All of the campground should be turned 180 degrees so that the afternoon sun is not blaring at you . If they were all turned this way you would actually be in the shade for a better part of the day instead of roasting to death with very few trees. The campground itself was clean and the staff friendly

The people were nice, however the accommodations are very limited. It reminded me more of a private campground with several seasonal sites. Sites were not very big dropping off just beyond our awning.. Pool was very small for the amount of campers and there were no boat rentals as advertised. Everything looked to be a little run down. For the price I expected more.

Stayed here 6 nights shame the bathhouse was closed due to Covid 19. Alot of overnighters come here. It was a quiet campground.

The drive through lots are very tight! Almost couldn’t put out our main slide without hitting the electric box! Weren’t friendly at check in!

Campground was very nice. The cabins ( green roof) were very nice and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the park and trampoline areas. The pond was a bit low and a little dirty, but overall a very nice area, and convenient from route 70.

Due to the virus the bathrooms were closed so I can't rate them. The pool was open but too many kids there. With the virus I didn't feel comfortable going. The lots are on a hill so I couldn't get totally level. The dog park was small. The roads ere tight making it tight to get into and out of. At least it was a pull through so that helped. With the virus check in was done outside with no person.

The cabin was nice, but they were very close together, no privacy. Also, there were no trails, we had to drive to a different park in order to walk and enjoy nature.

KOA appeared to be well maintained. We arrived a few minutes early, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a nice change of scenery for us and we will definitely be back.

We only spent the night and with the COVID restrictions we didn’t have a chance to shop in the store. The campground was very clean and our fellow campers were very nice.

Only stayed one night, but plan to use this KOA as a stopping point during future trips. Having a fishing lake, pool, and playground provides multiple activities to enjoy. The grand kids loved the huge inflated "pillow".

It was a Very Quiet stay! Nothing to do but stay at cabin or walk about. We missed all the great activities and things to do at the KOA. All staff were very friendly and gracious to us. The cabin was clean. Despite, nothing to do, we still enjoyed our stay. We hope the quarantine lifts soon, so we can come back and enjoy all the amenities!

The park was not kept-up very well at all. It looks like the only thing done maintenance-wise was to cut the grass. No landscaping, dirty pool, rundown playground.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The playground was wrapped up and taped off as "closed". The pool hadn't even been open for the year yet. All amenities are closed to comply with CDC regulations for coronavirus.

Nice park ; however cable was poor and posted 5 mile / hr speed in park was not observed by all drivers. Many were well over limit.

Speed limit is a constant battle, we try. I'm sorry you had cable issues, we could have checked it for you then if we knew. We will look into now!

Made reservation through phone and arrived late at KOA, staying just overnight. Did not use any facilities. KOA staff was very professional and courteous and responsive to potential electrical problem.

Just there for an overnight stay with a late check in of about 5:30. The campground was only about 25% full and appeared to be a bit unkept. Worked for our over night stay.

Our family had a wonderful time! My daughter and her family rented a Cozy Cabin and loved it. We stayed in an RV at a wonderful site that was big and beautiful. Unfortunately because of COVID, some of the amenities were not open, so we fished and played horsehoes.

No cable, and told office sat morning and no one stopped by to fix it or check and we will be coming back several more times and would expect it to be working at our site. They go over and above to work with us for everything and REALLY appreciate the staff!

Fishing pond was great, maintenance man was very rude. Manager was very nice and stopped by the following day to discuss the issue that we had. We have a 42ft Fifth Wheel with 5 slide outs & usually set up a few canopies and outdoor furniture. These sites are very small and are on the side of a hill and We couldn't ride our bikes either. I guess this location would be OK for a 1 night stopover.

This KOA was nice. We knew going in that a lot of it was closed this weekend and it did not matter. We wanted some time with our small grandkids. Instead we were bombarded with foul language, loud music and people arguing until midnight. We did not complain but someone from the park should have been around. Same group seemed intent on pushing us out. They’ve been going there fo 30 years!

Even though the lockdown was in effect, we had a great time. Had a spot to camp and met a lot of wonderful people, at a safe distance. This site is close to home and is a nice getaway. Plan on going again later in the year.

Friendly Staff. Great fishing spot for the family. My kids really enjoyed the giant campfire that was made for all the campers!

Easily registered and obtained a site for camping. Friendly people to interact with. Helpful with directions to get to campgrounds from another campground to help avoid super sharp left hand turn without tolls and narrow windy roads.
