Everyone was very nice even as I bugged them for a satellite friendly space change. They do not offer cable yet. We loved it!

I wish KOA let you pick your site when making reservations. Had to request another site, not pleased with the given site. Pool was in well maintained condition, spent most of our time at the pool. Playground, however, needs major work. Did not feel grandkids were safe. Staff is very friendly.

One night. Traveling home to Florida. Had 8 y/o niece with us, she loved the pool! Nice pull thru for convenience.

Great service. Very clean People working very friendly and helpful. Walking path could use some benches along the way. Shade in dog parks would be great. Enjoyed stay over all

Memorial day weekend. Very quiet. Pool was very clean but too cold to spend much time there. Bath houses are awesome. Not a lot to do in the area but it was very relaxing. Few staff we iinteracted with were very pleasant. You can hear the highway but expected that and it did not bother us at all.

While we only stayed one night this time, it was quiet, clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. This is the perfect campground for either one or multiple nights. Be aware there is no cable but antenna reception is very good.

No grills, cable hookups, and store was lacking most things. We stay at KOA a lot and I have never had a bad experience. We ended up checking out a day early and going to another location. If you are pulling in to just spend the night and hit the road again, I guess it would be fine. It was clean, but that is the only plus. Any length of time, go somewhere else.

We have begun to use this location as our half way stopping point between PA and Florida as have other family members with RV's. The late check in process is very accommodating for us and the facilities are always so clean!

One of the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed at. The bath house is immaculate and the entire park is well maintained. One of the best we have stayed at during our two week trip from Florida to Virginia.

Family stayed at the deluxe pull-thru site #41. Nice patio & furniture! We love the pool! Bath house is very nice, roomy and clean. Trail by the river, is big enough for a golf cart, we enjoyed the scenic ride. We are looking forward to another visit!!

Our site did not have a picnic table nor a fire pit. Also I felt that it was a bit too dark. We had to do laundry at night late and the walk was really dark

This was our second stay at Lumberton.. Very pleased with the service and surroundings. The staff is nice and the shower house is very clean and spacious.

Our first "real" trip with the camper trailer so we really didn't know what to expect. We met up with family members and had a good Saturday evening. The restrooms were clean and spacious; staff helpful; and our assigned lot was more than adequate. The only downer is isolation from restaurants and stores but, maybe that's what camping is all about.

We stayed for one night on our way to Florida, 5/18/21. We had a nice pull-thru site, easy in and out. Very close to I-95. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here again.

First time there in our new RV. I had eaten fried oysters in Virginia earlier in the day at a Great weirdname Crab Shack and became extremely sick after we went to bed. We only had a one night reservation and I couldn't drive. Your office staff was caring and that helped my wife feel better which I am profoundly grateful. Thank you.

Sherry was fabulous - went out of her way to get us in a pull-thru site (last minute reservation request) and we were able to stay the allotted amount of time we had anticipated and spend some great time with our family.

Great campground. Love the pull thru convenience. The location is perfect for us when we drive to destination locations in New England or Chesapeake. This is a "single night" campground consideration for us. These are the reasons we have stayed here multiple times. My only complaint is that the campground should be $50/ night. Granted, the pool closure may be outof your hands somewhat.

Just a quick overnight stop on our way south. Campground was clean and quiet. We had a reservation, arrived after office hours. Paperwork was in a holder on the porch, just had to complete a form. left before the office opened in the morning. We will be going the other way in a couple of weeks, and will likely make a reservation to overnight there again on the way back.

KOA tried to call us as we were running late due to I-95 wreck in SC. All was in order when we got to KOA. Route drawn to our site was a bit misleading. Most sites look reasonably level. This helps as if you carry about 6 short pieces of 2 X 8 for under the tires to level, you do not need to put stabilizers down. The isolation from the tires and no stabilizers greatly reduces the I-95 truck noise.

Just an overnight stop to break up the drive from South Georgia to DC. Stopped on the way down and then again on the way back. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Full hookup. Easy to get in and out of from I-95 and the sites are easy in and out also. Perfect for our needs!

Stayed at tent site #3 in my rooftop tent for one night. Site was wooded with nice amenities and fairly secluded. My only comment is that it is difficult to obtain the same degree of privacy with a rooftop tent vs a regular tent since I can't bring my car as far back in the site as the tent platform. Site #3 did have the ability to park next to the picnic table which did help.
