We stay at a lot of KOA's, always neat, clean and secure. The Lynchburg Blue Ridge Parkway location far exceeded our already high expectations. From our initial greeting to our interaction with the park host we felt right at home. The sites were roomy, very well kept and landscaped easy in and out. Plenty of trees to provide shade but not too many. We'll be back for a longer stay!

Very nice management and great facilities. Only negative is the highway in front of the campground is very loud with lots of truck traffic. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing that needs changing but the only thing you can’t change.

It’s very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway a gateway to the parkway. the bathroom is clean and plenty of hot water. Very serene and quiet place. A

Nice campground, but close quarters. Upon arrival, we were told that we would not be near our family members as we did not pay the $20 lock in fee. Even though we reserved and paid for our sites seven months in advance. Wi-Fi was subpar, as we were not able to connect at any of the four sites that our group had reserved throughout the campground, as we tried to live stream a graduation ceremony.

Got kind of ripped off for having to stay 3 nights. Didn’t realize Liberty University graduation was considered a Holiday. 3 nights of camping for $248 was ridiculous. Nothing was going on at campground. Really tight maneuvering big rigs. Will not camp at that location again.

Nice and peaceful. Delightful friendly staff. Took a fall off bike at campground ; staff stopped by each day to check on me. Clean, neat , organized. Helped us park, and asked daily if had any needs. Will return!

Beautiful KOA in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia ......very clean and well kept ! Camp hosts were extremely helpful and so nice ! We don’t usually use the doggie park but this one was very nice ! Will defInitely stay again !!!

Nice, quiet campground that was well kept. We had a lovely patio site with a swing, fire pit, and table with chairs. Our only complaint was it was a bit tight to maneuver with our big rig.

Clean bathrooms and showers, well maintained grounds, level sites with superb hookups, and a well run campground .... the owners and the staff are very friendly. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Outstanding campground. Beautiful well spaced sites set among mature trees. Clean facilities. Great walking paths thru the woods. Be sure to eat at Sotto’s in Glasgow. Great food

Beautiful campground. Very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and area trailheads. Quiet, clean, and friendly. We really enjoyed our time here.

The campground was beautiful and very well kept up. The owners were super friendly, and helpful. We had a rented trailer that did not have all the equipment we needed to hook up everything. April got us everything we needed, even helped us connect it all. When we needed to arrange a possible tow for our horrible rental, they offered us cabin rentals and am even a place to store the trailer!

We were Northbound on the Blue Ridge Parkway from Asheville, NC and the Parkway campgrounds are closed. We enjoy Boondocking but keep KOA as a handy backup. This campground was wonderful! We chose an outer loop back-in and had a view of the woods which we really appreciated. The layout is so well configured that all sites offer a feeling of privacy even the inner loop patio sites. Thanks!

The campground is beautiful and very well maintained. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed our time enough that we decided to come back. There must have been a change in store/office staff because every contact we had (from booking to leaving) with the person in the store was horrible. She was very rude. We even heard other guests having similar experiences. Sad for such a nice place!

Love this place, very clean and well kept. Conveniently located near Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking and sightseeing. Downtown Lynchburg is less than 30 minutes away.

We had a great visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. After a bad storm came through and knocked out power for about 24 hours, staff continued to make sure everyone was ok and provided ice, wood, or others item that may be needed. We were in good shape with propane for our refrigerator and stove. Made us spend more time together! � Will be going back as it is a close get-away for us

Camp hosts were great! Campsites were a little small and I felt too close to my neighbors, but that is just my own preference. It is a nice campground otherwise.

Small cozy campground off of the parkway. Clean facilities and very nice customer service. Our two early teenagers had a great time with the all the games provided by KOA and fishing in the pond.

Really enjoy the deluxe patio sites that allow us to tow our trailer and not unhook. Well maintained campground with pleasant helpful staff. Dog park area is also very nice which is important to us.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the past 3 years. We have always had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly and responsive. The grounds are neat and clean, and fellow campers are friendly. Great location. Highly recommend!

The campsites were very pretty, lots of shade trees. We stayed in B8, which was not as shaded but has a huge open field behind it if you are interested in having group games like frisbee, kites, horseshoes, etc. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. They will even deliver very reasonably priced firewood to your site.
