Very easy to navigate. Clean and quiet. Would be nice if they had cable, but no biggie for an over-night stay. We stayed 3 different nights in 6 weeks.

my overnight stay smelled like an open sewer, we noticed most of the pipe caps were missing over the drains in the RV park, many flies flew in the trailer too.

Thank you for your input. We have ordered sewer caps. I live on site and the smell was not from the park. There is a county owned ponding basin nearby that unfortunately smells. We recommend always closing your screens/doors, we can't control the insects in the area. :)

Easy access. Clean. Tammy was very helpful with my late arrival reservation. I was driving when making reservation. She made it very easy.

Crummy. Basically a parking lot off the interstate. Wifi down. It was quiet. I'll give it that.

We have to disagree with your comment of the park being crummy. There have been a lot of upgrades and improvements over the past 6 months. The WIFI was working that day, sorry about the confusion.

No Cable and the WIFI didn't work

Most guests use satellite for TV so the owner decided not to have it as an amenity. We are sorry about no WIFI that too was out of our control until a work order could be completed.

Just spent an unplanned night while traveling. Arrived at about sundown and used only water and sewer, as we didn't need electricity. The "dry camp" rate was $25 which seemed very reasonable. We didn't take advantage of any of the campground amenities - just ate dinner, showered, watched TV, and slept. It was very quiet and surprisingly clean and nice, especially compared to the surrounding area.

Not your typical KOA. Dusty, gravel. Nobody on site when arrived. Bathroom was dirty. Ok for a quick overnight.

Our office hours are from 8-5 with lunch from 12-2. We apologize about the condition of the bathrooms. Those are checked daily.

The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. I would hesitate staying again as the showers were very dirty.

Hookups not properly located for easy connection. Internet inoperative. Did not place the 3 rvs traveling together in sports next to each other as confirmed n reservation even after calling in well in advance to verify.

The power pedestal and sewer are placed in locations where the majority of RVs can easily access them. I apologized about the reservations not being together and quickly remedied it when you arrived.

We only stayed a single night on our way home from a long vacation. The manager was helpful and friendly. However, the facility, itself seemed neglected and run down. This is a difficult location -- so close to the freeway and to various truck stops. Not much to choose from in this area so we were grateful for a relatively safe place.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the trash can situation. The site map does show where it is located. Per KOA guidelines it has to be so many feet away from the sites and covered to keep the area more aesthetically pleasing.

WIFI never worked. Kept showing that I was on WiFi but never could connect. Tried everything. Very poor. Also if you are going to be a KOA, you should have cable and a stocked amenities in office/store.

Great location off I5. A bit of truck noise but not enough to bother having a good night sleep. Close to fuel and food. Level sites. Easy in and out.

We needed an overnight on I5 and were pleased to find this newer KOA. We asked for a site in the back area and weren’t bothered by traffic noise. Looks like they are doing lots of work and we look forward to staying again.

It may not be a fair representation of how things will be once established, but there are some opportunities for improvement (Wi-Fi, Cable, Map trash locations). That being said, it is a good location and the grounds are nice.

Thank you for your input. The wifi has been fixed. We will not be offering cable because many guests have satellite. The map does show the location of the trash and there are multiple signs pointing the direction of the dumpster.

one of the nicest KOA that we have stayed at, easy check in, good roads, nice large sites, clean, nice dog yard, easy access from I-5. i would suggest some upgrade on the electrical box's, our site did not have a picnic table, and a little more attention to landscape Maintenace and i would give a five-star rating, will defiantly use this location again, ,

The best thing was to see so many new improvements to the park. We had a very nice quiet stay and got some much needed rest. We will stay here again for sure.

It is not what we have come to expect from a KOA. There was no cable. There was no table at our site per the website description. The dog park was nice but pet owners didn’t clean up after their pets and there was a lot of “crap” on the ground! The office wasn’t open at 2:00pm so we found our reservation/site taped to the door. We just stayed one night.

Thank you for your comments. The tables have been ordered. We clean up the dog park 2x a day. Taping the maps to the door is how we have always done the check in process. I worked the day you stayed and I pride myself in getting to work promptly, I was in the office, maybe you didn't see me.

The RV sites were wide and graveled, which was nice, but we won't stay here again. Many of the sites with full timers were cluttered with stuff piled outside their RV's, which, in my opinion, is not appealing and they should be required to keep their sites clean. One full timer had a "Beware of Dog" sign on their RV, thought the pet rules prohibited aggressive animals, if not, it should.

Campsite had low hanging tree branches scrapping the top and side of my camper. Left and didn't spend the night. Credit card was still charged for a stay.

We stayed there for two one night stays and it was good for that. It was close to the freeway and a number of fast food options that were within walking distance so we didn't have to unhook our trailer. The grounds are clean. My only suggestion is that there be a sign somewhere on the main road that tells people where to turn to enter the campground. It can be confusing, especially at night.

Stay here often. Usually just one night on way to and from Oregon. Easy to get to off of I 5. Late night check in easy.

We had problems with the sewer connection backing up at the site. I went to the front office And shared the problem. Within five minutes I had someone at the site to help and fix the problem. Very nice And helpful staff.

Office staff were rude. They had papers with campsites for campers who had resevations, posted on the door. When I went inside because ours was not there, she sent me out to look agian before she would look it up and give me the campsite and the map. We did have reservations.

Great clean and easy access location while traveling through California. We stay there often. They recently expanded which is nice to see.
