Requirements:
  • All extended stay campers over the age of 18 require a background check ($10.95 each)
  • We require a $675 site condition deposit and a $150 electrical deposit for all incoming campers. The $675 and $150 will be refunded the day of move out after site has been cleared and all costs associated with the electricity used during your stay have been paid. Deposits cannot be used toward site charges.
  • Site charges for the winter are $665 plus electric for a back in site and $675 plus electric for a pull through site. Site charges fluctuate with the change of season. Site charges and electric are due on the first of each month, the charges are run on the first business day of the month and the first month is prorated based on your arrival date.
  • Below are copies of the required documents that you will sign at check-in. An electronic version can also be sent before you arrive to help speed up the check-in process.
  • To get started, please send an email to [email protected] with a couple of pictures of the camper's exterior. While we do not have an age limit, the camper must be in good working order and appearance. We also need the camper's required length and amperage, your approximate arrival and departure dates, what brings you to the area and the names and email addresses of all adults in the party to receive the background check requests.
  • Finally, under PA law, we are strictly a recreational campground. You may not establish residency here. No mail can be received at our address, it will be returned to sender. You cannot use the address on your driver's license or use it to register your vehicles, bank account or for anything else. You can receive package deliveries.

Activities

  • During the winter season there are no activities.
  • During the summer months, our events are listed on the website under the "Events" tab and on Facebook as well as posted in the lodge.
  • Extended stay campers have the same access to events as our overnight stay campers.
