Back-in on the river was beautiful. The campground is very well maintained and the new areas - bridge, new sites, are exciting. Our stay was during Covid lockdown, so very quiet, which we loved. Only (minor) issue was that the roads were really dusty, i'm sure due to the dry Spring. Also we did notice that people were working on that while we were there.

Loved it. Loved the cabin we stayed in. Cabin #2 which had been moved to a new location. Only downside was that we did not get any wifi signal. I was ok with it, but my son really missed being 'unplugged'. LOL

Over all the campground was nice. However we did not like the dust. It made everything dirty until something was done about it on Friday.

All employees of this KOA are very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. They are cleaning up this campground and doing many upgrades. They have put alot of time and hard work into making this campground feel welcoming.

We had so much fun camping here! The spots near the river are divine, even if they are a little smaller than we are used to at private campgrounds. Waking up to the sound of the river, and the peacefulness of the quiet campground was amazing. Everyone was so kind and considerate, and we really enjoyed ourselves!

I like that you are making so many great changes to the campground! My only recommendation is you should not put big Rottweiler dogs in a site next to the River Access steps. Guests shouldn’t feel intimidated walking down the steps and going down into the river with dogs.

It was very relaxing, cabin was clean and the perfect size. Parking is a little cramped at cabin 6, but all and all a great place to relax for the weekend.

Pleasant staff was helpful and facilities were clean. Trees at site 57 & 58 has a lot of dead branches on them. Very noisy due to close proximity to the main road. Sites could use more gravel & dead trees should be removed. We are not fans of pine trees because of the pine pitch and pine spills. Playground area was cute & clean.

River edge wasn't completely clean. Only takes 1 bad apple I guess. Been there before and will likely b be back for river access right to our site. Thanks

All the sites are too close with no trees.Right on top of each other. The RV beside us put their extension out on the back to create a wall, good idea. The site we had by the river was relaxing.There is no 'flush' allowed at the dump station. Not too sanitary for us. I will go back because I know what to expect (no privacy at all) and we have no kids. Most kids things and the pool were closed. SAD

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to open the pool (due to the governor's orders) until the beginning of this week. At our dump station, we do allow you to rinse your tank; we just don't want any flushing because it being a holding tank.

We loved our stay by the river! Hardly any mosquitoes probably because the water is always moving. This KOA is charming, friendly, and clean and it's evident that they are working to improve overall.

Super kind, friendly staff. The tent sites were clean, flat and well maintained. The facilities were spotless. Definitely will come back for a longer stay.

My poor rating is not necessarily a reflection of the campground itself; it is of the location of the campground and our experience staying there. The traffic noise from Rte. 302 was loud and 24/7, there was a maintenance crew there all day every day, running mowers, whackers, gravel trucks, etc., and several mornings a truck showed up at 6am to empty the dumpster. The work crew started at 8am.

Beautiful spot on the river. Loved how the trees are trimmed. I went to office about 5:15 (they close at 5) and they were still very helpful in setting up my tv. Very nice people and we will go back.

It was our first time camping. It rained but everyone was so nice. Beautiful kept and lots of activities in the surrounding area. Great stay!

The KOA was very accommodating, even during Covid-19. Park was spacious, providing ~50ft in between RV sites. Office staff were helpful and friendly. There is a decent rail trail ~1 miles from park. It is a bit far to Franconia Notch (25 miles) which also has a terrific bike trail along with the famous Flume Gorge. Did not rate with 5 stars as all amenities were Closed, even laundry.

The sites are tight and not many will fit a 32’ and a tow vehicle. Rude people if you complain. Inaccurate information about sites. No WiFi. Would not let a MA individual come with us on our trip during COVID rules but had quite a few other out of state plates! The old owners seem to be favored by many of the people we walked to.

The campground was just purchased and we are all still learning the sites, your patients are appreciated. All of the out of state plates that were on property were work

Used to be great, now just ok. If there's a sign telling times then please honor it the bathroom cleaning was never during the stated time, garbage wasn't picked up and the staff just wasn't very friendly.

Thank you for your comments. The bathrooms were being cleaned every 2 hours, due to the virus. When the virus is no longer an issue, we will go back to the posted cleaning times. Also, due to the virus, we were not picking up trash, but asked our guest to carry their own trash to the dumpster. Both

Despite this new crazy world with rules of Covid change daily- the staff was friendly and helpful. They were always working, you never say a yellow shirt just standing around. All were very polite. The grounds were immaculate.

Staff were very nice considering all of the restrictions they have to deal w/due to COVID-19. As far as activities, the kids could ride their bikes around the small campground & play games on campsite.Some type of "safe" scheduled activity would have been nice over the holiday weekend. The beautiful river is pretty much inaccessible for swimming & fishing as the area to access is very limited.

Clean sites. Fire pits could be upgraded. Upgrade to full hookups on river and clean bathrooms more often. Overall enjoyed and rebooted for next year already!

We were lucky to have 3 nights stay there during the peak foliage of White Mountain National Forest. With fall colors everywhere, the campground was very beautiful. The site overall was very clean and well managed. The staffs were friendly. The only concern I would say was the missing of the cell signal. Lucky that the campground provided WiFi was working just fine, even though it was sometime on and off. It will be appreciated if the host can improve the WiFi signal strength a little bit.
