Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day. Full payment is expected when reservation is made.  No Refunds for Holidays.

Golf Carts

No golf carts allowed by guests.

Site Occupancy

Per fire code, no more than six guests per site. Accommodations depend on the number of beds.

Playground Hours

The playground is open from 8 a.m.-dusk.

Campfires

Campfires must be extinguished  by 11 p.m. Do not leave fires unattended. Do not move fire ring. Firewood is for sale in the store. New Hampshire firewood only.

Overnight cabin stays

There's a $15 cleaning fee for one night cabin stays. When our staff reviews your reservation the charge will be added to your credit card.

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome. Good behavior is required.  Hostile or aggressive dogs, along with their owners will be asked to leave the campground, with no refund. Dogs need to be leashed at all times and never left unattended. Clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area, playground, buildings or pavilion. Remember manners.  If constant barking, either inside or outside your unit, becomes a nuisance to others, you will be asked to leave the campground with no refund.  We want all guests and their pets to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cabins and lodges:
   14 days or greater:  fee is  $20.00
    Less than 14 days:  fee is loss of deposit

RV and tent sites:
   NON HOLIDAY
   7 days or greater:  fee is $20.00
   Less than 7 days:  fee is loss of deposit
   HOLIDAYS:  Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day
   Greater than 14 days:  fee is $20.00
   14 days or less:  fee is loss of deposit

No Smoking in Accommodations

No Smoking in Cabins or Lodges. A fee of $250.00 will be charged for cleaning.

Trash Pick up

Trash pick up daily from 8am-4:30pm.     Please place trash bags at front of site for pick up.  Dumpster located near front office.  Recycling containers near dumpster.. Please do not leave trash out overnight.

Dump Station

Off road dumping is allowed for a fee of $40.00.  On site campers dumping is included for free.

After Hour Check In

If arriving after the office is closed, check the Night Registration Board by the Office door.  If you have a reservation you will find your map, with your name and site number with directions to your site.   If you do not have a reservation check the posted map for available sites.  The following morning please be sure to check in with the office before 10 am or call the office to finish the registration process.

Bikes

NH law requires anyone under 16 to wear a helmet.  Abide by the rules of the road.  Bikes must have a light to ride in the evening.
