Loved that it was wooded and not near an interstate. Previous koa have made us think twice about staying at one due to noise and location. We were presently surprised at how nice this koa was. We will highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Dan and Debbie are very helpful and very friendly. The campground is a quiet place to go and relax.

As always, A great place to camp! The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are maintained and lovingly cared for. This campground is one of our favorites and we visit a couple times a year.

Amazing Campground, staff is super friendly and helpful. Extremely well kept and clean. Enjoyed our stay and have already booked to come back April 2022.

Nice small place, clean, beautiful surroundings, fun for kids. Wish the back bathrooms/showers were larger. Also wish the WiFi was stronger when farther away from the front office. Nice and helpful staff. Will be back.

Very nice, well run facility tucked into the mountains very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Biggest issues are: RV sites are very close together; its a long way to any town; and, road from the west/north is very windy with a low clearance bridge that may hinder very big/tall rig travel.

Everything was perfect from check-in to pull out. The person that led us to our site was very courteous and helpful. We only had our travel trailer for 48 hours so were novices backing up. We would still be trying without his help! Our site was wonderful with the view of the woods and the entire campground was very well maintained and neat. We will be back!! Karen Wilson

What a great campground. Stayed 4 nights in a big clean site. The staff was very helpful and nice. The nights are so quiet you think you are the only one there. Great location if you like being in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We absolutely love this camp ground. The sites are level and nice sizes. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. They take you to your site and help guide you in to them. Another thing that makes this such a great camp ground is Dan and Debbie. They both work very hard at making this camp ground so wonderful. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful area and camp ground. We only stayed the night but want to get back up there for a longer visit. Management was proactive reaching out to us when they realized we were coming in late.

Quiet, peaceful beautiful setting property is very well maintained and clean Owners and staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Considering the locatioin of this park in the heavily wooded appalachians don't expect your satellite dish to work but they doi have cable hookup All site are 30/50 amp so lots of power. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a mile away and the scenery is epic

This place is fantastic! It was our first camping trip ever in our new travel trailer and we couldn't have asked for a better place to experience it. From the minute we arrived to the time we left, the staff went above and beyond to make your experience great. The overall campground is nicely shaded and this time of year was a perfect time to visit. My wife, dog and I will absolutely be back!

Very well maintained property for sure, especially for the remote location. Being that there are not many campgrounds in the area, I was glad to find one with full hookups. But, I was blown away at how nice the sites and property are. The workkamper staff for sure were the best I have ever experienced.

Beautiful spot; has trouble setting up (newbie) - trailer fell off leveler (I didn't chock right) - immediately KOA staff came to help me and get it stable. While we were there KOA staff periodically stop by to see if we needed anything. Great customer support.

The owners and their campground host are so very nice and helpful. They make you feel like family! The campground is very clean and convenient to Lynchburg’s Universities, Colleges and vibrant downtown, as well as all the wonderful sites along the northernmost stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Wonderful stay and a big thanks to the owner and camp workers helping us find a spot where we could get level. That would be my only issue with the park; many of the sites were hard to level on. Otherwise beautiful park and great facilities. Quiet at night and a great park to stay at if exploring the area.

To overbearing of a campground for me. Insisted on helping to park. Insisted that I come check on my pets in the camper while gone for 4 hours after being told that I had temperature AND video/audio surveillance on them. 68* degrees at the time and 70* inside. Could not understand that dogs were only barking because workers/owner was walking around my camper checking to see if windows were open.

Loved the size of this KOA Great customer service We are traveling in a 41' 5th Wheel and navigation was tight, especially when leaving. Luckily the pull through site across from us was empty so we were able to pull straight out otherwise we never would've made the turn out of our spot due to a clump of trees.

From the moment we pulled up and were greeted by the KOA hosts Dan and Deb until the moment we pulled out, we were treated like royalty. KOA hosts Dan and Deb could not have been more helpful. The facilities were very clean. Our site was private and quiet. It was a wonderful weekend! We hated to leave!

Great location close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the road up from Glasgow is smooth and newly paved with wide shoulders on the turns. The staff was exceptionally helpful as we arrived in the dark in a downpour and still made sure we had everything we needed. Close to Hiking Biking and other outdoor activities.
