To many bugs and are pull in site was not long enough-Bug got into our motorhome and we we were cleaning and cleaning afterwards-I didn’t like it and I didn’t like this KOA �Ï©

Great location for snow birds transiting to and from the northwest states & Canada along the I5. Sites are well graded, 50 amp with full hookup. However, regardless of how the pull-thru sites are described by the operators, they are not long enough to hold any rig over 50' without encroaching onto the roadway. Fifth wheels and coaches with toads cannot fit the sites without unhooking.

Site is new, facilities are great and the location is good for RV travelers wanting to break up their trip. However there is little else of interest at this location except truck stops--and dozens of large semi trucks.

The facilities and grounds were very clean. The only area I would improve was the K-9 park by adding grass.

Location is the key - roughly half way from San diego to the bay area. Traffic noise and "industrial" odors we can live with for one night, passing through. Pleased to see bathroom upgrades, but would really appreciate a working fan in the men`s shower to eliminate the steam bath effect!!

Work was being done to the roads, made it a little difficult to get to our space. The host was great and the improvements there doing will make this a great place to return to in the future.

This campground will be the perfect place to stay in the future! It is still not quite finished… pool is empty, could not locate dumpster, and road pavers working late in the evening and early in the am. BUT. The setup is just great. We loved the sewer circles. We loved the layout of the park. It is exactly the right distance from Palm Springs to Bay Area for a stopover. Nice area for kids.

Pool is under construction and not scheduled to open until May 1st when the weather is warmer. There are numerous signs around the park pointing to the dumpster and it is shown on the park map. We are glad we could provide a place for you to rest during your long drive. See you next time.

Absolutely gorgeous. We loved it and will come again BUT CAN YOU PLEASE HEAT YOUR POOL! That was the absolute only thing wrong!!

We are glad that you will be returning in the future. We don't have plans to heat the pool. It is not scheduled to open until May 1st when the weather is warmer.

It was nice because there wasn't a lot of people. We pulled in pretty late and the staff was able to have our space ready. We will definitely be coming back. Also lots of places to get coffee�

Thank you, Karin, and your staff. Tammy was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. This is a wonderful Journey Campground with gas and food within walking distance from your site. Off the freeway enough that the highway noise is not a bother. New restrooms/bathhouse and laundry and store are inviting.

I stay here often as it is a great overnight stop when traveling on I 5. It has improved so much, the sites are now level with really nice picnic tables and everything is cleaned up. The staff have always been nice. Not much to do in Lost Hills but it is a great place for a night. Lots of fast food if you need to grab something and go. Also many gas stations down 1 block.

This KOA is a wonderful oasis on I-5. Far away enough to be quiet, under the trees for shade. Facilities are new, clean, and spacious. Hosts are the mosts!

This is a well-kept and improved park since it changed hands to a KOA. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. The gravel sites are relatively level with good electrical, water and dump facilities. It can be slightly noisy due to the truck stop, but it is a great halfway point to the Bay Area!

Problems started with billing from KOA, I made a reservation for $55.87. Got a receipt. Then 3 minutes later I got a receipt for $60.87 because they charged me $5 for my dog. Couldn't cancel due to less than 48 hrs to reservation. When we arrived at 5:30 PM the office was closed and NO paper work or instructions as to what space to go. We just took a spot and left at 5AM. Very disappointed!

We state online that there will be a pet fee. I worked that day and your paperwork was on the door. I even sent you a picture of your paperwork the next day.

We stayed for one night on our way home. There has been much improvement made to this park since reopening. The bathrooms are beautifully redone with tile. The woman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful even though we had not made a reservation. We will reserve and stay here again with our travel trailer. Thank you to the staff. Keep up the good work!

We did a 4 night layover on our way back to Beckwourth and it was a pleasant and quiet park. There are many fast food options within walking distance. There is a great Hispanic market a half mile away with a fantastic butcher shop and most everything you need. Our host was very nice!

There was a mix up on the site we requested but the person in the office resolved the issue immediately. She was very helpful. The only other issue was the pool was not open due to cleaning. I look forward to my next visit to use the pool.

Basically a gravel parking lot. Lacking trees of any size. No grass, no landscape. Designed for large RV’ s where you never leave from inside your RV.

We have at least 30 large growth eucalyptus trees that tower over many of the rv sites.. Due to drought conditions we will not have grass. We do have landscaping along the perimeter of the park.

Park is finally getting new tables placed on sites. Sites are clean and well maintained. However, sites in main area of park should be for guests, not long-termers with weather faded rigs and flat tires.

We arrived mid afternoon after having a mishap with our RV. The lady in the office was helpful getting us phone numbers of businesses who might have been able to help us. The grounds were clean and tidy.

Clean, level sites. Far enough away from the highway sounds. Friendly, helpful staff both in the office and from Ruben, who filled our RV’s propane tank.
