We rented one of the deluxe cabins. Upon arrival, they charged me an extra $35.00 for my pet even though it said nothing about paying extra for it upon arrival. I thought with the price of over $500.00 that everything was included. They also only gave a 5% Vet discount instead of like most KOA's that have given me 10%. The cabin was not in compliance with federal ADA standards with no handicap

Peaceful beautiful and immaculate clean.Nice n shaded.Just me and my dog but I totally recommend this KOA for families.Only minutes to Parkway,a must,drive South,absolutely breathtaking ! Enjoyed all day pulling off and walking paths.Another close by must is Natural Bridge n area.Zoo,Safari,Caverns n my favorite,Dinosaur Kingdom.Been to area before but 1st at KOA n already planned a stay in Fall

Nice camp ground, clean and well maintained. A couple of negatives however. It's literally next to highway 130 so you hear lots of car and truck noise; not good if you're looking for a quiet spot. There was a group of 4 boys about 10 -12 years old (2 who lived there) who where always playing, hollering, screaming, etc. right in front of our cabin; very annoying! Store closes too early.

Campground is clean & well put together. The cabin w/ loft is roomy and perfect for children. The staff is friendly. I wish the website stated you couldn't leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Makes doing anything in the area hard to have dogs in tow. The cabins are lacking basics in the kitchen. Cups, knives, salad bowl, etc. Lots of dog fur from previous guests, but there was a broom available.

It was a short stay but the kids had fun. Checked in late but someone checked on us and even got us some firewood. The camping cabin was perfect and the bathrooms where a very nice surprise.

We were impressed with our deluxe cabin, both inside and outside. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and provided great customer service. We definitely want to come back.

My stay was fantastic! I upgraded my tent site to a cabin the morning of my stay because the weather was going to be in the 20’s overnight. It was their opening weekend. Stephanie and Phil were the kindest hosts, and I’ll be sure to come back with my family as soon as we have the chance! The cabin is awesome, a nice to stay at. The only con though is at least they could have cleaned the dust in the ceiling fan. Looks like it haven't been wiped for a while. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will look forward to coming back soon.

We always have a Great time at this Koa! For the past 6 years we make reservations in October to visit the Parkway! The cabins are very comfy and clean!! The staff there always makes us feel very welcome! They did a Great Job sanitizing everything during the Covid pandemic!!

It was a great little get away for my family and I. The camp was well equipped with everything we needed. Very close to parkway. Very clean and cozy!
