We've been here a few times - always a good experience. The new ownership has made some very nice improvements to the property. Looking forward to seeing what else they may do with the place!

Beautiful place! Stayed at a tent site by the river after hiking the Franconia ridge loop (campground is about a 25 minute drive from the trailhead). The staff were super friendly & the bathrooms/showers were the cleanest ones I've ever seen at a campground. If you arrive late & the office isn't open, stop at the Shaws in Littleton to get firewood before you arrive. Will definitely book again!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed me recharge my heated socks batteries overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay . We planned to stay for 4 days but because campground is really beautiful and staffs are friendly , we extended our stay for another 2 days . Bathroom is really clean . Cleanest I’ve ever been to a campground . Also a good base camp for hiking Franconia area . Thank you for the lovely accommodation ! We will surely be back . - 2 ladies

We had a great stay. I was so impressed by the cleanliness & thoughtful touches at this campsite. We had a tent site along the river & I especially enjoyed hearing the water during the night.

Stayed at campsite 10, which is a great spot! Facilities were nice and clean. 20 minute drive to Franconia Notch hiking area! Agree with some reviews that some sites are on top of each other, but we did not have that problem at site #10! All in all, great experience. Would definitely recommend/come back.

The bathrooms and showers were very clean and kept warm during the frost nights. If you are looking to get away from traffic, it is a bit load next to the road even on the back sites. The tent sites were more gravel than expected and the place seems much smaller than advertised. Facilities and staff were polite. Firewood was expensive for a small bundle at $7.50 each.

Staff was great. The place was generally clean. My issue was with noise level. The sight over from me arrived at their site at 11 PM every night to start a campfire and were loud and giggling until 2 or 3 AM. We asked them to queit down but they hardly did. Complaints to staff went un noticed. We couldn't get any sleep. It ruined the whole experience.

Thank you for your comment. We are very conscience of each guest comforts. I can assure you that if we had gotten a complaint of noise, it would have be dealt with immediately. I wish we had of been told about this during your stay.

3 nights in a tent on the river. I was pleasantly surprised by the firewood delivery (which was FAST) the very clean restrooms, and the great events. Wonderful spot on the river, too!

Need someone on-site to patrol and remind people of quiet time and turn off head lights when arriving late. Would also be nice if camper sites were not back to back. Some have toy haulers and if arriving late you basically have to set up the camper twice. Just offset them by a camper width and no spaces would be lost. Leveling the camper sites would help also.

Staff is extremely friendly and nice! Bathrooms were always clean. We were expecting a tent site with a bit more privacy, but the amazing river views made up for it. They have tent sites that are more private, which look nice. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay for multiple families vacationing together. There’s a playground, pool (not heated as listed) & very shallow river. If you’re looking for privacy, peace &quiet, keep on looking. The sites were close together & completely open. No platform for our tent as listed. Cars on highway you can hear all night & loud morning roofing construction on site woke us up.

The management was top rate! The bathrooms were very clean. The overall condition of the campground was very good! You can definitely tell somebody cares! I should rate 5 stars...but, I save that for when I'm totally blown away! This campground came very close.

We had a great time!!! All the staff were friendly and helpful! Our site was clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so wonderful to see and talk to!!! And we had an awesome time painting rocks with Beki. We will definitely be staying again!!!!

the campground was super clean, and our site on the river was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our tent site was ill suited to handle the 1/2 hour downpour we got on Saturday afternoon. We returned from a bike ride soaking wet to find our tent half submerged in a puddle and our fire pit totally submerged. This was site 16, and there was literally no dry land big e

I expected more of a spacious wilderness campground. Figured white mountain camping you wouldn't be able to see your neighbors at ur site. No privacy. Bathrooms were in the most inconvenient spot.

The proximity to such a busy road is a turnoff. You hear cars and truck all night and morning long. A couple of cranky seasonal campers, but otherwise okay.

We loved our stay so much we extended it an extra night. We found the campgrounds to be extremely clean and the staff was very friendly, efficient and patient with my children's endless questions.

We were lucky to have 3 nights stay there during the peak foliage of White Mountain National Forest. With fall colors everywhere, the campground was very beautiful. The site overall was very clean and well managed. The staffs were friendly. The only concern I would say was the missing of the cell signal. Lucky that the campground provided WiFi was working just fine, even though it was sometime on and off. It will be appreciated if the host can improve the WiFi signal strength a little bit.
