An absolute dump!! This campground has looked the same for the past 8 years!! Very dusty. Dirt interior. We have stopped here before, only because there isn't any other place to stop. For years we have stopped here only to be told it is in transition and will be completed soon. Really??? THIS KOA IS A STICK IN THE EYE OF THE KOA ORGANIZATION!!!!!

The park is new and has little landscaping. The spaces are long and pull-through and there are full hookups, but are just dirt. The people are very nice and helpful. The site are level. There should be more trash bins located throughout the park. It is fine for an overnight stop and we would return for that purpose but would not stay for more than one night.

This is an old RV park that is converting to a KOA. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they are working hard to bring the park up to KOA standards. Good for an overnight stop when traveling on I-5. I would stay there again, and would like to see how they improve in the next year.

Nice staff. Very helpful. Sites with full hook up. Easy to find and park. Near lots of services. It looks that they are making improvements and renovating area.

Great location off Hwy5. Easy access Appears the entire park is being paved which would make it a 5 star we will definitely make this our overnight stop when traveling

In fairness this campground is in transition .. But, until they have completed the transition, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Very dirty, dusty, small trees, so very hot .. many sites have no tables .. did not use the pool or other facilities .. so cannot rate them .. the person at the front desk was very nice .. could not get TV to work (so may not have it) .. Internet worked but was slow.

New ownership is making a difference. Needs the obvious, tho: Better internet (any usable internet would be nice), less dirt (very dusty), more experienced staff (they're getting there). Location is 'truck-stop friendly' for diesel pushers. This might be the last rv park before heading up the grape vine which makes my final day's drive back to the Coachella Valley much shorter. See you next year.

We just used the site as a stop over. The owners are very nice and accommodating. But the showers need updating. The rev sites are very dusty, the could use concrete pads.

Excellent customer service. We called ahead & the office waited for us before closing to help us check in. Not much to look at now but you can see all of the improvements underway as this is a newly converted KOA. Close to many fast food options.

I called the office and informed them I would be arriving late that night. The office said an envelope with my name would be on the office door. The RV space was good as were the amenities. I will stay there again next year.

It was a great spot spend the night to break up our long drive. The campground was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were very nice.

What a friendly couple the owners are. The campground as an abundance of eucalyptus trees which I find very beautiful. It’s an up-and-coming park but well worth the money. Thank you I’ll definitely be back.

Roads and sites are dirt and most of the trees are dead or dying. It is a VERY busy location with lots of truck traffic and difficult to get to because of this. It is also in the middle of nowhere! Wifi was horrible. Only plus is that it is the only place to stay along this stretch of I5.

They are always helpful. Like that they have some spaces that you don't have to unhook. Lots of improvements happening.

I have been RVing for over 35 years and have frequently used your guide when looking for a campground. You rated Lost Hills 8.5/9.5/8.5. You really missed the mark on this one. It was a awful park which does not deserve a rating near that high. Based on my experience it should be rated in the 6,s at best. We will stay there again. Dick Canzoneri

We know it just became a Kia but boy there is a lot work to be done to clean it up! We would stay there again even though it’s way overpriced!!

It was actually a very nice stay. The lady who checked us in was real nice. We took a different route home or we would have stayed there again.

New KOA (old campground). Very friendly staff. Lots of amenities. We wound up at the furthest point away from the entrance, way off by ourselves. Campground itself needs some work. Very dry and dusty. Few (scrawny) trees. Dirt roads and sites.

Host had knowledge of her campground and KOA overall. She knew how to ask our needs and how to take KOA's features and and frame them into our advantages and sell us our benefits. She let us see how we fit into KOA not how KOA fit into us.

The people here are super but really not a place you would stay more than a night - nothing around except fast food and gas stations.

a LAST RESORT BUT WORKED OUT FINE, WE NEEDED A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION FOR OVERNITE STAY, ARRIVING AFTER OFFICE HOURS, THEY TOOK CARE OF IT OVER THE PHONE, WE DROVE IN TO OUR DESIGNATED SPOT, HOOKED UP AND GOT SOME MUCH NEEDED SLEEP.

Hello we stayed there for one night it is a big dirt lot with lots of ants they need to get rid of there was not much in there store looks like they were in the works of becoming a KOA but not near the KOA standards from what I've heard about them in the past KOA is the place to take your family on a nice camping vacation

Hi I know you are making many changes, I feel there is too much dirt (dust) between the sites. Gets on cords, hoses etc. some sort of gravel might do.

Site is getting ready for upgrade however prices have been changed to KOA rates even though minimal facilities are available. We were also double charged for stay that is in process of being corrected hopefully. Good location for overnight stays while traveling.

Not fancy but clean and safe and very friendly! I use this as an overnight stop headed into the greater LA region, about an hour from the grapevine.

Other than no type of TV, our stay was Komfy! Neighbor raved about the pool, but we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy a plunge. We will stay again when traveling to Northern California.
