Very polite and helpful management. Beautiful area to enjoy the mendocino coast. Store is well stocked, game room, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor movies, kitchen, fireplaces, etc. Park is in a nature area all around, sites themselves are not private in any way, but it's a nice park with trees. Sound levels in the park vary depending consideration of groups. Still loved the spot both times and will return.

Great campground with all of the amenities. Group campfire at night was especially fun meeting new people. All staff are especially friendly and nice. A lot of different options to stay. Rent a cabin, a trailer, bring your own trailer, or RV, and tent sites. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and people are respecting the mask mandate while indoors at the store. I would definitely come back!

Very nice and clean facilities. Love that there is activities to do around the campsite. If you have little kids make sure you are prepared for the walk down to the beach.

Beautiful location and park, staff is courteous and efficient, all facilities are convenient and clean. Limited full hook up spots and wish they would prohibit camp fires with all of the forest fires happening.

The staff is wonderful, very accommodating. There were four of us staying in the Deluxe Loft, everything was great with the exception of the WIFI access. They kept telling us how to log on, but the WIFI never worked. I suggest you bring your own router.

Staff was friendly. The bathroom/showers were clean. Mask usage was per CDC & state guidelines. Staff always checked and cleaned sites after campers checked out. Great place to getaway!

We reserved a 30 amp full hookup site for 4 days. The park is nice but I think they need to screen their guests at check in a little more thoroughly. The site on one side of us had 5 large dogs that barked a lot and the site on the other side parked a large 5th wheel, 2 pickup trucks and pitched 2 10x10 tents up against and behind our RV, overflowing their site into ours.

Beautiful, close to the beach a short walk away. Clean facilities, a fun time meeting people around the community fire pit. Negative is the noise at night with loud parties around that kept me awake till after 2 am. Hoped the staff would give them a warning but obviously no quiet time enforced. Point Arena a few minutes drive to great bakery and coffee shops and hikes.

Pleasant helpful staff, clean bathrooms and showers. Could use a little maintenance though, probably due to end of summer camping season.

Amazing! Nice warm showers and hottub were key! And friendly staff who deliver firewood was also fantastic! Thanks for being there for me when I had to arrive in the middle of the night; all the instructions for late arrivals were very clear, so I wasn't stranded. I felt welcome and safe.

Clean site upon arrival - also witnesses the cleaning and sanitizing of the adjacent sites. That was great to see. Friendly front desk staff, plenty of amenities. This was our second stay as a family of theee and are looking forward to more.

Property is beautiful and well kept. Employees and wonderful and kind. Spacious sites and everysite is in short walking distance to restrooms. Great for unhooking and day tripping too!

The full hookup sites were spaced between 100 year old pine tress giving the experience of camping in a pine forest. We spent our days visiting the local communities and found the park quiet at night. Staff clean campsites between guests. WIFI was good, Cable TV not so good, old analog noisy MATV distribution system in park. Small cars speeding on Natural Trail road were concerning for kids.

Too far from the beach, there were skunks and raccoons that went through our camp nightly, the trailers are run down, 59 smelled of mildew very bad and 59A the shower didn't drain, the hot water didn't work properly and the floor in the kitchen was very spongy. For the price we paid, we could have been oceanfront in a nice hotel.....next time! I will be posting my stay on Trip Advisor.

A most pleasant campground that provides for a broad range of customers from brand new spiffy Class A’s all the way to tent campers. Just a nice non-stuffy mix. Everyone pleasant, excellent staff. RV slots are on grass or gravel, close to very level, water, sewer, electric all ok. Nice walking in the area. Excellent large dog park… big enough for the packs to run and chase each other.

Fantastic campground. Only negative was the condition of the bathrooms. They’re cleaned really well, it only once a day in the morning. After hundreds of campers shower, it ends up quite a mess. Overall, excellent campground, would recommend without hesitation.

Probably not always like this, but it was very loud late at night. A group in the cabins had a birthday party at exactly midnight. We were in an RV and it was loud enough to wake us up. Other than this one off, it is clean, safe, and well organized. Amazing staff.

Great place & location. Staff was both friendly & helpful too. Be sure to check at nearby Manchester Beach. It's walking distance from the KOA. I'd definitely stay again.

I loved the location and all the amenities and fun to be had in camp and in the area. After I complained an hour into quiet hours, the staff did a great job containing an obnoxious group of drunken, loud, swearing people who were certainly a nuisance to the others around them in the packed with families KOA.

Loved the stay. It is obvious the staff puts a lot of effort and care to maintain the facilities and make it a welcoming place. The grounds offer a lot of different activities and is a great place for kids and adults. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family

Camped in a tent that was between two of the loudest and inconsiderate people we’ve ever met. Fighting and arguing at 2am and loud talking from them at 6:30am! No staff came to make sure everyone was quiet past 10pm.

No reason to sugar coat this. This place is a dump, pure and simple. Sites were atrocious, handles off the valves in the showers, you name it. The staff acted as though the worked at the Four Seasons (snooty), and not sure why. Probably don't like working there as much as we didn't like staying there.

This was our fourth stay at the Manchester KOA and the first time we rented a kitchen cabin. A pleasant surprise, it was better stocked than we anticipated. In the future, we will definitely rent this model again.

Very well run campground. There are enough restroom and shower facilities and they are clean and well maintained. Most campsites are wooded and reasonably large. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good access trail to the beach. My only real gripe is that internet connectivity is very poor. But overall, this is a great facility.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
