I went camping with my family to get away from the noise , are camp was along the road which was annoying traffic going up and down all day and a lot in the early hours. It’s quieter at my house. So wasn’t happy about that my first time there. Lots of other camp sites empty away from the road don’t know why my we where given one of the noisiest polluted spots!

We were pleased to find this KOA, and enjoyed the quiet and solitude of the site we were assigned. We would definitely stay here again.

Another solid trip. 5 out of 5, ten stars, I don't know how else to say it, but we always enjoy coming here. We're constantly recommending this place to anyone who has kids, looking for a getaway, etc. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! We'll be back soon.

Every visit is perfect. For years, it has been that way. They have done wonderfully in keeping safety a priority without wavering in amenities. This past stay was extra lovely because it felt like we had the place to ourselves! We did not, but guests were super spaced out. Practically zero wind and sunny. Just a perfect change of scenery! Absolutely will be back very soon!

It was a beautiful campground and only a short (less than 1 mile) walk to a large, sandy beach. Bathrooms were always very clean which was nice. All the amenities were an awesome bonus.

We got hit with a big rain/wind storm, that blew apart our big 10' easy-up. It was so mangled, we couldn't even break it down. The owners, said, "Just leave it, we'll break it down and trash it for you!" SO kind. Great place to stay!

I booked for 2 nights but got up early on second and went home. There was nothing for me and my canine to do as all local hikes and trail were no dogs allowed. I ould hae liked to have gotten a refund for day 2 but a 24 hr notice as requested for cancelling wasn't possible you see.

This is not scenic, not close to the beach -- the only thing you are close to is the tent next to you. There are not enough bathrooms -- I had to wait every time. I would only recommend staying here if you want zero ambiance and to sleep right next to strangers.

it was the best!! Beautiful scenery, the bathrooms/showers & the campsite were clean, the store was perfect for the little things we needed and not too expensive! My kids loved the arcade, basketball hop and playground, kept them busy while we relaxed!! We will definitely be back, I can't wait!!

I love Manchester KOA. The classiest KOA out there. Love the billiard table. The only thing I’d change is, give the billiard table a dedicated quiet room or just put it outside under a canvas tent. The arcade games are loud and in the way of enjoying the billiard table.

I've stayed there twice as an alone female, and then with another person. I've only tent camped there. Great service, safe campground, wonderful area. I brought my dog for an extra ($6.00). Great idea especially if you've seen and done everything in Fort Bragg and want some different coastal scenery. They drop off your ordered firewood at your camp which is very nice.

Very happy with the facilities and cleanliness. The shop is small but has decent essential supplies for the stuff you might have missed. Pt Arena is super close and made a fun day trip. We’d come back for sure.

We stayed 2 nichts on a nice, remote patch and were able to enhance our visit to the area by borrowing the table tennis equipment and a basketball

Cheeky raccoons and some music in the background during my stay, the music went soft at ten or so, the raccoons not so much. If you're tenting, close your car doors and hatch after dark because those cheeky buggers will climb in and eat your chips. All of the amenities are in place, and none are too far away for comfort. You can hear the surf from your campsite.

Able to secure a camp spot on arrival - not easy to do in California on a Saturday. Pet-friendly. Great location. Everything better than anticipated.

It was a short yet amazing stay. The KOA staff and employees were more than accommodating and friendly. There were quite a bit of sites and other campers which surprised me, but everyone making this campground their home were like family. If you don't mind the being close to your neighbors, you'll love this KOA. And did I mention you're right next to the coast? It's a win!

Staff was great. Accommodation for our campsite in advance of our stay was excellent. Clean showers and bathrooms. Maintenance staff was great. My only negative about our stay was the extremely loud music being played by a large group down from us and nobody from the KOA asking them to turn down the music. Playing music should be fine but not so loud you can hear it 5 sites away. Thank you.

Quiet and clean site. The roads in the KOA site need repaved that there are small dens in a rainy days. Customer service staff are really friendly and helpful. If the customer service office can stock some small gadgets like propane seal, silver and hose etc. It would be more helpful.

Had a wonderful time tent camping. Our space was perfect and the site was well taken care of. My only suggestion would be to mop the smaller bathroom floors more often if possible. Thanks again.

I always enjoy my stay at Mendocino KOA. You guys always are very easy to do business with and have a great place. From making reservations to checking in, is always hassle free. The pool and spa are a great feature and always enjoyed. Hats off to Jay for her dedication to keeping the pool and spa water clean and warm. Her expertise and enthusiasm do not go unnoticed. Thank You Jay!!.

One of the last stops we had while travelling to Fort Bragg from Bay Area. There are many photogenic submerged rock formations, and there is an arch rock viewpoint as well. There is famous, private campgrounds for multiple activities which themselves may take a long weekend. Also the namesake State Park is well known for its flora and fauna, and the long equestrian trails. A coworker told me that there is a nice meat restaurant nearby, but we were too late to explore those.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here and it was beautiful. The management and staff were so accommodating and willing to work with and help us in any way possible! The setting was so pretty. And the reception hall was perfect. Lots of room.
